Abstract

Strategic decisions taken by the head of study programs related to lecturers and students are very decisive direction of campus policy. Constraints are often faced is the absence of data and information available well to make decisions. Business Intelligence has the function of collecting and analyzing organizational data in the form of knowledge in order to produce future and medium term and long term university decisions. Business intelligence to support the study program's strategic decisions is designed based on the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thingking) model of using UML (Unified Modelling Languange) tools. The result of this research will get business intelligence design to produce information for the head of study program in STMIK Atma Luhur to take strategic decision. Key words: Business Inteligence, FAST, Unified Modelling Languange.

Abstract

Ranking of e-Government of Indonesia (PEGI) is a model developed by the Directorate of e-Government, the Directorate General of Telematics Applications, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Ministry KOMINFO) to view a map of the condition of usage of Information Technology dam Communication Technologies (ICT) by government agencies nationwide , In this paper, the authors have assessed the use of ICT in the health office (DHO) of the city of Palembang as a government agency in order to facilitate the flow of information and improve the quality of service to the community by using a model approach PEGI. Palembang city health office has e-government index amounted to 1,426, which means the use of ICT in dinkes indkator Palembang city already exists, but is still lacking in terms of quantity and quality. Recommendations are given to dinkes Palembang to increase the index of e-governement it was the preparation of the Master Plan for Information Technology (RITI), preparation of the scale of the policy priorities of ICT implementation, increasing the number of staff in the section on data and health information with a background in IT, the addition of human resources development program with sending employees on section data and health information for training or education in the field of IT and Disaster Recovery planning.

Abstract

The  Evaluation  of  Lecturer  Performance  is  a  regularly  procedure  that  runs by  a  High  Education Institution as assesment process and follow up all of the Policy from The Quality Control Unit.  The Key Performance Indicator of the lecturer at Indo Global University so far only base on lecture aspec. Meanwhile, base on to the Policy, it should be refer to the Tridharma Peguruan Tinggi activities as well. Base on to this matter born out an Idea to desgning a Lecturer Performance Evaluation Information System at UIGM with the Tridharma Peguruan Tinggi activities and Lecutrer Competancy as a key indicator web basis. The application designed  as problem solving tool such as collecting data and reporting. By utility of the System Development Waterfall Method and the 360 Degree Assement Method, hopeful could be improving the Lecturer Performance Evaluation Information System. The research has resulting a describe of achievement of the lecturer competancy on previous semester. It also could be come an best input for management of the university to preparing and decided a policy, planning and strategy in order to increasing the quality and competancy of the lecturer at UIGM.Key word : Sistem informasi evaluasi Kinerja Dosen, Model Waterfall, Metode 360 Degree, Aplikasi web.

Abstract

A Financial Information System has an important role in developing and improvingBetra Bebek Ungkap Entreprises Ogan Ilir in South Sumatra. In analyzing the data, especially the financial which not computerized, product transaction receipt, the sale of product and delivering betra bebek were saved, thus the data analysis was not effective and the errors happened frequently that cause the loss of the data. This study analyzed and designedthe financial information systems to handle the problems that occur on the system used nowdays. The results obtained by the construction of financial information served as a system for processing and making financial reports, so that the information system was expected to process financial data processing to be more accurate, fast and timely.Keywords: Analysis, Design of Information Systems Financial

Abstract

Early childhood learning is an approach to development that is intended for children from birth until the age of eight years is done through the provision of educational stimulus to assist the growth and development of the physical and spiritual so that children have the readiness to enter further education. To assist the growth and development of children then built an educational game. Educational game is a game that apply learning and educational material inserts into the game. Educational game that will be developed is a game (game) to train children early age especially those aged three to eight years to be able to read, write and count properly. This educational game called calistung game. Educational game calistung applied into the android operating system. And for the determination of the matter calistung presentation using a linear congruent method (LCM). Linear congruent method (LCM) is one method of random number generator. Where the determination of the constants LCM (a, c and m) will determine whether or not the random number obtained in the sense of obtaining random numbers as if nothing happened looping.

Abstract

AbstractUang Kuliah Tunggal hereinafter abbreviated as UKT is part of a single tuition fees incurred by each student in each department or study program for diploma and degree courses. UKT is the amount of fees to be paid by the student in each semester. Basically, the purpose of UKT is to charge tuition fees according to income and family circumstances students. However, there is a problem regarding the classification UKT improperly. It is caused by several factors, including determining UKT groups still use manual method, as well as the substance of subjectivity in the determination of a new student UKT  groups. Based on these problems, we need a decision support system that can help in determining the UKT group of new students. In applying UKT, Cot Kala IAIN Zawiyah Langsa split into 3 (three) categories UKT group. Naïve Bayes classifier methods is used to classify data into three UKT groups. Research results show that the results of validation testing of NBC classification model with a 3-fold cross validation generates an average accuracy of 86.67%. so that it can be concluded that the level of effectiveness of the UKT classification model with the NBC method is included in the fairly good category.Keywords : UKT Groups, Naive Bayes Classifier, K-fold cross validation AbstrakUang Kuliah Tunggal yang selanjutnya disingkat UKT merupakan sebagian dari biaya kuliah tunggal yang ditanggung oleh setiap mahasiswa pada setiap jurusan atau program studi untuk program diploma dan program sarjana. UKT merupakan besaran biaya yang harus dibayarkan oleh mahasiswa pada setiap semester. Pada dasarnya, tujuan diberlakukannya UKT yaitu untuk membebankan biaya kuliah sesuai dengan penghasilan dan kondisi keluarga mahasiswa yang bersangkutan. Akan tetapi, terjadi permasalahan tentang penggolongan UKT yang tidak tepat. Ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya dalam menentukan kelompok UKT masih menggunakan cara manual, serta adanya unsur subjektivitas dalam penentuan kelompok UKT mahasiswa baru. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan kelompok UKT mahasiswa baruDalam menerapkan Uang Kuliah Tunggal, IAIN Zawiyah Cot Kala Langsa membagi kedalam 3 (Tiga) kategori kelompok UKT . Metode Naïve Bayes Classifier digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan data menjadi tiga kelompok UKT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi pengujian model klasifikasi NBC dengan 3- fold cross validation menghasilkan rata-rata akurasi sebesar 86.67%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas model klasifikasi UKT dengan metode NBC termasuk pada kategori cukup baik..Kata kunci : Kelompok UKT, Naive Bayes Classifier, K-fold cross validation

Abstract

Perangkat lunak berbasis komponen banyak digunakan pada pengembangan sistem berskala besar dengan cara mengintegrasikan komponen – komponen perangkat lunak  yang ada. Pada proses pengintegrasian komponen sering ditemukan beberapa komponen yang tidak kompatibel dengan sistem baru. Dalam rangka mewujudkan penggunaan kembali komponen secara efektif dan efisien maka perlu dibuat aturan pengukuran (metric) untuk mengetahui  apakah komponen fungsional dan non fungsional telah memenuhi standar untuk digunakan pada sistem  baru. Abstract

Cupping is a detoxification therapy or methods of treatment by removing oxidants from the body through certain points on the surface of the epidermis. Currently, in Western countries (Europe and America) conducted scientific research seriously and continuously to reveal the scientific facts, how the magic of cupping to cure various diseases more safely and effectively than the methods of modern medicine. This is the consideration for making an expert system cupping method. This expert system uses backward chaining method to determine the points of cupping treatment which is implemented on a mobile device based on Android, so this application has the potential to be accessed anytime and anywhere by experts bruise or community. The use of expert systems on cupping method is expected to solve the problem of health according to the knowledge base that are known by experts bruise and also in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence of foreign tourists on the number of hotel occupancy in the city of Palembang. Based on data that has been taken and tested using Linear Regression method, Respondents are taken from the number of foreign tourists coming to Palembang city (X) and the number of hotel visitors in Palembang (Y), from January to August in 2016. Meaning the influence of foreign tourists to the number of hotel occupancy in the city of Palembang is equal to 21.48%. The rest 79.62% Caused by other factors not included in the model. Y = Subject in predicted dependent variable, X = Subject to independent variable having certain value. a = Parameter intercept, b = Parameter coefficient regression independent variable. When the correlation coefficient is high, then the price of b is also great, otherwise when the negative correlation coefficient then the price b is also negative. Thus, if X = parameter (eg: 848), a = 140.4 and parameter b = 0.28 then the result is 377.4. Keywords :Linier regression, Foreign tourists, Tourism
