Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Analysis of Sales Budget as Planning Tool of Profit in PT Wahana Persada Karton Palembang". PT Wahana Persada Karton Palembang is a company engaged in the sale of boxes. To obtain the data, the author used data collection methods such as interviews, documentation and library research related to the problems that occured. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the company implemented a top-down system (Authoritarian) in performing the procedure of preparing the salesman budget from the data of the previous year's salesman realization, so the company has not made a good budget preparation as a tool of profit planning. The author proposed recommendations to companies to consider using forecasting sales the quadratic method of preparation of the sales budget. By using this method the company can see how much sales targets to be achieved in the period to come and to know the factors causing  the difference between sales budget with its realization.Keywords: Forecasting  Sales, Sales Budgeting, Profit Planning

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the effectiveness of implementation and financial management of empowerment national program of independent urban. The type of this research was descriptive by using primer and secondary data. The technique of collecting data was interview and documentation with qualitatif data analysis. The result of the study showed that was the effectiveness of the implementation empowerment national program of independent urban to Lembaga Keswadayaan Masyarakat (LKM) Usaha Bersama , Ampera and Duku at district of Ilir Timur II of Palembang was effective, although there were still lack of implementation, like LKM Usaha Bersama is the most effective viewed from indicator of source and target approach that run well. The lack of LKM Usaha Bersama, Ampera and Duku were approach processing, where implementation process and time implementation program were not reached yet because of the lateness of fund. For the effectiveness financial management of PNPM, only LKM Usaha Bersama that followed the direction of financial management viewed by accountability indicator and financial management transparancy, where as for LKM Duku and Ampera were not maximal yet viewed by activity report to society. Abstract

The location of this study in Musi Banyuasin, while the object of research is the Village Unit Cooperatives in six Districts, Cooperative Village Unit investigated the KUD Sinar Desa, KUD Pembela, KUD Sejahtera, KUD Sandes, KUD Embun Pagi, KUD Pelita, KUD Panca Kerja, KUD Tri Jaya, KUD Sumber Jaya Makmur Lestari and KUD Karya Makmur. Use research methods and research approaches diskriftif fenomenalogi approach. While the research instrument used questionnaires, interviews and surveys. This research activity has resulted in findings that the average KUD studied in healthy condition either simultaneously or partially. The results of the simultaneous study of cooperatives in the top ten there are two healthy KUD the KUD Tri Jaya and KUD Karya Makmur Jaya and cooperatives to obtain scores respectively 81.6 and 80.6. While eight other KUD in reasonably healthy condition with acquisition scores above 65 While the partial results of the calculation of the average rate earned on internal factors and external factors on each of the Cooperative are very varied. Through the above data if each of these cooperative complies with the Cooperative management, both from the internal and external side. If seen from the average achieved in the calculation of the internal factors there are four cooperatives that have Quality of human resources, as well Implement Cooperative Principle, system administration and good business. The cooperatives are cooperatives Prosperous scores 81, KUD Pelita scores 81, KUD Tri Jaya scores 81.67 and 81 scores Karya Makmur that KUD While having a score of 58.33 which is KUD Sinar Desa , the low value of the score obtained in the cooperative course is determined by the specified indicators. Based on the results of research studies and results indicators SWOT analysis can be seen that the main problem lies in the KUD only: Low Capital, Low Quality Board, Lack of Information on cooperative management, lack of capacity and skills in the field of administration and management of financial To overcome these problems takes the following steps: Capital Increase and to the board of Cooperative Management Training, Recruitment and Appointment of administrators are more selective in who has the education and work experience, improving employee training, facility improvement, especially supporters of the technology, cooperative empowerment Acceleration directionally and integrated, Synergize regional development programs with cooperative work program

Abstract

Effect of Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance of PT.Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang Sumatera Selatan. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is there any influence of compensation and motivation to the work performance of PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang Sumatera Selatan? "The purpose of this study is To determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang Sumatera Selatan. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Jl. Lunjuk Jaya No. 100 Rt. 049 Rw. 014 Exod. Lorok Pakjo Kec. Ilir Barat I Palembang. Jenis Research is associative with the data used is primary data. Data collection technique used is Questionnaire. The analytical method used is qualitative and quantitative method using multiple linear regression. Based on result of research with multiple liner regression done on variable of Compensation (X₁) and Motivation (X₂) to Work Achievement (Y) with equation Ŷ = 0,125+ 0,345X1 + 0,586X2. Conclusion 1) Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance. 2). Partially indicates that there is a significant influence Compensation on Employee Performance PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo Palembang. Advice, the proportional leadership should pay attention to the compensation and incentives fair and reasonable to employees. Abstract

The result of the study showed that partially there were two variables, namely trade volume and exchange rate that had positive and significant effect, in addition; it was found that the inflation had positive but not significant effect. While interest rate showed that there was a positive and significant effect on stock price. It could be seen from F-obtained 66.926 which was higher than F-table 2.59. It could be stated that independent variables affected the dependent variable. The predictive ability of the four variables on stock price volatility was indicated by the coefficient of determination (R2) 86.2%, while the remaining 45.4% which was affected by other factors not included in this study. Keywords : Stock Price Volatility, Trade Volume, Inflation, Exchange Rate and Interest Rate

Abstract

Job satisfaction and work motivation of lecturers are the two factors that influence the lecturers performance. This study aimed to analyze: (a) the effect of job satisfaction on the lecturer performance, (b) the effect of work motivation on the  lecturer performance, (c) the simultaneous effect between job satisfaction and motivation on the lecturers performance. This research is a descriptive study that describing job satisfaction, motivation, and performance of the UIGM Palembanglecturers. The approach used in this study is quantitative. The population are all of lecturers at UIGM Palembang which have characteristics: (1) Permanent lecturer, (2) Stay  in Palembang, and (3) Implement Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The sampling technique in this research is done by proportional random sampling. The entire population consist of 132 permanent lecturers spread across five faculties and one master program. The samples were taken some 40% of 132 is 52.8 rounded to 53.There are two independent variables and one dependent variable.  The independent variables that affect, include work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2). The dependent variable is the variable that is affected, in this case the lecturer performance (Y). Type of instrument used to collect data from the field was in the form of a questionnaire with closed questions and readily available alternative answer used Likert Scale.  For testing the validity of data was implemented the validity and reliability test.  Prerequisite test analysis using multicolinierity, heteroscedasticity, normality and linearity test.  Data analyst was using analysts descriptions, simple regression and multiple regression test.  The calculations were using SPSS 20 windows 2007.Testing the hypothesis I resulted generate the regression equation Y = 0.901 + 0.431 X1.  The regression coefficient for the variable job satisfaction was 0.431, t-test value 2.059 and p-value of 0.045. This means with 95% confidence, it can be stated that if the motivation to work held constant, job satisfaction effect on the lecturers performance significantly and positively.  This shows that higher perception of lecturers satisfaction, the performance lecturers will be higher. Vice versa, the lower of the lecturer satisfaction, lecturer performance will be lower too.Testing the hypothesis II resulted in the regression equation Y = 0.901 + 0.454 X2.  The regression coefficient for the work motivation variable was  0.454, t-test value 2.719 and p-value 0.009.  This means with 95% confidence, it can be stated that if the job satisfaction is considered fixed, the work motivation effect on the lecturers performance positively and significantly. This shows that the higher the perception of lecturer about work motivation, the higher of the lecturers performance.  Conversely, the lower of the lecturer motivation, then the lower of performance lecturer.Based on the multiple regression analysis of the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on lecturer performance resulted in the regression equation Y = 0.901 + 0.431 X1 + 0.454 X2 means the hypothesis that simultaneous job satisfaction and work motivation influence on the lecturers performance.  The R2 = 0.236 means that the contribution of job satisfaction and motivation on the UIGM lecturer performance at 23.6%, while the remaining 66.4% influenced by other variables outside. Thus the higher motivation and lecturer job satisfaction, the lecturers performance will be higher as well, and vice versa.Improved lecturers performance  can be optimized when there are salary increases, support funding in research and dedication to the community, keeping in touch, comfort, creation of healthy competition, fairly performance appraisal, giving opportunity to participate in scientific activities with financing from UIGM, and encourage lecturers to continue their education to a higher level.  In addition, the lecturer needs to continue to be motivated to carry out research, and community service as their each field at a cost of foundations or grants from the Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi. Keywords : Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Lecturer Performance, Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning discipline and intrinsic motivation on the interest of learning (case study on Polytechnic Anika Palembang students) The data analysis method used is qualitative and quantitative, with primary and secondary data source in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. This research is all student of Polytechnic of Anika Palembang with sampling technique that is acidental sampling with specified number of samples counted 33 respondents.The result of research indicate that there is significant influence between learning discipline and intrinsic motivation to student's learning interest (case study at Polytechnic student of Anika Palembang) Simultaneously with Sig 0.000. Abstract

The study aimed to determine the components of integrated management services simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction savings in PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Palembang branch of the Mesjid Lama and to know the components of an integrated service management is a dominant influence on customer satisfaction savings. The study was conducted on customers of Bank Danamon branches of the Mesjid Lama  special BDI Palembang active customers savings of up Desember 2015 as many as 93 customers using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used were Linear Multiple Regression analysis. Test result show that components of integrated management services  at the  same cost savings affect customer satisfaction. Components of intergrated management service consisting of processes, productivity and quaility, promotion and education,  physical evidence as well as pricing and other service costs a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction while saving variable products, places and other times, people do not have a significant partial savings in customer satisfaction. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine: The influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE) either partially or simultaneously on Stock Price of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2014-2017 period. Data were taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange  (IDX) website. Analysis prerequisite test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.204. From these values can be interpreted that the influence of current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) to the stock price (Y) is 20.4%. While the remaining 79.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Statistical results also show that the current ratio (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y). Debt to equity ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) partially do not have a significant effect on stock prices (Y). Simultaneously current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y). This can be proven through F-Test statistics, where the value of F.sig is 0.005 smaller than the significant level of 5% (α = 0.05) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Keyword : current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, and stock price AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Equity (ROE) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Harga Saham perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2017. Data penelitian diambil dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,204. Dari Nilai tersebut dapat dilakukan penafsiran bahwa pengaruh current ratio(X1), debt to equity ratio  (X2), dan  return on equity  (X  3) terhadap harga saham (Y) sebesar 20,4%. Sedangkan  sisanya sebesar 79,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil statistik juga menunjukkan bahwa  current ratio  (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham (Y). Debt to equity ratio  (X2), dan  return on equity (X3) secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham (Y). Secara simultan  current ratio(X1), debt to equity ratio  (X2), dan  return on equity  (X3) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham (Y). Hal ini dapat dibuktikan melalui statistik Uji-F, dimana nilai   F.sig sebesar 0,005 lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikan 5% (α=0,05) maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.Kata kunci : current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity dan harga saham.

Abstract

The aim of this study was find out the impact of motivation on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Palembang City at UPTD of Commercial Vehicle Licensing Center. The data used was census data that takes all of fifty one employees as the sample. The technique for collecting the data was questionnaire. The result of the study conducted using empirical testing on a simple linear regression showed that Motivation (X) had an impact on the Performance (Y).The motivation to creating a good performance. Therefore, this company should be able to improve the motivation that will produce a maximum work. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivation on employees performance.Motivation directly affected the employee performance in creating good performance. Thus employees should increase motivation in order to improve their performance. Finally, it could be concluded that there was a positive and significant impact of motivation on employee performance.Keywords:Motivation, Employee Performance, Human Resources Management
