Abstract

Abstract. In this paper, we propose an identification method of the land cover from remote sensing data with combining neuro-fuzzy and expert system. This combining then is called by Neuro-Fuzzy Expert System Model (NFES-Model). A Neural network (NN) is a part from neuro-fuzzy has the ability to recognize complex patterns, and classifies them into many desired classes. However, the neural network might produce misclassification. By adding fuzzy expert system into NN using geographic knowledge based, then misclassification can be decreased, with the result that improvement of classification result, compared with a neural network approximation. An image data classification result may be obtained the secret information with the inserted by steganography method and other encryption. For the known of secret information, we use a fast fourier transform method to detection of existence of that information by signal analyzing technique.

Abstract

Education requires Information Technology (IT) for facilitating data processing, fastening data collecting, and providing solution on publication. It is to reach the Education National Standard which needs a research. The survey will use questionnaires as data collector for explanatory or confirmatory in constructing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using structured and prototyping techniques, so a planning is by anticipating the changes. It comprises 5 subsystems; Human Resources, Infrastructures & Equipment, Library, GIS Base School Mapping, and Incoming Students Enrollment. The construction is aimed to ease information access connected among schools, Education Service, and society, integrating and completing each other.

Abstract

The development of a more advanced age supports the need to provide different types of services that can be accessed in various ways easily, quickly, efficiently, whenever and wherever. Interactions that were once done physically (direct person to person contact) began to shift to electronic (communication through technology innovations) because relative electronic communications can be done efficiently, effectively, accurate, safe, comfortable, and quality. Therefore, the making of an application system support services and accurate highly recommended. With online methods based systems, system service support will be very easy to obtain. The ROOSTER is an application based support service system that is very practical. In this article describe the issues that arise as well as solving the problems examined. In addition there are three (3) characteristics and 5 (five) advantage of this application. In the implementation shown protoype view of the application ROOSTER. It can be concluded that the contribution of the system to maximize ROOSTER various forms of service, and can be used as media support service system that is valid for the entire academic community colleges and the general public.

Abstract

Technological developments that were increasingly rapidly, especially information technology have a positive impact in people’s lives. So spur of information technology to transform follow any changes that occur, due to the increasing needs of the growing. However, there are still problems to deal with at this point, including the benefit of the project are felt still less effective and efficient in the entire college community, thereby inhibiting the activities and some decision-making. Therefore, making an application system which is precise and accurate information is highly recommended. With online based storage system, it can greatly facilitate students learning environment. iREC is an online support system in the delivery of students’ project activities and scientific research, which strongly supports the iLearning environment and community. Further described in this article, regarding the problems that arise and solving the problem under study. In addition there are three (3)characteristics and 6 (six) advantages of this application. In the implementation, there are prototype displayed shown in iREC applications. Hence, it can be concluded that the contribution of iREC system can maximize scientific research activities in delivering a project to study of the students, so that more targeted research can be achieved, and can be used as a medium of valid information is for the entire university community and society in general.

Abstract

The development of technology has affected all the human life as well in education aspect. The computer device usage become usual to be applied in education, especially in managing student data for report making. Like any organization, HIMPAUDI Kota Tangerang strives to realize the computer application using to evaluating regular reports of PAUD, early childhood education institutions in each month. The report which written manually by paper media has created many obstacles in the process of recapitulation of the whole report by HIMPAUDI. Furthermore, the problem of the delaying PAUD report caused by the location of PAUD which spread across Tangerang. HIMPAUDI districts subdivision tasked to collect regular reports on each district and give it to HIMPAUDI. These activities take much time so the collection of regular monthly reports being late. With these problems, the authors conducted an analysis to find solutions to these problems using waterfall method by creating a HIMPAUDI website that can be used by PAUD to send their report easily. PAUD administrator easily access the website for report delivery in excel file format, that can be directly sent to HIMPAUDI website and automatically recapitulated in to graphical form which receivedby HIMPAUDI. In addition, the HIMPAUDI can choose parameters such graphs are shown by year, age, study groups, etc.. So the monitoring process of report distribution and recapitulation will automatically processed by the system with good performance, well integrated, reduces error rate, saving time and cost, and help HIMPAUDI to monitor the development of PAUD easily

Abstract

Software piracy in the Muslim countries is a prevailing issue. It has been estimated based on BSA by 2009 that more than 90% of software in Yemen is pirated, followed by Libya 88%, Indonesia 86%, and Iraq 85%. UAE has the lowest rate for software piracy, which is 36%. While in the Middle East area, the piracy rate is around 59% with total commercial value of $2,887 Million. Furthermore, the software piracy remains a critical issue in Asia Pacific, with the region accounting for the highest dollar losses in the world from the use of unlicensed software. The survey of software piracy around the world, which is collaboration between the Business Software Alliance (BSA) and IDC, indicates that software piracy on personal computers in the Asia Pacific region in November 2009 was 61 percent, worth 15,000 million U.S. dollars (BSA, 2009; IDC Global PC). Abstract

Pada dasarnya kemajuan teknologi pada bidang komputerisasi khususnya multimedia kian hari semakin berkembang dan telah mendorong terjadinya arus globalisasi. salah satunya adalah perkembangan media informasi dan promosi yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu komunikasi dalam penyampaian suatu data yang diolah menjadi bentuk media yang lebih spesifik dan berguna bagi masyarakat. Perguruan Tinggi Raharja selalu berusaha untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tuntutan zaman, termasuk dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Abstract

The advancement of information technology has positive impacts on life, especially in the service system. Current university has implemented a system information, applicable campuswide known as iDuHelp service system. However, problems are identified in the iDuHelp service system, which will be further described in detail. The problem is then resolved with the support of the performance from ROOSTER (Role Online System Ticketing Raharja), by providing unique ticket numbers which will be transferred to the relevant parties in order to provide accurate information. Many related methods of this study, including the methods of iLearning, also the road map of the study and mindmapping, arefurther described in detail and will eventually produce clearer research outcomes. The method of analysis is also done through three stages, namely the identification of information needed, identification of system requirements, and eventually the survey on the current system. Described in this article are the problems that arise and the solution to the problem under study. There is also a flowchart workflow. In the prototype implementation of iDuHelp, will be shown the system performance of ROOSTER and the listing program. It can be concluded that the performance of ROOSTER can maximize the service system iDuHelp on higher education platform .

Abstract

Penggunaan komputer yang diketahui selama ini kebanyakan digunakan untuk pengetikan saja ataupun untuk menjalankan aplikasi yang telah ada ataupun untuk melakukan pencetakan saja. Komputer dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengendalian lampu lalulintas, robot, gambar-gambar bergerak dijalanan dan lain sebagainya. Pengendalian gambar bergerak dijalanan dapat memanfaatkan komputer untuk pergerakan gambar maupun untuk pergantian gambar. Permasalahannya, apakah gambar bergerak dengan menggunakan matriks LED (Light Emitting Diode) tersebut dapat dikendalikan oleh komputer. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut maka metode yang digunakan yaitu merancang suatu rangkaian interface yang terkoneksi ke komputer serta dibantu oleh program pengendali gambar bergerak. IC 8255 PPI (Programmable Peripheral Interface) merupakan suatu Integrated Circuit (IC) yang dipakai sebagai interface antara bus data mikrokomputer dan peralatan input output. Interface memerlukan suatu rangkaian yang dapat menerjemahkan sinyal-sinyal logika menjadi sebuah sinyal yang dapat mengaktifkan interface tersebut. Rangkaian ini bisa disebut dengan rangkaian address decoder. Pada rancangan ini rangkaian address decoder adalah IC7485 (COMPARATOR) dan IC74LS138 (DECODER). Untuk komunikasi antara PC (Personal Computer) dengan interface maka dibuat sebuah program yang dapat bekerja sesuai rencana. Hasil komunikasi antara PC dengan interface melalui suatu program dapat mengendalikan proses pen-scan-an. Pen-scan-an dilakukan dengan mematikan dan menghidupkan lampu–lampu (LED) secara bergantian baris demi baris, karena tingginya kecepatan yang dilakukan maka terlihat secara nyata gambar-gambar yang ada. Pen-scan-an ini bisa dilakukan secara horisontal maupun vertikal. Kumpulan dari lampu-lampu ini dinamakan matriks LED 5X7.

Abstract

Pelayanan merupakan suatu nilai tambah yang harus dimiliki oleh suatu perguruan tinggi atau perusahaan jasa. Salah satu pelayanan tersebut yaitu dengan memberikan pelayanan yang cepat melalui metode pencarian data yang efektif dan efisien. Metode pencarian yang berlaku pada saat ini memiliki beberapa kendala: tidak adanya tempat penyimpanan data yang terstruktur sehingga proses pencarian data tidak efektif dan efisien, masih banyak yang menerapkan sistem dengan bergantung mutlak pada karakter pencarian sepenuhnya baik dilakukan secara manual maupun sudah secara terkomputerisasi. Hal ini bukan hanya menyebabkan proses pencarian data menjadi lama, tetapi juga sarat kesalahan karena user harus menginput keseluruhan character secara mutlak satu persatu. Untuk itu, dalam artikel ini penulis mengemukakan beberapa metodologi pemecahan permasalahan, diantaranya : mengidentifikasikan setidaknya ada 2 masalah yang mendasar perihal metode pencarian yang lama, mendefinisikan konsep baru yang disebut IAFS, menentukan 4 ciri khas dari IAFS itu sendiri, merancang program IAFS itu melalui flowchart, dan terakhir membangun IAFS melalui Macromedia Dreamweaver MX dan Microsoft Access. Hasil akhir dari artikel ini yaitu sebuah konsep baru dengan menggunakan Intelligence Auto Find System (IAFS). IAFS ini memiliki definisi sebagai sebuah metode pencarian data yang dilakukan oleh komputer dengan menggunakan beberapa alphanumeric character dari kata kunci pencarian dan juga IAFS ini memiliki 4 ciri khas. Disamping itu, IAFS dapat dipakai dimanapun secara Online. Metode IAFS ini menyediakan fasilitas pencarian baru, dimana user dapat mencari seluruh data yang diinginkan dengan cukup menginput beberapa character terakhir dari kata kunci pencarian.
