Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosi, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Perdagangan Dan Perindustrian Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada responden yang berjumlah 59 karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil riset secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian secara simultan, kecerdasan emosi, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The correlation between law and economics is so close and mutuallyinfluencing, to meet various human needs in their social life. Economicdevelopment will affect the implementation of the law. Likewise incarrying out various business activities, the role of the legal sector isvery important, especially to facilitate business development both on anational and international scale. This can be realized through themaking of an agreement by the business actors. Agreement as a private legal relationship that exists between parties who have entered into an agreement, on the object that has been agreed upon as a form of fulfilment of rights and obligations, after the agreement is created. This refers to the source of contract law, taking into account the legal terms of the agreement, the principles of contract law, and the stages of making the agreement, so that it can run effectively and efficiently. To support the writing of this journal, the author uses the library research method, which examines a number of scientific books, journals, theories and concepts that discuss contracts and various business activities.

Abstract

Many inconsistencies in understanding English and mathematics materials that occur in several study groups for elementary and junior high school students, both new and old students at the Bestfriend Education Management (BEM) after the pandemic, cause teaching and learning activities that occur to be inefficient because in one group the teacher will divide into groups that already understand and those that do not understand. Even though the group has been divided according to the class and level of each school. So it takes a new program using a business design to be able to equalize this inconsistency. The new program that was created is called an incubation program. The purpose of creating this program is to find out how to create, design and implement the new program into the operational business of the institution's educational services so that it can have the impact expected by all parties. This business design was carried out at Bestfriend Education Management (BEM) which is located in Dsn. Tado Ds Singkalan RT 04 RW 03 Kec. Balongbendo Kab. Sidoarjo, East Java on April 5, 2023-April 30, 2024. The method used in making this business design is a qualitative case study method using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) strategy. The results of the implementation of this incubation program business design have proven to be able to help institutions solve problems of differences in understanding that occur in the classroom, make effective and efficient learning and also become an advantage for institutions compared to other institutions with this new program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the internal control system in cash management at XYZ Institute. The background of this research is based on the importance of good internal control to maintain the liquidity and financial efficiency of private universities, especially in the face of funding challenges and limited student growth. The research method used includes descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, involving data collection through interviews and direct observation.The results showed that although Institut XYZ had implemented several internal control components in accordance with the COSO framework, there were still weaknesses in the implementation and monitoring of the system. These weaknesses have the potential to disrupt cash management and increase the risk of errors and fraud. This study recommends improvements in internal control procedures and increased human resource capacity to achieve the goal of more effective cash management.

Abstract

In this advanced era, technology and information are developing rapidly, including the internet. Currently, many activities are carried out virtually, such as online buying and selling transactions in the Marketplace. Shopee is a specialized application that creates a pleasant online shopping experience for consumers with advanced payment and delivery assistance. The purpose of this study is to obtain information related to various things that can influence young people to make decisions to buy an item about the effect of price and live streaming features on consumer purchasing decisions in the Shopee e-commerce application. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents so that data was obtained to further analyze the effect of the live streaming feature and price on purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce application by conducting multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that the live streaming feature and price, simultaneously (together) have an effect on purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce application. While the results of the analysis of the calculation of partial test statistics on the live streaming feature variable have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce application in Tangerang Regency. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the calculation of partial test statistics on the price variable, the price has an individual and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Shopee e-commerce application in Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

The training on village regulation legislation for the officials of Tlobo Village, Karangsari Village, and the Waduk Jlantah Care Group aimed to enhance their capacity in drafting and implementing quality village regulations. This program focused on strengthening participants' understanding of the legislative process while encouraging community participation in decision-making. The methods employed included interactive lectures, case studies, and public consultation simulations, which proved effective in improving participants' comprehension. Evaluation results indicated a significant increase, with participants' understanding scores rising from 45% in the pre-test to 85% in the post-test. Additionally, 80% of the draft village regulations produced by participants met the standards, with 30% rated as very good. However, challenges remain in the precise use of legal language and conflict management during public consultation processes. Therefore, future training sessions should emphasize these aspects. This training is expected to serve as a catalyst for the development of tourism villages based on Waduk Jlantah, creating regulations that support sustainable resource management. With a participatory and contextual approach, it is hoped that synergy between village governments and communities can be established, resulting in village regulations that are responsive to local needs and contribute to community welfare. Ultimately, the enhancement of legislative capacity at the village level is anticipated to support better and more transparent development in the future.

Abstract

A hotel is a building with rooms that are rented out as accommodation or for other commercial needs. Being an industry that operates in the hospitality business service sector, this must be supported by quality service and the existence of infrastructure that can support the implementation of a hotel service business. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of Standard Operating Procedures by receptionists in handling check-in and check-out guests at the Cyka Raya Hotel Yogyakarta. This type of research, the author uses qualitative descriptive with data sources obtained from 20 guests and information from the HRD of the Cyka Raya Hotel Yogykarta. In collecting data, the author used participatory observation, documentation and interviews. Sampling selection method, the author uses quota sampling. For data analysis methods, the author uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The research results show that the Check-in and Check-Out Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), each of which has 7 indicators, have been implemented quite well, but their implementation is still less consistent due to the lack of Human Resources in several divisions. This means that Standard Operating Procedures do not work well.

Abstract

Corporate Governance is a system that guarantees all stakeholders that they will obtain their rights that are reasonable and of high value. PT. Arthapura Global Construction is a company that operates in the fields of construction, engineering, and procurement. This company recognizes the importance of the implementation of corporate governance as one of the tools to increase the value of business progress. This study aims to present information about GCG (Good Corporate Governance) related to business ethics, code of conduct, and risk management at PT. Arthapura Global Construction. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. This study uses a sample of Construction Services Companies domiciled in Depok City with the research subjects of Commissioners, Directors, Employees/Workers, and other stakeholders such as suppliers, business partners, or customers who have business interactions with the company. The result of this study is that PT. Arthapura Global Construction implements Good Corporate Governance (GCG) related to business ethics, code of conduct, and risk management. Where companies apply various kinds of business ethics principles. PT. Arthapura Global Construction is designed to influence, shape, regulate and perform appropriate behaviors, so as to achieve consistent outputs that are in accordance with the Company's work culture.

Abstract

Many people complain about several problems related to tax services at the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of finding out the influence of the quality of land and building tax services on consumer satisfaction at the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency.This research uses quantitative methods, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were residents of Sikka Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, coefficient of determination and F test.Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was concluded that all Tangibles, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Reliability variables had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Likewise, the results of the F test show that the variables Tangible, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Reliability simultaneously have a significant effect on consumersatisfaction at the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency

Abstract

This project research conducted in the accounting department aims to explain the procedures for paying debts to vendors carried out by account payables in the accounting department of the Grand Kangen Hotel. Evaluate whether the hotel debt payment procedure is effective and efficient or not. The method of preparing this final project is to use a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection tools in the form of observation and documentation.The results project research of the payment procedure begins with checking the amount of hotel debt by the account payable in the hotel software system. Then the vendor comes to the hotel to exchange invoices, then the account payable checks the form. Followed by adjusting the amount of hotel debt between the vendor data and the hotel software system. Files are collected and submitted to the chief accounting and general manager. Account payable prints application files and writes bank transfer slips for debt payments. Then it is sent to the finance director for approval. Then go to the bank to make a transfer transaction for payment of debt. Official slip after successful bank transaction sent to vendor. Next is the procedure for paying debts to vendors, nine steps are considered effective, and three steps are ineffective. But on the implementation of the three steps results can be achieved by accounts payable. So the evaluation of procedures for paying debts to vendors by account payable is determined to be effective. The eight-step procedure for paying debts to vendors was evaluated as an efficient step, and only four steps were inefficient. But the implementation of the four steps benefited and was successfully carried out by the account payable. So the evaluation of debt payment procedures to vendors carried out by accounts payable is determined to be efficient.
