Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic nation. Both in terms of cultural entities, language, tribe, ethnic and religious differences. Therefore, the pluralism can not be understood simply by saying that our society is pluralistic, diverse, or made up of different tribes and religions, which is actually only describe the impression of fragmentation, not pluralism. Pluralism should also not be understood merely "negative goodness", which is seen usefulness to get rid of fanaticism. Instead, pluralism should be understood as a true affinity diversity in bundles politeness. Even, pluralism is a must for the salvation of mankind, including through mechanisms supervision and balances that result. In the Islamic perspective it is mentioned that God created the mechanism of checks and balances among humans in order to maintain the integrity of the earth, and is one manifestation of God's abundant mercy to mankind.

Abstract

Munculnya Komunitas #Ayokedamraman di Kota Metro menjadi fenomena menarik. Berawal dari sebuah komunitas anak-anak Muda sekitar Bendung Dam Raman yang sehari-hari beraktifitas sebagai petani, pelajar, kuliah dan buruh. Mereka berkumpul untuk mempercantik Dam Raman dan membangun wisata berbasis Warga. Gerakan Komunitas #Ayokedamraman adalah potret dari soliditas warga membangun intelektual kolektif dengan berbagai pihak. Selain memberikan pengalaman etnografi gerakan komunitas, gerakan #ayokedamraman juga memberi dampak bagi perkembangan wisata warga. Warga yang melihat potensi sebuah bendungan air kemudian menggerakkan warga sekitar untuk mengembangkannya sebagai tempat wisata. Dam Raman yang semula tidak aman dan rawan terjadi tindakan kriminalitas berubah menjadi tempat yang damai ramah dan aman. Soliditas warga pelan namun pasti terbangun dan mereka mulai memikirkan Dam Raman sebagai bagian dari masa depan mereka. Selain di atas, pariwisata juga memberi dampak bagi tumbuhnya ekonomi kreatif, diantaranya kuliner, arsitek, desain, kerajinan, video, foto, dan lainnya. Banyak warga sekitar yang mulai berdagang menyediakan kuliner dengan berbagai macam makanan dan minuman untuk para pengunjung wisata. Selain itu juga memberi pendapatan bagi warga pengelola mulai dari wahana air, tempat selfie, panahan dan outbond. Para Youtuber dan Photography juga banyak yang datang untuk mengabadikan keindahan Dam Raman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Etnografi dengan mendayagunakan teori Intelektual Kolektif Bordieu.

Abstract

Understanding Pancasila as an open ideology, certainly can not be separated from the interpretation (hermeneutics/tafsir) in the text and context. When reading is interpreted as a physical process of scanning a line of words in the text by the sense of sight and digested by the brain, then understanding is the result of a set of reading processes to the text. There will always be a gap of understanding "intended" by both the author and the reader. This paper begins with the question: Why can Pancasila be categorized as part of Islamic interpretation (hermeneutics/tafsir)? Can Pancasila indoctrination use the Islamic approach? This paper uses philosophical methods and discourse analysis (language approach). Based on this method, it will get the art of understanding Pancasila as part of Islamic teachings to understand the text and its context. The research results shows that Pancasila is not contrary to the teachings of Islam, even the substance contained in the five principles of Pancasila are part of Islam itself. The indoctrination of Pancasila with an Islamic approach is relevant to be taken in the midst of a radicalism movement that is in the name of Islamic interests. There is a paradox between "accusations" that Islam is behind the radicalism movement against the Unitary Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) with the teachings of Islam itself that teaches that love of the homeland as a half of the faith (hubbul wathoni minal iman).

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam telah tumbuh dan berkembang sejalan dengan adanya dakwah Islam yang telah dilakukan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Pendidikan Islam memiliki corak dan karakteristik yang berbeda sejalan dengan perubahan zaman, upaya pembaharuan dalam perjalanan selanjutnya pendidikan Islam terus mengalami perubahan baik dari segi kurikulum (mata pelajaran). Secara eksplisit, pendidikan mempunyai fungsi yang strategis dan urgen dalam pembentukan suatu bangsa. Untuk menjadikan pendidikan yang berarti harus menyediakan kurikulum pendidikan yang baik tentunya kepada peserta didik. Hari ini kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia dapat kita katakan sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan langsung dikelola oleh departemen pendidikan. Sebagaimana halnya dengan faktor-faktor pendidikan lainnya, maka kurikulum pun memainkan peranan penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan. Kurikulum mengalami perkembangan mengikuti perkembangan kebudayaan dan peradaban masyarakat. Dalam perkembangannya, tentu saja kurikulum mengalami pembaruan dalam isinya, sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakatnya. Munculnya pendidikan Islam bersamaan dengan lahirnya Islam itu sendiri. Pendidikan pada awalnya dilakukan dari rumah ke rumah, di masjid-masjid dan sebagainya. Ini dilakukan dengan peralatan yang sederhana sekali. Pendidikan Islam sebagai suatu sistem merupakan sistem tersendiri di antara sistem pendidikan di dunia ini, kendatipun memiliki banyak persamaan. Dikatakan sistem tersendiri karena cakupannya dan kesadarannya terhadap detak jantung, karsa dan karya manusia. Kurikulum pendidikan Islam klasik merupakan suatu sistem pendidikan klasik yang berbeda dengan sistem pendidikan Islam yang ada pada saat ini. Kalau ditinjau dari aspek tujuan, guru, murid, kurikulum, metode, fasilitas, dan sarana prasarana, jelas terlihat perbedaannya. Sudah banyak terjadi perkembangan-perkembangan dalam dunia pendidikan Islam. Istilah pendidikan Islam klasik dalam tulisan ini adalah suatu proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan individu, kelompok tertentu atau pemerintah/lembaga pemerintah, formal atau non-formal dalam periode tertentu pada masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan Islam. Kegiatan itu dilakukan di rumah-rumah, majlis, masjid/halaqah dengan jenjang pendidikan dasar (kuttab), menengah (masjid/masjid khan, zawiyah) sampai tingkat tinggi (madrasah/al-Jamiah). Tulisan ini membahas isi dan bentuk kurikulum serta metode lembaga pendidikan Islam klasik.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kaidah al-Mayaqqah Tajlibu at-Taisir dan kaitannya dengan aktifitas berekonomi sehari-hari khususnya pada ekonomi Islam. Kajian fiqh dengan berbagai macam kaidah di bawahnya menjadi salah satu elemen penting dalam kontruksi rancang bangun kegiatan muamalah Islam. Dari sekian banyak kaidah-kaidah tersebut al-Mayaqqah Tajlibu at-Taisir memberikan keluwesan yang singnifikan dalam bagi seorang muslim untuk menjalakan aktifitas sehari-hari, hal ini dikarena bahwa ditemukan dalil Al-Quran dan Sunnah Nabi Muhammad SAW. Beberapa contoh dalil-dalil dari Al-Quran adalah; QS Al-Baqarah: 185/286; QS An-Nisa: 28; QS Al-Maidah: 6; QS Al-A’raf: 157; QS Al-Haj: 78; QS An-Nur: 61. Dengan memanfaat studi literatur artikel ini menemukan bahwa Kemudahan-kemudahan yang diberikan melalui kaidah ini mencakup berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan umat Islam seperti dalam hal melaksanakan ibadah maupun dalam hal muamalah sehari-hari seperti ekonomi keuangan, sosial kemasyarakatan maupun dalam konteks keorganisasian.Disamping itu juga implementasi dari kaidah ini adalah dalam rangka mendapat kemudahan dalam setiap kesulitan tentu memiliki syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku sehingga kaidah ini tidak dipersalah gunakan.

Abstract

The principles of educational science emphasize the importance of relation between educators and students in high-touch situation. This touch is based on how far educators understand the nature of students as the subject of learners rather than the object of teachers. This understanding and its application by teachers in the learning process in school is presumedly low. The general aim of this study was to get description of teachers’ understanding about the students and its application in learning process. The results of this study revealed that: 1) in general, teachers understanding toward students is in a middle category, and so is with its application toward learning process; 2) five observable variables about the nature of man are valid and can be used to explain teachers’ understanding about the nature of students as latent variable, and six observable variables about high touch are valid and can be used to explain high touch application as application of teachers’ understanding about student in learning process.

Abstract

According to Jaser Audah, the maqasid methodology is a moderate understanding among literalism of zahiriyyah and deconstruction of historians. Maqasid approach seeks to bring Islamic law that not only oriented to the side of humanity with divinity but also makes maslahat as the last consideration. In operation, the maqasid shariah maqasid positioned higher level of textual implications (dilalah al-nash), the means that when a law of textual implication not affect real maslahat, it must be done in order to realize the maslahat of reinterpretation. In addition, in the process also should pay attention to the rules of thinking maqasid grouped into four; 1) all the provisions of the shariah has an illah, purpose, and maslahat. 2) determination of maqasid shariah has to use theorem (dalil). 3) hierarchy of maslahat and mafsadah. 4) separation between Maqasid with wasilah to maqasid.

Abstract

Related to the revelation, the guidance of Allah, or the unseen that in terms of theology / fiqh is called the things that khariqul 'Addah. In the face of the science that is the miracle of the Prophet and Messenger, the students are required to receive bulatbulat and believes in order to know and understand, one a thought al-Ghazali were alleged to have major implications in blunting the power of creativity, work ethic, and Islamic science is the concept of the ethics of the relationship between students and teachers as embodied in Ihya 'Ulumuddin, particularly in the three chapters in the chapter "Riyadhah al-nafs". Blend as offered by al-Ghazali dazzling intellectual world Muslim (Sunni) so the complete, so it really happened like he has created a room for people who although very convenient, then have the effect of imprisonment of Islamic intellectual creativity, reputedly until now.

Abstract

The background of this research is a contrasting phenomenon of the realization of sakinah family in community life. The family is the smallest group in society, consisting of husbands, wives and children. It is the principle of forming a society. The majority of people assume that the factor of peace in family life is material, but many rich people who do not get peace at home so often the quarrels and discomfort. Problems that appear in the house can threaten the eternity of marriage even lead to divorce. It arises because the unfulfilled hope of each partner and mental, social and spiritual unpreparedness. Furthermore, researcher examined the verses of sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family in contemporary and classical interpretation as a solution in realizing sakinah family today. In the hope, finding a relevant and even solute interpretation to deal with the current problem. For writers, it is useful to add insight into the mindset, attitude, and experience as an effort to improve the quality of learning, by understanding the character of sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah in the family. The formulation of problem in this research is (1) How is the view of Qur'an about sakinah family? (2) How to interpret the verses of sakinah family, mawaddah, wa rahmah in tafsir al-Misbah and Ibn Kathir? (3) How is the different interpretation of Quraish Shihab and Ibn Kathir in understanding the sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah verses? This research is a literature research which makes the interpretation of al-Misbah and Ibn Katsir as the main source of research. This research uses descriptive-analytic approach. The method uses comparative analysis, which is to compare contemporary and classical interpretations to know the results of interpretation and the differences in the field of exegesis. Another analysis using maudhu'i method is discuss the verses according to the appropriate theme with collecting and deep studying various aspects related to asbab al-nuzul, mufradat and interpretation of the verses.

Abstract

Self-image is a concept of an individual himself. It is formed from learning andexperiences that turn into a belief of an individual identity. It is a way of a person seesinside and thinks about himself in this present time. The self-image of leader is a positiveperspective of his existence as a good leader according to his followers’ realisticperspective on him. The dimension of leadership positive self-image must be a realisticpersonal characteristic of a leader, not merely an effort of self-imaging for the time being.A leader should be able to decide on how he will listen to, explain about, see, and judgesomething consistently. The specification of Islamic leader of any level and sector shouldreflect positive self-image of a d leader as a part of worship and jihad fisabilillah for thesake of Alloh.
