Abstract

In the era of globalization, the exsisting of Internet has viewed a global information network that completely transparent, it was directly or indirectly affect and create challenges to find the way of arranging a transaction in the economics side, the development of technology has met the method of transactions known as e-commerce. Islam has set up a mechanism in the property development, and one of the efforts for arrange the wealth development is through business activities. Young age is not an obstacle to starting a business, even many people who success in the field of business at a young age. Based on the background above, the formulation of the problem in this study: How big is the impact of e-commerce on Soul Entrepreneurship Growth Student Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Raden Intan Lampung ?. Research Objectives to analyze how big is the impact of e-commerce on the Growth of Enterpreneurship Student Life of Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The method cunducted in this research is using survey research design with quantitative research methods, the sample in this study as many as 19 people with simple random sampling method, data collecting techniques that used was through questionnaires, data analysis techniques is using a simple regression by SPSS program ver. 16. The results showed: There are positive and significant impact between e-commerce with the growth of soul students entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The development of Islamic business thinking encourages a variety of sharia-based business practices, Sharia Insurance, meeting the two variables "Islam And Insurance", is one of them. Insurance is assumed as an industry with the principle of mutual help, but some assess the Takaful Insurance in Indonsia is not clear because it has business activities in it. Therefore, researchers raised the issue of Islam and Insurance In Indonesia. This study of literature review using content analysis method. Research results that Sharia Insurance has a historical basis called the concept of at-ta'min at-ta'awuniy, as well as ethical basis of ta'awun and takaful. There are 2 (two) Takaful products in Indonesia; first, products with elements of savings (saving); second, the product without the element of savings (non-saving).

Abstract

Lampung Timur merupakan salah satu Kabupaten yang berada di Lampung yang mempunyai potensi Sumber Daya Alam yang sangat besar terutama bahan tambang mineral bukan batu dan logam. Yaitu berupa potensi pasir kuarsa (galian C) yang terdapat di Kecamatan Pasir Sakti sebesar 100.000.0000 M³, Kegiatan eksploitasi merupakan kegiatan utama industri tambang, yaitu kegiatan menggali, mengambil, atau menambang bahan galian yang telah jadi sasaran atau rencana sebelumnya. Islam melarang kegiatan eksploitasi secara besar-besaran yang tidak memperhatikan etika akan berakibat rusaknya lingkungan yang ada di sekitar pertambangan dan akan berdampak juga terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitar lingkungan. Dengan melimpahnya sumber daya alam yang dimiliki Kecamatan Pasir Sakti, tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, peran etika bisnis Islam berperan penting dalam menjaga lingkungan dari aktivitas pertambangan yang merusak lingkungan.

Abstract

While many Zakat Management Organizations (ZMO) rejected state hegemony through Law No. 23/2011 on Zakat Management, LAZIS NU and LAZIS Muhammadiyah, two ZMO from the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia have little to say, even tend to be silent. From here, this paper seeks to find out and reconstruct acceptence of two LAZISs to the state hegemony in the management of zakat. Both LAZISs have acceptance that tend to be neutral and even lead to positive. This is because, Law No 23/2011 is considered in harmony with the function and role of the State and it supports civil society. Implicitly, both organizations affirm UUPZ 23/2011 because it is not affected by the hegemonic state.

Abstract

Religion and economy have been influential forces in shaping world throughout history andpilgrimage is the apparent evidence where both forces are working side by side.In Indonesia, ziarah wali has a history of being an economic generator in the areas pilgrims visited. On many cases, the local government took over the site in order to manage it as better tourism site. As the consequences, the pilgrimage sites become more opens to all citizens regardless their cultural or religious backgroundas well as generate the activity around the site into marketplaces. However, many scholars frame the phenomena as devaluating the sacredness of the site and perceive the economic activity around the site is merely mundane practices. Reflecting from those issues, this researchexamines the economic activities around mausoleum of Sunan Bayat in two ways. First, it demonstrates how the existence of pilgrimage in Tembayat generates the local economy around the site and become village prime source of income. Second, it also scrutinizes how the economic practitioners in Tembayat site regard their economic practice as manifestation of barakah from waliyullah. By doing so, they negotiate with harsh competition among the tradersand sustain their economic activity. The findings contribute on the scholarship of Islam and local economy by showing how religious practice generate economic activities and reciprocally how economic activities become the means of religious practice at the same time.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the hadith related to habbah sauda 'which serve as a justification tool of trade product quality. Given that many herbal medicine companies, especially habbatu sauda who use the verses of the Qur'an or hadith as a means of justification of the greatness of the drugs they sell. The use of disproportionate religious symbols will only lead to improper symbolization. This will result in misinterpretation of the content of the Qur'an or hadith. Thus the analysis of hadith matan with Fazlurrahman’s hermeneutics allegedly gave an ideal interpretation, logical and holistic. The analysis stages of matan hadith used are (1) linguistic analysis, (2) thematic analysis, (3) confirmatory analysis, (4) historical analysis, (5) general analysis, and (6) praxis analysis. As for results that found from this study are (1) the selection of dicsi syifa and not dawa indicates that in habbatus sauda there are substances that have healing properties, not drugs that are physically intact can cure all kinds of diseases. (2) with other traditions it is found that what is meant by all diseases is a disease of money arose in the time of the Prophet, not a generative disease that always evolved into the modern era, (3) Ibn Hajar al-Atsqalāni and Abu Bakar bin al- 'A'rabi says that honey is very clearly mentioned in the Qur'an as a drug more worthy of the title as a cure of all illness than al-habbah as-sauda

Abstract

Munculnya Komunitas #Ayokedamraman di Kota Metro menjadi fenomena menarik. Berawal dari sebuah komunitas anak-anak Muda sekitar Bendung Dam Raman yang sehari-hari beraktifitas sebagai petani, pelajar, kuliah dan buruh. Mereka berkumpul untuk mempercantik Dam Raman dan membangun wisata berbasis Warga. Gerakan Komunitas #Ayokedamraman adalah potret dari soliditas warga membangun intelektual kolektif dengan berbagai pihak. Selain memberikan pengalaman etnografi gerakan komunitas, gerakan #ayokedamraman juga memberi dampak bagi perkembangan wisata warga. Warga yang melihat potensi sebuah bendungan air kemudian menggerakkan warga sekitar untuk mengembangkannya sebagai tempat wisata. Dam Raman yang semula tidak aman dan rawan terjadi tindakan kriminalitas berubah menjadi tempat yang damai ramah dan aman. Soliditas warga pelan namun pasti terbangun dan mereka mulai memikirkan Dam Raman sebagai bagian dari masa depan mereka. Selain di atas, pariwisata juga memberi dampak bagi tumbuhnya ekonomi kreatif, diantaranya kuliner, arsitek, desain, kerajinan, video, foto, dan lainnya. Banyak warga sekitar yang mulai berdagang menyediakan kuliner dengan berbagai macam makanan dan minuman untuk para pengunjung wisata. Selain itu juga memberi pendapatan bagi warga pengelola mulai dari wahana air, tempat selfie, panahan dan outbond. Para Youtuber dan Photography juga banyak yang datang untuk mengabadikan keindahan Dam Raman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Etnografi dengan mendayagunakan teori Intelektual Kolektif Bordieu.

Abstract

The background of this research is a contrasting phenomenon of the realization of sakinah family in community life. The family is the smallest group in society, consisting of husbands, wives and children. It is the principle of forming a society. The majority of people assume that the factor of peace in family life is material, but many rich people who do not get peace at home so often the quarrels and discomfort. Problems that appear in the house can threaten the eternity of marriage even lead to divorce. It arises because the unfulfilled hope of each partner and mental, social and spiritual unpreparedness. Furthermore, researcher examined the verses of sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family in contemporary and classical interpretation as a solution in realizing sakinah family today. In the hope, finding a relevant and even solute interpretation to deal with the current problem. For writers, it is useful to add insight into the mindset, attitude, and experience as an effort to improve the quality of learning, by understanding the character of sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah in the family. The formulation of problem in this research is (1) How is the view of Qur'an about sakinah family? (2) How to interpret the verses of sakinah family, mawaddah, wa rahmah in tafsir al-Misbah and Ibn Kathir? (3) How is the different interpretation of Quraish Shihab and Ibn Kathir in understanding the sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah verses? This research is a literature research which makes the interpretation of al-Misbah and Ibn Katsir as the main source of research. This research uses descriptive-analytic approach. The method uses comparative analysis, which is to compare contemporary and classical interpretations to know the results of interpretation and the differences in the field of exegesis. Another analysis using maudhu'i method is discuss the verses according to the appropriate theme with collecting and deep studying various aspects related to asbab al-nuzul, mufradat and interpretation of the verses.

Abstract

Perkembangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia sampai saat ini telah menunjukkan hal yang positif. Perkembangan ini terlihat dengan meningkatnya produk pasar modal, diterbitkanya regulasi tentang pasar modal dan peningkatan fasilitas shariah online trading sistem (SOTS). SOTS diterbitkan oleh perusahaan anggota bursa sebagai wujud sistem yang merepresentasikan regulasi transaksi dipasar modal. SOTS dihararpkan dapat meningkatakn jumlah investor, meningkatkan nilai transaksi pasar modal, memudahkan investor dalam bertransaksi dan mendapatkan informasi perusahaan. Sedangkan regulasi pasar modal diharapkan mampu merubah paradigma investor muslim tentang pasar modal dan meningkatkan kepercayaan investor muslim dalam investasi saham.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari survei dari Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (Bekraf) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) merilis bahwa sektor Ekonomi Kreatif menyumbang 7,38% terhadap total perekonomian nasional tahun 2016. Sementara itu sektor fesyen berkontribusi sebanyak 18,15% atau nomor dua setelah kuliner. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji tentang ekonomi kreatif yang berkaitan dengan fesyen di Kota Metro. Salah satu clothing di Kota Metro, Om Kaos bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Amil Zakat Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Adzkia Khidmatul Ummah (LAZAKU) membuat gerakan Kaos “Rohingya Need Your Help”. LAZAKU adalah Lembaga Amil Zakat Adzkia Khidmatul Ummah (BMT AKU Adzkia) kantor pusat BMT AKU di pasar 24 Metro, kantor Lazaku di 21 Metro belakang SMANSA, menerima donasi wakaf, infaq, sedekah untuk program sosial yang ada di Lazaku, salah satunya Baksoskes, wakaf 1000 Al Qur'an, Aku Foundation bagi pelajar berprestasi tak mampu, Sekolah Saudagar Syariah, dan lain-lain. Om Kaos Kota Metro sebagai usaha clothing memberikan harga modal kepada LAZAKU, kemudian LAZAKU sebagai pihak yang memasarkan dan menjual kaos. Semua modal dan hasil penjualan kaos ini akan diberikan untuk rakyat muslim Rohingya yang ada di Myanmar sebagai bentuk solidaritas kemanusian.
