Abstract

This study aims to discuss how the view of the practice of advertising in Indonesia is reviewed from a critical theory approach. When the cultural and media industries are only oriented to the commodity of the audience, only focusing on the economic value that is the trading process, the fact that ethics is only seen as the number one. In the end, there are advertisements that violate ethics, in order to get the attention of the audience and to sell their products to the market. The issue of the code of Ethics can be addressed when the code of advertising is well-socialized among advertising practitioners, especially agencies and communities. Especially for agencies, socialization needs to be implanted in order to avoid their ignorance in creating ads that are in the code of ethics.

Abstract

This research aims to determine what are the most common problems in the world of the journalistic code of ethics so that it can be a good picture of the press and uphold the rules of the press. Methods that Used in relation to this research, then the research Debitor is used using a qualitative approach by using the adulteration of primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources obtained by interviews to journalists are always insurers who perform journalistic tasks in the field of observations while the data sources of the Sukender legislation, code of Journalism Ethics, official documents, Books and tangible research results report the data materials in this study. The results of this scientific journal can be proved by the interview among journalists in the city of Palangka Raya who claimed to still be able to work and understand the implementation of the Code of journalistic ethics, specifically articles relating to independence Of the press in carrying out its work. In conclusion, in the world of the press itself still, need some improvement in addition to providing training to journalists but also strengthening the structure and ability of the press agencies themselves in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and describe the Quality of Service for the Distribution of Raskin Assistance in Panarung Village, Palangkaraya City. The research method used is qualitative where the researcher wants to describe and describe the Quality of Service for Distribution of Raskin Assistance in Panarung Village, Palangkaraya City, Data Sources namely Social Welfare and Community Services Section, Development and Human Resources (HR) section and Government section. Based on the results of research that has been conducted that the Quality of Service Delivery of Raskin in Panarung Urban Village, Palangkaraya City is quite good and its implementation has followed established procedures, but it is still not optimal, because socialization is not maximized, inadequate facilities, disciplinary officers that makes service slow

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the Strategy of the Indonesian National Sports Committee in improving the achievements of athletes in Central Kalimantan province. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely the Deputy General Chair of KONI, Deputy Secretary of KONI, Division of Organization and Management, KONI staff, Athletes and Coaches. While secondary data comes from official documents related to this research such as sports medal data acquisition, and data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of his research is to get a clear picture of the Strategy of the Indonesian National Sports Committee in improving Athlete Achievements in Central Kalimantan Province. The results of this study are that the KONI Strategy in improving the achievements of athletes in Central Kalimantan Province is already good, because of the five Performance indicators there are three indicators that have gone well, Responsiveness, Responsibility, Accountability while the two indicators have not gone well are Productivity and Quality of Service

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to explain and describe the Quality of Services for Making a Limited Security Entry Permit or Pass People Card at the Unit Office for the Tjilik Riwut Class I Airport in Palangka Raya. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with qualitative research methods. The type of data in this study is primary data, that is, from the officers making the Entrance Sign for Limited Security Area or Pas Card and the applicants. While secondary data comes from official documents related to this study such as SOP for Pas People. Techniques for collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of his research was the Making of Limited Security Area Entry Signs or Pass People Cards at Unit Offices Organizing the Tjilik Riwut Class I Airport in Palangka Raya. Based on the results of the study, the quality of service provided by the Office of the Unit Operator of Class I Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport is still not optimal, because of the five service quality indicators there are three indicators that have not run well, namely indicators of Tangibles, Reliability, and Empathy, while two indicators that have gone well are indicators of Responsiveness and Assurance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Prevention Policy in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data sources in this study were employees of the Health Office and Community of the City of Palangka Raya. The results showed that the implementation of the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Policy in Palangka Raya City was not in accordance with what was stated in Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2011. The Health Office had handled the infected people to the maximum. Handling is carried out, namely starting from socialization, control and rehabilitation efforts. The Health Office has not fully carried out socialization among the people of the City of Palangka Raya, there is still no satisfactory cooperation between institutions and organizations formed for the problem of prevention and control of HIV/AIDS. The obstacles that hamper the Office of Health in implementing are the lack of facilities and infrastructure such as special remedies, funding issues, and workers who are ready to implement the HIV/AIDS prevention and prevention program

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the Implementation of the BKKBN Student Counseling Information Center (PIK-M) Program in the city of Palangka Raya. The type of research used is a qualitative method, by taking a sample of 4 (four) PIK-M from 8 (eight) PIK-M in the city of Palangka Raya. Namely, (1) PIK-M Barendeng (UNPAR), (2) PIK-M Fasko (UMP), (3) PIK-M Barigas (IAIN), (4) PIK M Bakti Husada (Poltekkes). Data collection techniques are documentation, observation, and interviews. The informants consisted of Head of KS / PK, Head of Sub-Division of BKR, Trustees, Managers, and members of each PHC-M. The cornerstone of theory in this research is implementation and program, where implementation is actions to achieve the objectives outlined in policy decisions. The program is as a unit or unit of activity which is the realization or implementation of policy takes place in a continuous process and occurs in an organization involving a group of people. According to G. Shabbir Cheema and Dennis a. Rondinelli has four factors that influence the implementation of policies or programs, namely: (a) environmental conditions, (b) relations between organizations, (c) organizational resources for program implementation, (d) characteristics and capabilities of implementing agents

Abstract

This study aims to find out, explain, and describe the Implementation of State-Owned Property Assets Administration Policy in the Central Kalimantan Regional Police. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach using data based on facts obtained in the field. The primary data type is the Central Kalimantan Regional Police chief and staff, Operator SIMAK BMN, Head of the Ministry of Finance Palangka Raya's Wealth Services Section. While secondary data comes from the results of documentation in library sources. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it is known that the implementation of the Administration of Fixed Assets of State Property in the Central Kalimantan Regional Police has not been carried out optimally because of communication, disposition, resources and bureaucratic structures that have not been maximized

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe and evaluate the collection of market restitution on PAD in the City of Palangka Raya. This study uses qualitative research methods, where researchers are more on observation, and describe the phenomenon of existing problems through words, images. The results of this study indicate that there needs to be an evaluation of the collection of market levies on regional original income (PAD) in the city of Palangka Raya. Either from the input, process, output, and outcomes. In order for the realization of Market Retribution to reach the expected target and the market contribution to regional original income (PAD) is greater.

Abstract

In the leadership of an organization, the lead role that determines the effort to achieve the goals of the organization he leads. This implies that the progress of the journey of the life of the organization depends on the extent of the ability of the leader in carrying out his leadership duties. This study uses qualitative methods, which are intended to develop concepts, gather facts by being supported by existing data and used to show and answer whether the problem is true. The data source consists of primary data (1) while the primary data source is the employee of the Regional Personnel Agency of Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that (1) Leadership of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Katingan Regency was able to influence organizational goals, motivate subordinate behavior to achieve goals, influence to improve the group so that the desired goals through vision and mission can be achieved. (2) Head of BKD Regional Personnel Agency, Katingan Regency obtains support and cooperation from people outside the organization to achieve organizational goals that have been previously planned. (3) The success of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of the Katingan district depends on the leadership of the head of the Katingan regency agency itself whether it is able to influence, motivate subordinate behavior and to improve the group
