Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Product Quality and Online Customer Reviews on purchasing decisions for Indonesian Iced Tea beverage products (Case Study of Yogyakarta Indonesian Iced Tea Consumers). This research is a type of quantitative research with data collection materials in the form of questionnaires. The population in this research are consumers who have purchased Indonesian Iced Tea products in Yogyakarta. The sample for this research was taken using probability sampling using a simple random sampling method of 384 samples. Data analysis techniques use instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests. From the research results, it can be concluded that product quality has a significant influence on the decision to purchase Indonesian Iced Tea drink products in Yogyakarta. Online customer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Indonesian Iced Tea drink products in Yogyakarta. Product quality, online customer reviews simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions for Indonesian Iced Tea drink products in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This ethnographic study aims to explore the dynamics and cultural practices surrounding the implementation the Tapping Box and  SIMAK applications at the BPPRD Lampung Selatan. Through participant   observation, in depth interviews, and contextual analysis, this research delves into the daily interactions and routines of BPPRD staff and taxpayers. Cultural factors, such as resistance to change and varying levels of technological literacy, play significant roles in the implementation process. The theory indentified are  Innovation Diffusion Theory, Transformational Leadership, and Social System Theory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership on the performance of employees of the Sleman Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, (2) the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency of Sleman Regency, (3) the effect of motivation on the performance of employees of the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency, and Regional Assets of Sleman Regency, (4) influence of leadership, work environment, and motivation on the performance of employees of the Sleman Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency.This study used a quantitative approach to 318 respondents, consisting of Civil Servants and Non Civil Servants of BKAD Sleman Regency in 2023. By distributing using a questionnaire. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) leadership, work environment and motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. When viewed from the overall effect of these variables is 68.7%, the remaining 31.3% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study

Abstract

This thesis entitles "The influence of banquet equipment on organizing events in Hotel Crystal Lotus Yogyakarta. The aim is to find out the completeness of the existing facilities at the Banquet Hotel Crystal Lotus Yogyakarta Yogyakarta and to find out the effect of the completeness of the facilities on the event in Hotel Crystal Lotus Yogyakarta. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used by the author is the Spradley model data analysis.The results obtained from this study, of the 8 indicators of the completeness of the facilities that the author has set, there are 6 responses that say they have an effect on the ongoing event, there are 6 responses that say they might affect the event for different reasons, and there are 4 responses that say no effect on the event taking place. The hotel must complete the lack of facilities in the Crystal Lotus Hotel meeting room, regulate the use of equipment, especially equipment used by banquets. Adding employees to the banquet section so that there is no shortage of banquet workers.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy and have the potential to improve community welfare. This study aims to see the effect of capital assistance and mentoring on increasing the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kasihan District, Bantul Regency. The research methodology used in this research is a quantitative method. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data derived from questionnaires, documentation, and other literature. The sample in this study were 31 MSMEs in Kasihan Subdistrict who had received capital assistance from the Bantul Regency Government. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the capital assistance variable partially affected the variable of increasing MSME income in Kasihan Sub-district, Bantul Regency; the mentoring variable partially affected the increase in MSME income in Kasihan Sub-district, Bantul Regency, and the capital assistance and mentoring variables simultaneously affected the increase in MSME income in Kasihan Sub-district, Bantul Regency

Abstract

Salad are becoming more and more popular among Indonesian because of their high nutritional contect and ease of preparation. Salad Nyo is one of the salad products circulating in the market with various variants and services. This research aims to analyze the influence of consumer behavior and products on the decision to purchase Salad Nyo. The method used by the researcher is a survey by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are consumers of Salad Nyo products located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis using the multiple regression method multiple regression, t test and f test.Based on the research result it is known that consumer and product behavior has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Salad Nyo Spesial Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) and the result of the determination test show 0,629 so that the consumer and product behavior variable is 38.3% which is able to explain the purchase decision variable while the remaining 61.7% influenced by other factors not examined
