Abstract

Several studies have shown that collaboration among teachers in Lesson Study (LS) activities was able to create the quality of learning mathematics more professional. Along with this, it turns out collaboration between partners becomes essential for the success of teaching special needs students (ABK) in inclusion class. Thus, in this study, researcher try to apply LS activities in the implementation of mathematics in the classroom. The aim of this study was to find out matters relating to: (1) Obtaining a complete description of the needs of the crew in mathematics, (2) Obtain an overview of the implementation lesson Study model in inclusion school, (3) Obtain package individual learning model (individual Educational Program [IEP]) for ABK in junior high school of mathematics inclusions, and (4) The implementation of the LS models in mathematics learning in the inclusion classroom. This study use the development (research development) method which consisting of five stages. In the first stage is study of literature, planning and development. In the second stage  conducted LS implementation, revision, and expansion. The findings of this research are expected to be used as a reference in the implementation of LS in the inclusion classroom. In addition, provide input to the local government of Metro City in educational policy, especially in the organization of inclusion.

Abstract

The character is always up to date to be discussed and it is necessary to continue to be discussed in order to develop the character of the students in particular and the nation in general. Low of character of learners will result in low quality of the nation in the future, otherwise the strength of character of the learners are expected to affect the progress of the nation and the state. Up to now there are many phenomena of lawlessness, including criminal events that do learners caused low character. Character development must get the attention of all parties, especially the world of education. A person's character is not permanent, the characters can be changed and developed. Education is becoming a tools for the right to develop the character of students. Each subject in the school should be used as a media to develop the character in addition to developing intellectual. For this purpose, an educator is required to have the ability to carry out learning that is able to develop the character of their students through the subject matter, also through the example of daily life, especially at school.

Abstract

The objective of this research to determine the relationship between indigenous knowledge, attitudes toward the environment, and conservation motivational with the participation of youth in resources conservation of coastal. The research was conducted at Cibalong Coastal Village, South Garut, 2015 with sum of samples 170 selected randomly. The research findings are as follow: (1) there is positive correlation between of indigenous knowledge with the participation of youth in resources conservation of coastal, (2) there is positive correlation between attitudes toward the environment with the participation of youth in resources conservation of coastal, (3) there is positive correlation between of conservation motivational with the participation of youth in resousrces conservation of coastal, and (4) there is positive correlation between of indigenous knowledge,  attitudes toward the environment, and conservation motivational  with the participation of youth in resources conservation of coastal.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to obtain facts about the principals productivity of senior high school state in Jakarta. The research was conducted in the working area of Jakarta Education and Culture Department. Study time from January to March 2015. The design of this study used survey method. The data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire is prepared using a Likert scale. The number of samples determined by using Slovin formula obtained as many as 60 people. The sample was obtained by simple random sampling technique. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The result of the research can be concluded that: First, headmaster's productivity profile of senior high school state in Jakarta based on 25 predictor component that has reached good category as much as 18 pieces or equal to 72%.Secondly, the predictor component of headmaster productivity of senior high school state in Jakarta which is categorized requires correction of 7 units or 28%.

Abstract

The use of the approach is very important in the success of learning. The learning activity will effective and efficient if supported by the proficiency teachers that organize learning approach. How to set teacher’s approach in learning activity is very influential to the way students learn. The research aims are: (1) Developed a model of learning, i,e the application of card problem and process skills approach, (2) Increasing the ability of students to aswer the question, (3) Increasing the activities of students in the learning process, (4) Increasing the performance of the teacher. The data collection is done through observation, quistionaire,interview, test, and documentation. From the analysis of the data, it was obtained the conclusion that learning by using card problem and process skills approaches were able: (1) To contribute positively to improving the ability to answer the question of Bahasa Indoneesia subjects, (2) To incease the active partipsipation of students in the learning process, (3) To improve student learning outcomes, and, (4) To provide a positive influence on performance improvement of teachers.

Abstract

NHT cooperative learning is a learning strategy with a number of students as members of small groups with different levels of ability. The emphasis is on developing elements of social interaction as well as skill enhancement, especially in working group motivation. The purpose of this study is to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students VIIH class MTs Darul A'Mal Metro City even semester Lesson 2105/2016 using the environment. It is a classroom action research carried out in 3 cycles using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model research design. The stages of this study include the stage of planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. The data obtained in this study include the observation of student learning activities, test learning outcomes, the results of observation of learning activities and student responses to learning. The resulting test of the first cycle action was obtained by the percentage of classical completeness by 41%, the result of learning cycle II 55% and cycle III obtained 85.19%. While learning activity in cycle I obtained percentage 69,71%, on cycle II equal to 77.22% and cycle III the average activity is 81,03%. Based on the research results can be concluded that with the implementation of cooperative model Type NHT can improve student activity and learning outcomes and get excellent response from students.
