Abstract

Prepositions are a topic in English that is considered difficult to master. Linguistic differences between Indonesian and English are considered one of the reasons why Indonesian English speakers find it difficult to use the correct English prepositions. Confusions often arise when Indonesian learn the prepositions of place in, on, and at, because in Indonesian, all three are translated as the preposition "di." The author found that students at the Total Source Development Flight Attendant Training Institute in Yogyakarta had difficulty using the prepositions of place in, on, and at correctly. Therefore, the writer decided to start a community service at the institute to help the students master this topic. Due to the limited time for preparation and execution, the writer decided to use a lecture-based teaching method. To help students overcome the boredom commonly associated with this method, the writer also included a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation to make the class more engaging. Students were also given the opportunity to participate actively by asking and answering questions during the lesson. By the second day, students were found to be able to use the prepositions of place in, on, and at quite well in conversation.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of paid promote and endorsement strategies in enhancing online sales at PT Pegadaian CP Kentungan. Employing a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation. The results reveal that paid promote is effective in broadening promotional reach through social media accounts aligned with target audiences, while endorsement improves brand trust and consumer credibility through influencer engagement. These strategies complement one another by increasing digital interactions and fostering consumer interest, thus proving to be valuable for enhancing online marketing in financial institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction of Maxim online transportation users among students in Yogyakarta.This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students in Yogyakarta. The number of samples used was 100 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. Test multiple linear regression analysis, test the hypothesis using the t test and F test.The results of this research show that price and service quality partially have a significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction among students in Yogyakarta, while promotion has no significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Yogyakarta. Simultaneously, it was found that there was a significant influence between price, promotion and service quality on Maxim customer satisfaction  among  students  in  Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The Special Region of Yogyakarta is a major tourist destination with various facilities and infrastructure such as star and non-star hotel accommodation (Murti,2017).  However, from 2018 to 2021, there was no increase in hotel growth each year. Tourism activities are very dependent on the presence of human resources, as drivers of tourism industry activities including hotels, so the realization of tourism activities is marked by the interaction between consumers who are on tour and producers as parties offering tourism products or services. Based on the background above, researchers conducted research with the title “Service Quality of Trainees at Speakizzie, Pulang ke Uttara Hotel after Pandemic Covid-19”. This Type of research data was collected using interview techniques, observation, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. The results of the research show that trainees at  Speakizzie, Pulang ke Uttara Hotel, have service quality indicators, 1) Reliability is quite good, 2) Responsiveness is quite good, 3) Assurance is quite good, 4) Empathy is quite good, 5) Direct evidence (tangibles) is quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether green products, green brands, and green advertising have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Lemonilo Noodles. The variables of this study are green product, green brand, green adversiting as an independent variable and purchasing decision as an independent variable. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling technique of purposive sampling type with a sample of 100 respondents. The population in this study is consumers of Lemonilo Noodle products among students of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative research method. The results of this study are as follows: Green product, Green brand, and Green advertising together have a significant effect on purchasingdecisions.

Abstract

The Cabin Hotel North Ringroad is a service-oriented business offering comfortable accommodation to its customers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of room price, service quality, and physical facilities on customer satisfaction with the addition of control variables. The research problem formulation is to assess whether the influence of each of these factors is statistically significant on the level of customer satisfaction or not. The population in this study consists of visitors who have used accommodation services at The Cabin Hotel North Ringroad, totaling 116 visitors. The sampling method in this research is accidental sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 29.0. The results of this research state that, partially, the regression results indicate that price and physical facilities have a non-significant influence on customer satisfaction, while service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, price, service quality, and physical facilities together have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Additionally, the control variables, price, service quality, and physical facilities collectively have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. However, it should be noted that the addition of control variables resulted in a change in the F value from 125.333 to 97.059, indicating a decrease of 28.274. Nonetheless, it remains statistically significant

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Yogyakarta BEI Service Quality Dimensions Moderated by the SPM Program on Investment Decisions of Millennials. The research data used comes from the community, especially Yogyakarta millennials who have participated in the SPM program organized by BEI Yogyakarta and have opened an account. By using the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents via Google Form. The number of respondents based on participant data was 120 people. The data processing method uses multiple regression analysis with additional analytical methods of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, MRA regression test, and t test. The results of this research partially show that the five dimensional variables of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) have a significant influence on investment decisions of millennials, while the test results of the SPM program as a moderating variable on the five variables on investment decisions of millennials contain 3 variables. The independent variables that have a significant influence are tangibles, reliability and assurance, while the other 2 variables (responsiveness and empathy) have no significant influence.

Abstract

PT Automobil Jaya Mandiri is an authorized dealer that serves Wuling car sellers. Wuling Motors Mlati Yogyakarta serves sales for the Yogyakarta, Klaten, Solo, Magelang, Purworejo and surrounding areas. In order to increase sales productivity, the role of HR is very important, for this reason, it is necessary to study the influence of work motivation on each employee both from within and from outside, so that work productivity can increase. The aim of this research is to find out whether intrinsic and extrinsic motivation have a significant effect on employee productivity either partially or simultaneously. In this study using quantitative data. Surveys, interviews and observations were used to collect data, and 33 employees of PT Automobil Jaya Mandiri were used as research samples. The SPSS 29.0 for Windows program is used to validate and verify data during data processing. The analytical method used is factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using F test analysis, and t test. Based on the results of the t (partial) test, it shows that there is a significant influence between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee work productivity (Y). Simultaneously the intrinsic motivation variable and the extrinsic motivation variable have a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y). This proves that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee work productivity (Y).

Abstract

Scarlett Whitening is a body care product from Indonesia with Brand Ambassadors Song Joong-ki, Twice, and Dinda Hauw. This research was conducted to find out how influential Brand Ambassadors Song Joong-ki, Twice, and Dinda Hauw are in consumer purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents in Magelang Regency who used Scarlett Whitening products with brand ambassadors Joong-ki, Twice, and Dinda Hauw. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression test, t test, coefficient of determination test, and F test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, especially the t test and multiple linear regression, it is concluded that all the independent variables (visibility, credibility, attraction, and power ) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening in Magelang Regency. Likewise, the results of the F test show that all independent variables (visibility, credibility, attraction, and power) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening in Magelang Regency.

Abstract

CV. Pusat Handicraf is a manufacturing company with a broad target market, many transactions make financial records important. To improve the quality of management, a financial technology that is capable of running automatically and providing accurate information is needed. This study aims to analyze the needs of financial information systems and design a system that is able to assist the process of planning, controlling, and evaluating company finances by utilizing the website. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used were obtained using observation and interview methods. This research is composed of the stages of business process and resource analysis, needs analysis, financial information system design, feasibility testing, implementation of financial information systems and conclusions. The result of this research is the creation of a website-based financial information system that meets needs and is able to assist in providing financial information that can be used as material for planning,  controlling  and  evaluating  finances  as  well  as supervising all transactions made
