Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in student learning outcomes between before and after the use of research statistics tutorial videos through e-learning. The method used in this research is a comparative method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used documentation and tests. Data analysis used the IBM SPSS 24 application. The results showed that there were significant differences in student learning outcomes between before and after the use of statistical research video tutorials through e-learning both descriptively and by hypothesis testing. So it is recommended that the instructors use video tutorials as a medium to help the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: The influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Return on Equity (ROE) either partially or simultaneously on Stock Price of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019 period. Data were taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. Analysis prerequisite test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Statistical results also show that the current ratio (X1) and return on equity (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y). Debt to asset ratio (X2) partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices (Y). Simultaneously current ratio (X1), debt to asset ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y).

Abstract

This research describes the problems that exist in the Pacal Bojonegoro Irrigation Area, that in the dry season farmers often experience difficulties in irrigating their fields, therefore it is necessary to calculate a balance to know how much water is short. needed during the dry season. The water balance is calculated in a theoretical way, namely by calculating using the Global Planting Plan data as water demand data, while the existing water balance uses the existing discharge data. The research location is in the Bojonegoro Regency area using rainfall data at 3 stations for 10 years, discharge data for 7 years, climatological data for the last 1 year and crop data for the last 1 year. Rainfall data is calculated to be effective rainfall data, while discharge data is calculated using the weibul formula, for climatological data it is calculated to be evapotranspiration and percolation data, while plant data is used to calculate global cropping plans. Conclusions and suggestions for use as a reference are taken from the calculation results obtained and then forwarded as input to farmers using water and the Government of the Public Works Service. SDA Bojonegoro Regency to be used as an operational evaluation of the Irrigation Network.

Abstract

The construction industry is currently experiencing various problems such as time and cost overruns. One of the causes is waste. In the construction work of the 1700 apartment unit project in Algeria, it was found that waste was found in materials, tools, and time. One of the ways to control waste is lean construction. The purpose of this study is to determine the causes that have a high influence on the presence of waste in the 1700 unit Algerian apartment project and to know the strategies to manage it through the lean construction approach. This research method was conducted with a 4-stage questionnaire. The results obtained in this study are the causes that have a high effect on the presence of waste in the 1700 apartment unit construction project in Algeria: a. Last Planner System (poor planning and scheduling), b. First Run Studies (bad weather in winter), c. 5S Process (Visual Work Place) (a place where the material is easily disturbed and unsafe, and d. Fail-safe for Quality and Safety (repair work). Strategies that can be applied: a. Last Planner System: making an appropriate master schedule and evaluation daily, b.First Run Studies: evaluating the anticipation of bad weather, and claiming lost time, c. 5S Process: grouping materials and moving materials, d. Fail-safe for Quality and Safety: conducting routine daily meetings and using appropriate repair methods .

Abstract

Some areas in Indonesia often experience flood problems, therefore it is necessary to have an adequate and good drainage system planning so that community activities in an area are not disturbed. The location of this research is located in the newtown park housing development in Damarsih Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. with land area ± 72.548 m². Rain station data used were from Bono, Sruni, Sedati, Banjarkemanten in the period 10 years 2009-2019. The direction of discharge of water from the study site was directed at small afv pepe, then continued to afv pepe. With the analysis of HSS Nakayashu at the 25 year return period, the discharge that occurred was not greater than the carrying capacity of Small afv pepe and afv pepe. The maximum discharge that occurs at the research location with the Rational method is 17,404 m3/s, the maximum discharge in the Weduwen method is 27,917 m3/s. Rational Discharge was chosen because the calculation of the length of rain can be known for sure so as to strengthen the level of certainty of the results obtained. For the capacity requirements in the research location with the rational method, the peak discharge for the 5-year return period is 1,858 m3/s and the volume of capacity required during high rain (27 minutes) is 3009 m3 and can be accommodated with a drainage channel of 5217.43 m3 and bozem. with a capacity of 720 m3 which has an area of ??400 m2 with a depth of 1.8 m.

Abstract

A construction project is a series of activities carried out with a specific scope of work, time and expense according to the agreement between the project owners and the contractors. In the case of a project, it is necessary to file a task so that it can run smoothly and carry out according to plan times. An optimum time and expense analysis of the job involved time cost trade off for case studies of the advanced construction of the tower's 1 (one) located on the campus of ITS Sukolilo - Surabaya. Analysis runs to speed up project time that is tardiness with minimal costs added and should be noted on the other hand that the emphasis on activities that are on critical trajectories and have the lowest cost slope on those tracks. Steps made in this acceleration are identifications of job activity, arranging network diagrams, specifying acceleration scenarios, crashing duration and crashing cost, calculating cost slope, and do the iteration phase. After a time cost trade off analysis, it would provide output with multiple time and cost alternatives to the new project. Of the many alternatives, selected the time and expense of the completion of the project optimum. From the analysis, to complete the work at completion time according to plan, the cost increased by IDR 474.268.897,00 from IDR 9.919.982.348,00 to IDR 10.394.251.245,00 with a 32 day reduction from 180 days to 148 days so that the project could be completed as expected on March 2, 2021.

Abstract

The change in the function of land to housing can cause a decrease in the level of the water absorption zone that occurs in the area and can cause inundation or even flooding. Housing can be categorized as good, that is, it must have drainage facilities that can drain rainwater quickly and not cause stagnation of water even though the rainfall is very high. Therefore, the right solution to tackle standing water, drainage problems, and flooding in Kertagraha housing is to create a retention pond because in the kertagraha housing there is no final storage system that is suitable for dealing with flooding,The location of this research is located in Sukarukun Village, Sukatani District, Cibitung, Bekasi Regency with the category of housing area. In this study, a hydrological analysis was carried out with rainfall data from the Rain Post Station located in Sukatani and the TRMM Rain Post located in Cikarang within a 10-year return period starting from 2010-2019, and the planned flood discharge data were obtained. Furthermore, hydraulic analysis is carried out to determine the flood discharge capacity in the existing drainage channels and to plan the volume of the storage pool. After that, the retention pond design planning is carried out.In the calculation analysis, it is found that the planned rain discharge value in the next 10 years is 7.393 m³ / second using the Haspers method. The total capacity of the storage pool is 12,385 m³, with the dimensions of the retention pond, namely P = 70m, L = 20m, T = 10meter. With a concentration time of 1675 seconds. Based on the analysis carried out and there is sufficient land, this retention pond is the best solution to overcome the flood problem in Kertagraha housing.

Abstract

The most highlighted transportation problem at this time is traffic safety. In Bekasi City, traffic accidents often occur, ranging from minor accidents, serious accidents to accidents that cause casualties due to various factors. The objectives of this study are: To determine the characteristics of accident-prone areas, the factors causing accidents and to analyze the locations where accidents often occur in those areas. The location of this research was conducted on Jalan Raya Narogong Bekasi City. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data used includes the volume of passing vehicles, vehicle speed, is the road geometry, namely the absence of road markings, road capacity, land use and traffic signs.The author divides 10 segments on this road based on coordinate points. The coordinate point with the highest AEK and EPDO values ??is at the coordinate point-6.280222 to -6.28175 with AEK 103 and EPDO also 103 which caused 8 deaths, 0 serious injuries, 0 minor injuries and with material loss of Rp. 5,000,000. The most types of accidents are front - front with 17 victims, the number of accident victims and material losses is obtained from IRSMS data provided by Bekasi City traffic officers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the function of leadership in the process of placing employees at PT. Duta Mandiri Palembang, of course, requires a variety of instruments, ranging from facilities and infrastructure to human resources, as well as the character of a leader. The character of a leader and the function of a leader itself is one of the main factors in the management of an organization, both government and private. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, in which the researcher collects data obtained from the sources studied through observation, interviews, and documentation related to the research title.From the research results, it is known that employees at PT. Duta Mandiri Palembang has been able to describe the policies given by the leadership in the form of a positive response to the duties and responsibilities given to them.

Abstract

Muaro Jambi Temple is one of the largest Hindu-Buddhist temple complexes in Southeast Asia, in the residential area of Jambi Malay community. In the beginning, the community assumed that the existence of the temple complex was only a historical heritage, which was nothing more than ancient buildings. They haven't realized that the historical heritage is an international tourism destination that has the potential to improve the economy of local communities. With the efforts of some parties to educate, to provide tourism awareness education to the community, eventually grew the awareness that the existence of the temple can be a new source of income to improve the welfare of their lives. Not a few local community who initially worked as a garden farmer, gradually turned into an entrepreneurs of lodging, restaurants, souvenirs, entertainment, and others. Surely the phenomenon becomes one of the attractiveness for foreign and domestic tourists to visit Muaro Jambi temple. Thus, the tourism awareness education that is done play a role in supporting tourism development of Muaro Jambi Temple.
