Abstract

This research purposes to know factors intrinsic and extrinsic the impact intention accounting information system. The   research used data that obtained from individual perception of accounting information system user in manufacture company the have losted at Bursa Efek Indonesia in Jakarta and branch officer in Palembang. Data to sent by email and Post officer Indonesia. Night hundred  twelve questionnaires have sent to company, seventy questionnaires were return. The data analyzed by using multiple regression by SPSS 11.5 software. Research result show that gender and facilitating conditions user are significant positive influence to intention accounting information system usage, while experiment, voluntariness user, education and training no influence intention accounting information system usage.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of customer value, service quality, and organizational commitment to customer satisfaction PT. Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk Palembang Branch. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey method. Data analysis techniques are carried out by regression analysis to analyze the hypothesis by showing the nature of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the quality of service to customers influenced positively and significantly on customer satisfaction, with the most dominant indicators being "Officers Have a Standard Time of Speed in Serving Customers." Customer values influence positively and significantly on customer satisfaction, with the most dominant indicators affecting is "Officers Conduct Survey When I Decide To Buy Insurance Products." Employee organizational commitment of PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk Palembang Branch influences positively and significantly on customer satisfaction, and the most dominant indicators influencing are "eager employees working in teams / groups" Keywords: customer value, service quality, organizational commitment, customer satisfaction.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalis pengaruh nilai pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, dan komitmen organisasi  terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk Cabang Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode survey. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi untuk menganalisis hipotesis dengan menunjukan sifat pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kepada nasabah memengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan indikator yang paling dominan yaitu “Petugas Memiliki Standar Waktu Kecepatan Dalam Melayani Nasabah.”  Nilai pelanggan memengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan indikator paling dominan memengaruhi adalah “Petugas Melakukan Survey Ketika Saya Memutuskan Untuk Membeli Produk Asuransi.” Komitmen organisasi pegawai PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk Cabang Palembang memengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan indikator yang paling dominan memengaruhi adalah “Petugas bersemangat bekerja dalam tim/kelompok” Kata kunci: nilai pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find how the effect of democratic leadership style on employee job satisfaction was. The object of the study was PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Palembang. This study used qualitative and quantitative methods consisting of two variables: democratic leadership style as an independent variable and employee job satisfaction as a dependent variable. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. Techniques for collecting the data were interview, observation, questionnaire, documentation and literature study. In analyzing the data, simple regression analysis and t-test were used. The result of the study showed that the democratic leadership style partially had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. It could be seen from the R which was 0.626 that means there was a good correlation between the democratic leadership style and very good employee job satisfaction. In addition, the result of hypothesis testing through t-test also showed that the significance level was 0,000 which was greater than 0.05, and it means partially the democratic leadership style had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Democratic leadership style, Employee job satisfaction, Humen resource management

Abstract

The study entitled Analysis of Leadership Style on Employee Performance At Sarana Karya Mandiri CV Palembang. Performance is the result of the work accomplished by individuals who disesuaikandengan role or duties associated with a measure of value tertentudari company where the individual works. The role of leadership style needed to perform functions within the organization in order to obtain maximum employee performance. Likewise, the formation of good norganisasi komitme expected to support and improve the performance of the maximum. Leaders with good leadership style will create high motivation within each subordinate, so the motivation will arise morale can improve the performance of subordinates. The aim of this study was to determine how much performance Leadership Style Analysis Employees At Sarana Karya Mandiri CV Palembang. Number of members of the population of 30 respondents. This research uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach using questionnaires and documentation as a means of collecting data by using two variables, namely the style of leadership and employee performance. The lower the low style of leadership that is applied then semkain less motivated employees and vice versa. Results of this study stated that the influence of leadership style that is so big on employee performance in CV Sarana Karya Mandiri Palembang.Key words : Style of Leadership, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Training is carried out in order to develop human resources and is able to add knowledge and skills that will ultimately affect employee performance. The aim of the study was to find out the effect of Training on Performance Employees at Perum BULOG in unit of Muara Telang sub-District of Banyuasin Regency of South Sumatra Province. In this study, quantitative descriptive method  was used. The technique for analyzing the data was simple linear regression analysis. The sample was all employees who worked at Perum BULOG Muara Telang sub-District unit of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatera Province with a total number of 54 respondents. From the result of SPSS program, it showed that t-obtained was 7,547 and t-table was 1,674, and the significant level was 0.000 which was less than 0,05 so t-obtained> - table, it means that Ho was rejected, which can be stated that training partially had a significant effect on employee performance. From the result of correlation, it indicated that there was a strong correlation between training variable and employee performance variable, it could be seen from the correlation coefficient which was 0,723 or 72,3%, Then the result of coefficient of determination (R2) was 0,523 or 52,3% from the effect of training variable on employee performance variable at Perum BULOG in Muara Telang sub-District unit of Banyuasin regency of South Sumatera Province, while the rest was 47,7% affected by other factors which was not explained in this study.Keywords : Training, Employee Performance, Human Resource Management

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of job performance and promotion of office to job satisfaction employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch of Bandar Lampung, The population in this study was taken randomly from all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Office Bandar Lampung. The sample was determined by using slovin formula and obtained as many as 98 respondents. In the process of data collection, used the way interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research analyzes used validity analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis using SPSS version 13 computer program. Based on the results of research known the effect on employee job satisfaction. The significant result proves that Job achievement and promotion positively influence partially and simultaneously to employee job satisfaction, where work performance becomes the most influential variable in this research. Keywords: Job performance, Job Promotion, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze whether there is influence between the love of money, ethical behavior, and organizational commitment to the tendency of accounting fraud by gender moderation. This research basically developed with quantitative approach. The study population includes all students Tier 1 Department of Accounting and Management Faculty of Economics at the University of Indo Global Mandiri Palembang. Samples were taken using the method of data collection is called purposive sampling. The samples used were 81 participants from 86 participants overall. Data collection techniques used is through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were analyzed with descriptive statistics, classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroskedasitisitas), t-test and ANOVA.Results showed hypothesis 1 is accepted because there is a positive and significant relationship, then there is an interaction Love of Money (LOM) against the tendency of Cheating Accounting (KKA). Testing the hypothesis is accepted because there are two positive and significant relationship between the perception of ethical (PE) by gender on Accounting Fraud Trends (KKA). While the hypothesis 3 are positive and significant relationship Organizational Commitment (KO) against the tendency of Cheating Accounting (KKA). Abstract

Working capital is very important for any company, because almost all companies need working capital to finance day-to-day activities operasinal. Companies are required to constantly improve its efficiency so as to achieve the objectives expected by the company to achieve the optimal profit. In the absence of sufficient working capital, the operational activities of a company may not run smoothly. This study aims to find out how the capital adequacy ratio. This research was conducted at PT Mitra Ogan plantation. The data used are secondary data from the financial statements Plantation Mitra Ogan. Where the results of analysis of the capital adequacy ratio at the company's work will provide an overview of how the company can manage its working capital well. If the company can use working capital well, it will obtain sufficient capital. Conversely, when the company suffered a shortage or reduction in working capital, will encourage companies to experience credit with a bank or other outside parties and may hamper the business operational.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of syariah and conventional stock market in Indonesia. This paper uses Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) to represent syariah stock market and Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) to represent conventional stock market. The Treasury bill rate and the MSCI World index are used as risk free rate and stock market benchmark. Daily data were divided into five periods such as pre-asian financial crisis, during asia financial crisis, pre-subprime mortgage financial crisis, during the subprime mortgage financial crisis, and full sample period. We use three risk adjusted performance measures: Sharpe ratio, Treynor ratio, and Jensen alpha. This study shows that the conventional stock market produced more return compared to syariah in all sample periods.Key words: Islamic stock market; conventional stock market; Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio, Jensen alpha

Abstract

This study titled disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate financial performance. This study aimed to examine the effect of disclosure CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR) on the performance keuangan.Selain the researchers used the ratio ROS (return on sales), EPS (earnings per share), and stock prices to evaluate the performance of the controls used keuangan.Variabel is leverage , firm size (size), and institutional ownership. Leverage provides information on funding liabilities remain firm and its ability to meet the obligations of this funding. This study describes the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR), leverage, company size, and institutional ownership tehadap financial performance is proxied by the ratio of ROS (return on sales), EPS (earnings per share), and stock prices. The population in this study are all mining and manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2011-2013 amounted to 105 companies. The method used in the selection of the sample in this research is purposive sampling, with specific criteria, that the financial statements of companies sampled ended December 31, 2011, 2012, and 2013.Based on data analysis, we concluded that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has no effect on the financial performance return on sales (ROS) but positive effect on earnings performance pr share (EPS) and stock prices (HG_SHM). It is therefore not accepted hypothesis 1a, 1b and 1c while the hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: Influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR), leverage, company size, and institutional ownership of financial performance
