<![CDATA[Filsafat Mulla Shadra yang dikenal dengan istilah Al-Hikmah Al- Muta’aliyah, dimanabeliau menghimpun empat aliran yaitu isyraqiyah, irfani, taswuf, kalam yang selaluterjadi perdebatan dalam menerima filsafat, kehadirannya bisa melahirkan filsafatnyayang dapat diterima oleh semua kalangan, baik kaum sunni maupun kaum syiah, baikahli filsafat itu sendiri maupun maupun ulama- ulama kalam, fiqh dan seluruh kalangandari kaum yang bawah (awam) sampai kepada pengetahuan yang khawasulkhawas.Karakteristik Al-hikmah Al-muta’aliyah bersifat sentesis merupakan hasilkombinasi dan harmonisasi dari ajaran- ajaran wahyu, hadist dan ucapan para imam.Adapun Kajian- kajian dalam Al- Hikmah Al- Muta’aliyah Mulla Shadra meliputi:Ashlat al- wujud wa i’tibariyat al mahiyat ( kehakikian Eksistensi dan kenisbian Entitas),wahdah Al- wujud. Tasykik al- wujd (Gradualitas Eksistensi). Wujud az- zihni(Eksistensi mental). <![CDATA[After the discourse topic of politics, economics, and advanced law, sensual images in the mass media also becomes such a source of national debate in recent period. The problem is increasingly prominent with definitive arguments about the boundaries between pornography and artistic manifestation of the soul. The case appears when the Polices are busy looking for articles for the appointment of this issue as a the legal case, a chief editor who snagged this case would rationalize the cover of 'beautiful' magazine as an embodiment of appreciation to the maker of beauty. Although, the impressed by the feel of greatness in the expression editor in chief is, essentially it was nothing more than a pretext or an absurd religious jargon, put forward by someone with the function of cognition and conscience that experienced the deviation. <![CDATA[AbstractOn October 1, 2016, DSN-MUI issued the DSN-MUI Fatwa no. 107 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Syariah Hospital. This fatwa is based on two reasons, namely the needs of society, and legal vacuum. It was found that the concept of sharia, which is being embodied by the National Sharia Council - The Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) in this fatwa still uses a single point of view of the shari'a maqashid of Imam Syatibi, has not yet penetrated its development. Focused on the protection of individuals al-kuliyat al-khamsah, conical to the segmentation of Muslims an sich. Fikih products in the form of this fatwa actually implies the decline of Fikih Indonesia thinking. Considering the condition of the pluralistic Indonesian people should be responded by the development of Shariah thought to al-birr's attitude, oriented to humanity. The best service paradigm in various religious patients.Finally, Sharia attachment to the Hospital is not only limited to marketing methods or name adaptations, but also reflects Islam rahmatan lil a'lamin.]]>

<![CDATA[This article tries to understand and explain the basic concept and the essence of the NU educational reform (tajdīd) and the relationship of its schoolship view and its contribution to the Islamic educational resurgence after the Indonesia independence in meeting the new demands and the challenges of the modern era. Using the socio-historical-phenomenological approach, the result concludes that the basic concept of the NU educational reform is identical with the dinamization in the sense of change toward the correction and perfection of the condition of the Islamic education which is unbeneficial for its future. The essence of the effort is more focused on the substantial aspects of education than the technical-pedagogical ones in charge of the reposition and reactualization or revitalization of the social function of the Islamic education of the modern era. By reposition means the effort to redetermine the position of system and institution of traditional Islamic education, especially pesantren and madrasa, in order that they are suitable for new demands of modern education through the rehabilation of their old and absolete elements, and inovation by means of entering new and useful elements in to enpower their social functions optimally. Reactualization or revitalization means the effort to reactivate the basic principles of the classical Islamic education which are almost forgotten, on which the modern Islamic education hold them as the philosophical guidances for the universality of their values. Such effort are inseparable from the ideas and activities of the existence of the independence and progressive pesantren teachers (ulama) so that the conservativness of the schoolship views of the NU do not hinder and even motivate it to modernization. Its approach which enpowering the traditon legacies, and being integrally combined with the new elements of modern education distinguishes clearly theconcept of NU educational reform from the similar effort of the Muslim reformists which rest too much on the new elements of modern education. The new model of the system and institution of NU education has given valuable contributions not only to the completion and enrichment of the national education system and institution but also the strengthening the pillars of tenacity of the national culture as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[Muslims is divided into two groups, Sunni and Shi’ite. The majority of muslim in Southeast Asia is Sunni. Shi’ite exist in Southeast Asia including Indonesia. Shi’ite was in Southeast Asia since long time ago approximately in 7th century. In Yogyakarta, Indonesia there are foundation that examine Shi’ism. The examination is about phylosophy. It is established in 1990s. Twenty two years after establishment there is no violence or controversion but since 2013 the problem emerged. Rausyan Fikr have own resolution to solve the problem.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper provides an overview of the process memutusakan a fatwa. Historical development of Islamic law in Indonesia that are specifically related to the issue of fatwa has brought a significant influence in the social life of the Muslim community. Community organizations in Indonesia has its own method of making a fatwa, like Muhammadiyah, Nahdlatul Ulama, Persis and MUI and others. With a variety of different methods, the decision fatwa produced sometimes also different. In Indonesia, the decision related organizations with specific statmen a problem can not be underestimated. So each has influence and obedience are together. Though there MUI, then each organization still using the referral of the organizations that they profess. So it is not surprising that sometimes there is a fatwa different from each institution to give fatwa. But although there is a difference, the associated social harmony still be maintained. Here's the interesting part of Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Exercise structure development method (sem) to enhance the activity and results in students learning science in elementary school. This research aims to improve the learning activities of students of class V MI Al Islah on the subject of style and improve learning outcomes fifth grade students of MI Al Islah on the subject of style. The method used in this research is classroom action research which in practice is done in two cycles with the re-assessment process cycle consists of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results obtained in this study is shown by the activities of learners are on the first cycle only increased by 61.25% to 80.63% in the second cycle. While the number of students who have mastery learning on the first cycle of 11 people and the second cycle increased by 29 persons and classical learning completeness in the second cycle reaches 100% in the second cycle, whereas in the first cycle of 37.93%. Thus it can be said that the Structure Exercise Method (SEM) is one of the alternative methods that can be used to increase the activity of learning and science learning outcomes of students.]]>

<![CDATA[Pancasila as the foundation in the statehood for Muslims to the argument that was being carried by the political Islamic groups that received by the secular nationalist groups with prominent thinkers such as Sukarno. History shows the political Islamic groups still keen to make Islam as the basis of the state, with prominent thinkers such as Muhammad Natsir. The idea about the enforcement of shari'ah Islam in the state order in Indonesia back resounding through in the middle of the community after the state formed local regulations in some areas. This phenomenon can be understood as a reaction to the community dissatisfaction against the weak law enforcement in Indonesia. How to build Pancasila as the foundation and national ideology in the middle of the Islamic people in Indonesia who is very religious and diverse? This paper seeks to explore the position of Pancasila as the national ideology in the era of milinial is trying to describe the position of Pancasila as the ideology of nationhood and statehood that went from the historical approach through qualitative research method of primary sources that are very rampant cheating in view of Pancasila as the ideology of the Islamic people in Indonesia.]]>

For this perspective perrenialism can be defined as continuing throught the whole years or lasting for very long time. And for the educational perspective perrenialism have a role to playing for important aspect in the development of educational construction because perrenialism trying to keep eternal values for next generation. <![CDATA[Al-Quran affirm that human as khalifah who has right to optimize the crops. However, some other people have different meaning to interpret this potential as the exploitation of crops exaggeratedly which resulted in the loss of ecosystem balance. This unbalance causes the various damages in the earth and cause the disaster. Al Quran has warned this condition and forbids people doing consumptive-exploitation. The researcher applied thematic interpretation approach in collecting the verses of Al Quran which explain about human and its relation with the environment. This research provide suggestion to apply Eco-Theologies interpretation as the practical interpretation to make human aware about the importance of environmental conservation.]]>
