Abstract

Technological advances have brought about significant changes from the use of the Internet in human life. However, there are still many parties who do not understand how the position of electronic signatures that meet the requirements and standards, especially in financial technology transactions where the electronic signature function was essential. This study discusses the position of electronic signatures in financial technology transactions as well as legal remedies that can be taken if there was an electronic signature dispute. The type of research used in this paper was normative. The approach to the problem used in the writing of this research was the statute approach and the conceptual approach. The legal materials used in the writing of this study consist of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The analysis used in the writing of this research is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion in this study is that in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, electronic signatures must meet aspects ofs authenticity, integrity, and non-repudiation. With regard to fraud that causes losses to users of financial technology transactions, financial technology operators are liable for an error with a reversal of the burden of proof. Legal recognition in applicable laws and regulations confirms that electronic signatures can be used as evidence in court examinations. Legal remedies that can be taken if there is a dispute are through Litigation or Non-Litigation. The majority of business players prefer Non-Litigation legal remedies, namely alternative dispute resolution to resolve any problems that arise in business activities because the settlement system is more effective, fair, does not take up time, and is relatively cheaper.

Abstract

Kalidami river has a length of 4.2 kilometers with a stretch of channels from the Airlangga, Manyar, Kertajaya, to Kejawan Putih Tambak areas. Boezem Kalidami is located at the downstream of the Kalidami river which is also equipped with a pump house and a water gate. The Log Pearson III method produces a design rainfall of 127.38 mm / 24 hours so that the rainfall is very heavy. So that it will produce a maximum flood discharge of 40.3 m³ / s and when compared to the capacity of Boezem Kalidami which is only 49,440 m³, Boezem Kalidami will fill very quickly. Coupled with the total efficient pump capacity of only 15.33 m³ / s, Boezem is only able to accommodate the first 2 hours and an overflow of 1.58 meters from Boezem Kalidami's riverside at 2.14.

Abstract

Flood has always been expected in the rainy season at the Pakal District before 2019, where rainwater flows from Benowo channel to the Sumber Rejo channel and backwater flows from Lamong river to the Sumber Rejo channel. These water “attacks” from the two sides of the water bodies made Sumber Rejo flood every rainy season. In this analysis the maximum water flow rate in Sumber Rejo channel within the 20-year period (Q20) is 22,57 m3/second. To eleminate flood in Sumber Rejo channel, a flood pump station is needed to pump the waterflow from Benowo channel dan stop the backwater infiltrating from the Lamong river. Two flood pumps with a total flow rate of 6 m3/second are already installed and running at the moment, while the optimal capacity of this flood pump station should be 12 m3/second. A large water storage with capacity around 88.712 m3 is already built to keep the water elevation low enough to not overflow the Sumber Rejo channel.

Abstract

A construction project is a series of interrelated activities to achieve certain objectives (building or construction) within a certain time, cost and quality limitation. Delay in a project is a situation where the project cannot be completed within the planned time. The construction project at the XYZ Resort Bali project, in construction, occurred delays due to disputes. The disputes are caused by several factors between stakeholders, where each stakeholder has various and different problems. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the causative factors that contribute to delays in construction projects at the XYZ Resort Bali Project and provide suggestions or determine mitigation measures to overcome them. The method used is a quantitative approach in the form of literature studies, data collection through surveys, data analysis and conclusions. The survey questionnaire was designed based on the factors identified from previous research by determining as many as 6 aspects of the study with 45 types of causes or factors that contributed to project delays. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively descriptive of the delay factor variables from the questionnaire results. The questionnaire data was tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using the fishbone diagram approach and the House of Risk method to determine the main factors that contribute to project delays and determine mitigation measures to overcome delays in project completion.

Abstract

PT Pindad (Persero) is a manufacturer of heavy-duty equipment such as armoured vehicles. As a result, a crane facility is required to facilitate the material transportation operations, which is supported by a steel structure apart from the building structure. The crane support structure construction process was 19.75 percent delayed until the 12th week. The goals of this study were carried out to evaluate project control using the Earned Value method, which intends to identify project performance in terms of cost and time before and after evaluating project control and knowing the predicted cost and time of total project completion. Schedule Performance Index (SPI) of 0.85 shows a delay of 10.927 percent from the initial plan of 73.731 percent with a realization of 62.804 percent. Meanwhile, the Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1.22 indicates that the costs incurred are still less than the estimated budget, with a potential profit of Rp. 1,144,245,992.81 or 11,425 percent of the total project budget. Based on the analysis of performance calculations, the estimated project completion time is 26 weeks, or longer than the planned schedule of 22 weeks. In terms of cost, the estimated cost of completing this project is Rp. 8,870,754,007,19. This means that, with the current project cost performance, the project will have a potential profit of Rp. 1,144,245,992.81 or 11,425% of the total project budget. Based on performance calculations, the estimated project completion time is 26 weeks, which is longer than the planned schedule of 22 weeks. The total cost of completing this project is projected to be Rp. 8,870,754,007,19. This means that, regarding the existing project cost performance, the project has a potential profit of Rp. 1,144,245,992.81, or 11.425% of the total project budget.

Abstract

Financial performance is used as a benchmark for the company to see how far the company can continue to survive and develop, and also to see the overall financial health of the company during a certain period. This research basically aims to measure the financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia for the 2019-2020 period by applying a profitability analysis using the Dupont method which is based on a return on equity analysis model. The Dupont method is used to analyze a company's profitability and return on equity by dividing performance into four components: net profit margin, total asset turnover, equity multiplier, and return on investment. PT. Garuda Indonesia is the number one and largest national airline in Indonesia with services and facilities that meet world standards. In 2019, airlines were affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic era which caused a global financial crisis. The results found that the financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia in 2019-2020 tends to decline in net profit margin, equity multiplier, and return on investment. Meanwhile, the return on equity showed a figure of -7.65% and in the last year it jumped high by 127.46% where the company was at a loss due to low equity due to excessive debt.

Abstract

The use of waste water that is still in accordance with the standards of SNI 06-6989 and APHA 3120B can be reused as a concrete mixture material in the concrete production process at the Batching Plant, especially for low- quality concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of wastewater with variations of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% on the quality or quality of concrete. Based on the results of the study, it was found that at the beginning of the concrete pavement period, the chemical content contained in wastewater from the concrete production process will interfere with the hydration process so that the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7 days tends to decrease. However, after the age of 28 days, the dissolved solids in the wastewater from the concrete production process fill the pores in the concrete so that the compressive strength of the resulting concrete becomes higher. The value of the use of wastewater to the optimal composition of the concrete mix design is 75% of the total volume of water required. This is based on the results of the compressive strength test which reached 93.37% of normal concrete at the age of 7 days, 100.59% of normal concrete at the age of 14 days and 105.94% at the age of 28 days with the slump and flow table test results of 16cm and 38cm.
