Abstract

Business and banking competition getting tougher and dynamic with the flow ofmodernity, in which the bank is now not only save space but also as a place forinvestment and financial consulting making banking products in Indonesia increasinglyvaried to meet those needs. Product innovation is a keystone to the method of productdevelopment. Product innovation can deliver the product to be repackaged or newproducts. Product innovation is also done through the improvement or refinement ofexisting products, adding features, specifications and the resulting benefits. Islamicbanking should be careful in product innovation so that the demand for the productremains high. This means not only product innovation but rather product oriented tocustomer oriented. In other words, the development of innovative Islamic bankingproducts is consistent with the requirements (needs) and desires (wants) or taste currentcustomers. Which is more important in marketing and product innovation in Islamicbanking is how the product and the product innovation is not contrary to Islamic law orcontrary to the Qur'an and Sunnah. Product innovation must be done when the positionof the PLC is in decline sales.

Abstract

The increasing of LGBT in Indonesia which the followers do the activities as their identity. The strong ignorance as the LGBT’s that awarely declare the legality of their exixtences to the goverment. In turn, the movement of LGBT shows the problems in scholars who disagree with the LGBT. LGBT is thought as soul stress and it can be cured. The current paper describes the factors which are particularly impacted the LGBT activists. The environment may be impacted the behaviours and those can be impacted by the environment, thus when the internalization of the value happens, the human can limit theirself to receive politely about LGBT. The individuall cab change the perception and paradigm to reject or receive the phenomenon.

Abstract

Seorang muslim tidak akan pernah mencapai kesempurnaan ibadahnya,apabila belum mengetahui dan mengimplementasikan tujuan dan nilai-nilai filosofis yang terkandung di dalamnya. Maksud dan tujuan dari syariatkannya ibadah bukanlah terletak pada praktik ritualnya semata, melainkan jauh lebih dalam lagi, bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung di dalamnya yang harus diterapkan oleh setiap muslim dalam menjalani kehidupannya sehari-hari. Sehingga dampak dari ibadah vertikal (habluminallah) juga dapat terimplementasi kedalam bentuk ibadah horizontal (habluminannas). Bila setiap muslim sudah mampu memahami dan menerapkan setiap nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam ibadah, maka hampir setiap aktivitas yang dilakukannya pun akan bernilai ibadah. Begitu juga dengan aktivitas dalam muamalah, baik jual beli, sewa menyewa, utang-piutang dan lainnya, apabila semuanya didasari oleh semangat ibadah, yaitu mencari ridla dari Allah dengan jalan menciptakan kemaslahatan di dunia, baik dengan sesama manusia maupun dengan alam sekitarnya, sehinga tercapai falah atau kebahagiaan dunia akhirat.

Abstract

This paper is aimed to know the real description about ijtihad done before the codification of usul fiqh. Theoretically, law product should be establised from theories of usul fiqh, but the reality there are many law products appear before usul fiqh is exists.The laws of islam which is established from ijtihad is different from what we know recently, especially in applying the study of ushul fiqh, it is happened because it is established in the 2nd century of hijriyah. it means that more 200 years, moslems society established the law product without any books about ushul fiqh. where as, it is a must that ijtihad is established after the study of ushul fiqh is exist. From this study, it is know that the product of law is established from Ijtihad which is done before codification of Islamic law in applying the theories of istinbath written in study of ushul fiqh, although this theory has not been written systematically. Ijtihad which is done ​​by sahabat, tabi'in and tabi 'tabi'in based on theories of istinbath which is kept well in their chest. They don’t learn about the study of usul fiqh from reading a book but directly from their teacher. Something they got from the teacher will be memorized and then they apply it when they face a new cases.

Abstract

Education for human life is an absolute necessity, which must be met for life. Without education it is impossible a group of people can thrive in line with aspirations for advanced, prosperous, happy according to the concept of their worldview. To advance their lives that then become the main means of education that needs to be managed systematically and consistently. Therefore in this paper will be presented on Islamic education, good sense and function, then about tri education center. Education is the main factor in the human person formation. Education plays an important role in shaping the human person is good or bad according to the size of the normative. On the other hand the process of development and human education does not just happen and influenced by the process of education in the formal education system (schools) only. Mankind for life will always get the influence by family, school and community. In other words, the process of development of human education is to achieve maximum results depends not only on how the education system happen. But it also depends on the educational environment besides the formal environment. Islamic religion is concerned about the environment into the early formation of human character to the extent that there are words of The Prophet stated that for better or worse depending on the merits of the surrounding environment. Islamic education as a liberating people from the threat of apostasy bring men to “Neraka”. Create the human becomes a servant of God who have a happy life harmony and balance in the world and the Hereafter.

Abstract

While many Zakat Management Organizations (ZMO) rejected state hegemony through Law No. 23/2011 on Zakat Management, LAZIS NU and LAZIS Muhammadiyah, two ZMO from the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia have little to say, even tend to be silent. From here, this paper seeks to find out and reconstruct acceptence of two LAZISs to the state hegemony in the management of zakat. Both LAZISs have acceptance that tend to be neutral and even lead to positive. This is because, Law No 23/2011 is considered in harmony with the function and role of the State and it supports civil society. Implicitly, both organizations affirm UUPZ 23/2011 because it is not affected by the hegemonic state.

Abstract

This article is intended to provide philosophical insight of the importance of the educational concept based on social problems. Social problems like poverty, unemployment, moral deterioration, corruption, social violence, and others arise because there is malfunction of education or education institutions in Indonesia in solving those problems. Recently the developing character education must be accompanied by the spirit of progressivism and reconstructive education philosophy. In the west, both of the philosophical ideologies are designed to create progress and social integrity. Education curriculum is consciously directed to deal with the gap and the social life problem, both in relations between the community and the natural environment and the relationship between societies in politics, economic, and socio-cultural. If the concept of education in Indonesia is not built and directed to deal with social life in which taking part in solving the recent social problem widely, the education will only produce graduates who do not care for various social problems faced by the community and the country. Furthermore, the development of science, technology, and information in the globalization era not only give the advantage and efficiency but also have a negative impact on people’s behavior individually or in groups, and all of them must be anticipated and coped by education.

Abstract

Islam in terms of greeting (safety and pleasure) have values ​​of brotherhood, mutual respect and promote solidarity of the people in order to create a harmony in diversity. Form of mutual respect of diversity will always hand in hand with justice. Justice that the ideals for all human beings will always need a struggle. The struggle embodied in the values ​​of Islam is the provision of equality with others in order to create justice. So the struggle of Muslims must based on Oppressed people. Oppressed people who should be fought because of the loss of the rights and pleasures. If there are still oppressed people, the equality and justice has not come true. Islam is capable of churning into diversity must continue to fight for the oppressed until the creation of freedom to all mankind is fullfiled. Islamic values of struggle ​​we can found in the village of Moro-moro, Mesuji district. The state of society with diversity is no longer a problem. Because no longer any separation between individual interests and social interests. All united for the purpose of welfare with a tangible manifestation continue their mutual mutual assistance in economic sector in agriculture. Until into the making of houses of worship as the center of the struggle that is very individualistic society to do together in order to create prosperity

Abstract

Komunikasi Islam adalah komunikasi yang berdasarkan pada ajaran Islam serta bertujuan untuk menyebarkan ajaran Islam dan membangun masyarakat berdasarkan ajaran tersebut. Dalam prakteknya karena berhubungan dengan wahyu dan kenabian, komunikasi tersebut karena mencakup masalah-masalah yang transcend dapat dikatakan sebagai komunikasi transendental. Untuk melihat adanya aspek transcend metodologi yang dipakai adalah metodologi mekanik dalam menjabarkan komunikasi sebagaimana yang dilakukan Shanon dan Weaver yang bekerja secara mekanik bermula dari Source-Encoder-Message-Decoder-Destination- kemudian Feedback. Dengan analisis tekstual; termasuk analisis tata bahasa dan gaya bahasa Arab yang biasa dikenal dengan sebutan analisis balaghah (tafsîr adaby) dan metode semiotik; analisis paradigmatik dan sintagmatik terhadap teks dan narasi dari naskah al-Qur’an maupun hadits maka akan bisa ditemukan model komunkasi transcendental dalam Komunikasi Islam.

Abstract

Carbon emission disclosure is a disclosure to assess an organisation's carbon emissions and set targets for reduction of the carbon emission. This study is aimed to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of environmental performance, media exposure, type of industry, size of company, and profitability to the extent of carbon emission disclosure in Indonesian shariah companies. To measure the extent of carbon emission disclosure, it is used checklist that has been developed based on the information inquiry forms provided by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). This study employed purposive sampling method from companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2012-2014. There were 35 companies which fulfilled criterion as the research samples. The results of this study showed that type of industry has negative significance and profitability has positive significance to influence the extent of carbon emission disclosure. Whilst, environmental performance, media exposure and the size of company has no significant influence to the extent of carbon emission disclosure.
