Abstract

Mesin hujan is a developing distro in Padang. Mesin hujan is locatied inJln. Damar 30B it has been established by 3 youth, Arif , Rizky and Fadli. They develop this factory since November 2012. Mesin hujan has philosophy meaning that mesin represent modern life and hujan represent sastra symbol. Hujan also can be the media to create romantism. From the romantism situation the owner of mesin hujan can create creative idea to make some poetry in order to put them in their cloth. In this occasion Mesin Hujan has their own characteristic in selling tshirt by putting some “puitis” word. For those reason Mesin Hujan need the media to extend the promotion , it need to refresh the media of promotion in shape of Audio Visual, in order the aim to streng then the promotion deliver to targetaudience.In process of creating it start from collection the data, observation, interview and documentation. Identification of problems is using SWOT analysis (Sterngth, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) in order the problem of promoting Mesin Hujan can be found, analysis SWOT is using for evaluating and reevaluating a problem that have been decided before to minimize the risk that will be faced.The result of the design ia Audio Visual media that is packaged in DVDand MOV format to be uploaded to internet which is performing Audio Visual Mesin Hujan Padang. Audio Visual is using visualization about product tata ruang Mesin Hujan Padang and it is completed by music. The prime media of promotion is completing the supporting media such us, CD cover, Cd label, poster, sticker, pin, key chain, x-banner, member card.Keywords : Audio Visual, Mesin Hujan, Promotion

Abstract

Café "Rumah Bako" is one of the culinary is mountain Payakumbuh ie youngest mountain. Founded in 2012 by Mr. Andika Ari Andhyka, café "Rumah Bako" is located at Jorong Talago, Nagari Taeh Bukik, Sub Payakumbuh. With mountains in the background a cool and treated to views of the city Payakumbuh of the youngest mountain heights. Promotion ever done only through one of the print media in the city of Padang with installation logo on the advertising page. Promotion done through the print media is not giving effect seknifikan to the café "Rumah Bako" therefore made designing company profile through media websites with the aim of promoting and introducing café "Rumah Bako" which has the advantage with a location in the mountains, because the website can reach all people and in this digital age it is easier to provide information that affects its utilization in order to achieve a goal. The design of the website as the main promotional media café "Rumah Bako", supported by the media support: t-shirts, aprons, calendars, mugs, cards, stickers, keychains, CD cover and CD label. The data analysis was supported by the SWOT method. This method be used because the lack of promotion or a proper introduction to the café "Rumah Bako".Keywords: Web Design, located in the mountains, Café "Rumah Bako”.

Abstract

AbstrakPusat Pendidikan SATNUSA memiliki banyak pesaing dalam sesama pendidikan, dan hal tersebut menyebabkan kurang dikenal pendidikannya. Maka diperlukan media promosi yang dapat menjelaskan dan memberi gambaran tentang ruang lingkup pendidikan ini. Media booklet yang dapat memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana ruang lingkup pendidikan dan menjelaskan tentang informasi-informasi dalam bentuk visual dan verbal yang ada di Pendidikan SATNUSA. Untuk dapat menjelaskan pendidikannya kepada target audience Pusat Pendidikan SATNUSA mengambil langkah-langkah untuk mengadakan Perancangan ”Promosi Pusat Pendidikan SATNUSA dalam bentuk Media Cetak”. Perancangan Promosi ini merupakan salah satu tujuan untuk mempromosikan dan menyampaikan isi pesan kepada target audience agar target audience dapat ikut bergabung dengan Pendidikan SATNUSA. Tujuan dari perancangan adalah menciptakan suatu promosi yang dapat diamati perkembangan perusahaan yang menyangkut segala kegiatan usahanya dan juga sebagai panduan belajar bagi desainer apabila sudah tamat dari bangku perkuliahan. Perancangan promosi ini menggunakan strategi visual Hi-Tech yang berhubungan dengan perkembangan dan kecanggihan teknologi. Karena pendidikan tersebut berhubungan dengan teknologi, jadi perancangan promosi ini didesain melalui prosedural yang bersifat Persuasif. Proses perancangan yang prosedural tersebut berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah yang dihasilkan. Media Booklet tentang ”Promosi Pusat Pendidikan SATNUSA dalam bentuk Media Cetak” sesuai dengan karakter produk yang diharapkan. Perumusan masalah dan identifikasi serta tujuan, pengambilan data melalui cara observasi, dan wawancara kemudian di analisis dan akhirnya menjadi konsep dari perancangan. Perancangan menghasilkan media utama yang berupa Media Booklet yang berisikan tentang profil Pusat Pendidikan SATNUSA mulai dari Latar Belakang, visi dan misi, tujuan, manfaat, serta mutu pendidikan. Media promosi dilengkapi media pendukung seperti, brosur, baliho, stiker, blanko formulir dan kartu nama, media promosinya buku pedoman dan pin.

Abstract

Goodwill Store merupakan salah satu store lokal produk yang beraliran skateboard dan surfing yang berada di kota Padang. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan penulis pada Goodwill Store Padang ditemukan beberapa masalah seperti kurangnya media informasi dan promosi. Oleh karena itu penulis membuat sebuah rancangan media berbentuk website. Tujuan perancangan web ini dapat menjangkau seluruh dunia. Selain itu, melalui web informasi yang ingin disampaikan dapat diberikan secara rinci, lengkap, dan dapat memberikan tampilan yang lebih menarik.Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode kualitatif dengan mengadakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penulis mengadakan kunjungan dan melakukan pengamatan langsung ke Goodwill Store untuk mendapatkan data-data yang diperlukan yang terkait dengan perancangan. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk menganalis data adalah analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat). Kekuatan dalam perancangan web design Goodwill store (Strength), kelemahan rancangan ini (Weakness), peluang yang dapat dilihat (Opportunities), dan apa ancaman dari rancangan (Threats).Perancangan ini menghasilkan sebuah media utama berupa Website Media Informasi Goodwill Store, selain media utama juga dibuat media pendukung perancangan website Goodwill Store. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu media utama dalam mempromosikan Goodwill Store padang yang dikemas dalam bentuk media cetak seperti : Poster, Stiker, Pin, Kartu Nama, Topi, Paper Bag, Mug, T- Shirt dan X-Banner.Berangkat dari hal tersebut penulis menghasilkan rancangan Web Design Goodwill Store Padang.Kata Kunci: Web Design, Perancangan, Desain Komunikasi Visual, Universitas Negeri Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of the maternity home logo design is to make maternity home identity, making the logo as a means of promoting maternity homes in order to be more developed, and for the maternity House Mega Raudhah mengeksistensikan to make it more notable. The birthing House Mega Raudhah maternity home is one that is big enough in the way of Malana, Rizano housing complex. On 10 May 2006, the maternity House was founded by the mother Hj. Megawarni Amd area Keb Jak. The birthing House provides consulting services on health and labor. Promotions conducted by the maternity home was not an objective so as not to reach a target audience that is needed, and more enjoyed by the clients prior to his labor in the maternity home, so only a handful of people who know, for that is the need for media promotion that could reach the market through the media which is quite influential in the life of the community these last few years Batusangkar. The use of the theory is a theory used in logos, visual communication design theory, theory of the layout. The analysis used are analysis of 5W1H to explain what, where, when, who, and why. The concept was used in the design of the logo of the birthing House Mega Raudhah is the silhouette of a mother and child. Mother and son is the initial idea designing maternity home Mega Raudhah logo. The Logo is a solution of a very good promotion in maternity homes, as visualization and imagery from the maternity home.Keywords: Design, home Birthing Mega Raudhah, Logo

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of tours, especially the wealth of natural attractions. Nowadays, the tourism sector as economic activity has become a mainstay and a priority for the development of every region in Indonesia. Lima Puluh Kota regency have quite diverse natural resources such as lakes, rivers, waterfalls, canyons, forests and so on. Natural potential that is the income for the inhabitants and government of Lima Puluh Kota regency. But there are still many natural resources in Lima Puluh Kota regency that have potential but have not run into attractions such as Lubuak Batu Bulan Kubang Balambak waterfalls, Sialang Indah Situjuh waterfalls and Lokuak Singkuang Halaban waterfalls. Seeing these conditions, designers interested in creating a draft promotional videos and media traveling supporters natural tourist potential in the Lima Puluh Kota regency.Keywords : Promotion, tourism, video traveling

Abstract The purpose of the writing of this final project report is to motivate society of the existance of Ar-Risalah boarding school, which is located Air Dingin RT 01, RW 09, Kelurahan Balai Gadang, Kec. Koto Tangah, Padang. The use of billboard as the main media, is because it is effective as a promotion media. Abstract

Video profile adalah penjelasan mengenai sebuah perusahaan yang secara lengkap memaparkan berbagai aspek perusahaan tersebut. Redesain video profile Balai Penelitian Tanaman Buah Tropika dilakukan karena pada perancangan video profile sebelumnya tidak memenuhi keinginan pihak BALITBU TROPIKA dalam hal publikasi dan promosi institusinya karena masih terdapat kekurangan dibeberapa bagian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperlukan sebuah video yang dapat mengakomodir keinginan pihak BALITBU TROPIKA serta target audience video tersebut dengan rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana merancang ulang video profile yang ada menjadi video profile baru dengan konten video yang dibuat lebih menarik dan komunikatif, sehingga tujuan dan sasaran dari video profile dapat tercapai.Tujuan perancangan ini adalah memberikan informasi mengenai Balai Penelitian Tanaman Buah Tropika serta memaparkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan institusi penelitian tersebut mengenai penelitian pertanian buah tropika kepada masyarakat umum. Selain perancangan media utama yaitu video profile, juga terdapat media pendukung seperti poster, kartu nama, stiker, tumbler, gantungan kunci, x-banner, cover CD, label CD dan baju kaos.Metode analisis SWOT digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah yang terdapat dalam video profile sebelumnya dan menganalisa masalah tersebut dengan mencari kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman pada video tersebut. Hasil analisa akan dimasukkan dalam perancangan video profile selanjutnya sehingga hasil redesain video profile Balai Penelitian Tanaman Buah Tropika lebih efektif, komunikatif, dan menarik.Kata kunci: Balai Penelitian Tanaman Buah Tropika, video profile, Redesain

Abstract

Sweettooth cafe is one of cafe in Padang. It was built on 31st September 2013 at Veteran street no. 74 F Padang. It is led by Dea Arnoli. Since it is built, sweettooth cafe uses social media and radio promotion. The needs of Sweettooth cafe now is how to make the consumen loyal.To achive that needs, the design of visual branding Sweettooth cafe trough shelf TV is made. Shelf TV is TV that’s is hang in shelf, it can be found in supermarket, café , airport. Shelf TV shows repeated video about a product. Because of that, shelf TV is used as the main media for branding Sweettooth cafe, the purpose is to increase consuments loyalty toward cafe and to gain Sweettooth cafe image. This design is supported by handbook, loyalty card, pin, cup, bookmark, CD cover, CD label, list of menu, sticker, and ID card.SWOT analysist is used as design method. SWOT is superiority, lack, chance, and risk in accompany. The power of Sweettooth cafe is combining cake and coffee.
