Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the game find your mate method to increase the knowledge of Integrated Services Post cadres about five tables. The type uses quasi-experimental design (Quasi Experiment), that is the experimental action aims to find out a phenomenon or reality in the consequences caused by a particular treatment. By using a comparative class design (one group pretest-posttest design) using a preliminary test and a final test so that the effects of a treatment can be known. In this design, the combined members of the pilot in the treatment group are not done randomly. The primary data is obtained through a questionnaire. The secondary data is obtained from the Integrated Services Post of Klasaman Sorong as a research site. The population in the Integrated Services Post cadre study was 28 people with a total sample of the whole population. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test test analysis in both groups obtained p value of 0,000 (<0.05). The results showed that there was an influence of the Find your mate game method on increasing the knowledge of Integrated Services Post cadres about five tables. Abstract

Activities that are enhanced by the busy schedules of adolescents can be increased during their meals. Adolescent nutritional status needs to be considered for future health. Adolescent nutritional status can be used with energy consumption and physical activity. The aim is to determine the relationship of adolescent characteristics, energy consumption and physical activity with the nutritional status of adolescents aged 16-18 years. Observational research method with cross sectional research design. The population in this study were students of class X and class XI, while the sample used was 72 students. The sampling technique in this study was systematic random sampling. Data were collected by interview using a structured questionnaire for energy consumption and physical activity variables. The results of this study indicate that consumption with adolescent nutritional status has a relationship with a significant value of 0,000, p-value < 0.05. Physical activity with adolescent nutritional status has a significant value of 0.004, p-value < 0.05. The conclusions of this study indicate that there is a relationship between energy consumption and nutritional status and there is also a relationship between physical activity and nutritional status.

Abstract

Chips made from the mixture of tapioca flour and flavor ingredients such as shrimp or fish. The formulation of chips in this study consist of tapioka flour, patin fish and tofu waste pulp. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tapioca formulations, patin fish and tofu waste pulp to water content, protein, crude fiber, and the ability of swell also the acceptable. The method used in this study is an experimental method using RAL with 4 treatments and 3 times replication with the formulation of tapioca flour, pati fish and tofu waste pulp know P0 (100%: 0%: 0%), P1 (43%: 43%: 14 %), P2 (56%: 37%: 7%), P3 (60%: 33%: 7%). Organoleptic test carried out by 25 panelists at the Department of S1 Nutrition STiKes Husada Borneo. Product analysis has done in University of Lambung Mangkurat Laboratory. Data analysis on water content, protein and crude fiber using one way ANOVA, while the acceptable level using Friedman analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the formulation of tapioca flour, patin fish and tofu waste pulp to the water content with the highest average value is P3 statistically obtained (P = 0.037 <α = 0.05), the protein with the highest average value is P1 is obtained Statistical results (P = 0,000 <α = 0,05), crude fiber with the highest average value is P3 obtained statistical results (P = 0,000 <α = 0,05) and the ability of swell with the highest average value of P0 obtained statistical results (P = 0,000 <α = 0,05). For the acceptable which includes colour, aroma and taste with the highest value in the P1 category like, the texture with the highest value in the P0 category like. There is a differences in the acceptable of the producing of chips with the formulation of tapioca flour, patin fish and tofu waste pulp produced because p <α = 0.05.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that has increased from year to year, This is due to the difficulty of finding a new suspected positive BTA in patients with pulmonary TB or called as Case detection rate (CDR). Alternative tuberculosis programs to increase Case detection rate (CDR) with active case finding involving health cadres. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the relationship of knowledge, attitudes and motivation of cadres as a determinant of the discovery of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis in the working area of ​​the Karang Mekar Public Health Center Banjarmasin in 2019. The design of the study used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population were all pulmonary tuberkulosis cadres in the Karang Mekar Public Health Center Banjarmasin, which were numbered 48 cadres. The sample used a total sampling technique. The data analysis used chi-square statistical test with 95% of confidence level.Most cadres at the Karang Mekar Public Health Center had good knowledge those were 19 (39.6%), had positive attitudes those were 32 (66.7%), and low motivation those were 31 (64.6%). There was a relationship between cadres' knowledge (p-value = 0.019 ≤ 0.05), motivation (p-value = 0.04 ≤ 0.05) for the discovery of suspected pulmonary TB in the working area of ​​the Karang Mekar Public Health Center Banjarmasin. There was no relationship between attitudes towards the discovery of suspected pulmonary TB in the working area of ​​the Karang Mekar Public Health Center in Banjarmasin (p-value = 0.473> 0.05). The advice needed is improving cadres' understanding further by holding training and providing cadres' motivation by giving awards to cadres who have done their tasks well.

Abstract

An external cause is the reason for a medical condition that can be associated with certain objects or processes that are caused by something outside the body. The constraint in completing the external cause code is the lack of knowledge and training of health workers. This study aims to determine the completeness of the external cause code based on ICD-10 in traffic accident cases. This research deskriptif uses descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Subjects in research are 3 respondents, namely the main informant is a coder, the second informant is the emergency room doctor and the third informant is the head of the installation medical record. The object of the research is the medical records of traffic accidents berjumlah 38 medical records. Data collection techniques using triangulation of observational data, interviews and document collection. The results of the study show the characteristics of health workers related to the completeness of external cause codefication based on the average length of work and length of work and competence, Completeness Codification of external cause diagnosis in traffic accident cases from 38 documents medis medical records of traffic accident patients are incomplete, Obstacles in implementing external cause codefication in traffic accident cases health workers do not know and do not use an external cause code and there is no coding evaluation.

Abstract

The incidence of breast cancer from year to year is increasing. This is influenced by the low knowledge of young women regarding BSE examination. Efforts to increase the knowledge of young women one of them through self-awareness counseling, conducting breast self-examination as early as possible then the life expectancy of 80-90% higher recovery. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of "BSE" health education with a video on the knowledge of young women in Karang Intan 1 High School. This research is a quantitative study using a pre experimental design with one group pre post test. Samples were 20 Social Sciences class 12 students at SMA 1 Karan Intan of 20 people. The collection instrument is a questionnaire and intervention using video media. Data analysis using paired T-test. The results of the study showed the average value of knowledge before being provided with counseling with video media was 47.75 and the average value of knowledge after being provided with health counseling with video media was 78.00. The analysis showed that there were differences in the knowledge of young women about BSE between before and after health education using video media (p = 0,000). It is recommended to further increase the use of video media as a health counseling media

Abstract

The prevalence of malnutrition in toodler in Indonesia is still high at 17.9% and stunting 35.6%. Lack of nutritional knowledge and health of parents, especially mothers is one of the causes of malnutrition in toodler. Nutrition education is an approach to produce individual or community behavior that is needed in maintaining balanced nutrition. This study aims to determine changes in knowledge and behavior of mothers after giving nutritional education. This research method was experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. Statistical tests used the T test with 2 free samples on 80 samples that selected by probality sampling with simple random sampling technique. The results showed the control group of 10 respondents (25%) had good knowledge, increased to 13 respondents (33%) after 3 days without intervention, while the intervention group of 15 people (37%) had good knowledge, after 3 days given the intervention increased to 18 people (45%). Maternal behavior in control group had 17 respondents (43%) good behavior, increased to 22 respondents (55%), while the intervention group 22 people (55%) good behavior, increased to 24 people (60%) after giving nutrition education. There was a difference in knowledge between the control group and the intervention group (p = 0.001) and there were differences in maternal behavior between the control group who were not given nutrition education and the intervention group who were given nutrition education (p = 0.001).

Abstract

Hospital’s services depending on the service’s quality. Professional service on registration in the hospital can be arranged through the ability of officers in providing information, the speed and timeliness of service, responsiveness and reliability. This research aims to know the description of patient satisfaction BPJS on quality of service TPPRJ in hospital Bhayangkara Tk.III Banjarmasin. The research method used is descriptive. The population of this research are all patients BPJS who came for the medication to the registration site outpatients with a population of 1085 patients in January – March 2018. The sampling techniques used in this research was simple random sampling as much as 97 sample. The technique analysis of univariate data. The research results obtained largely satisfied as much as 62 people, as many as 44 tangibles dimension of satisfied people, dimensions Reability satisfied as much as 49 people, the dimension of Responsiveness is satisfied as much as 55 people, dimensions Assurance satisfied as much as 51 people, dimensions Emphaty satisfied as many as 49 people
