Abstract

Indonesia's non-cash retail payment channels exhibit markedly heterogeneous growth patterns, yet forecasting studies in the payment systems domain have rarely compared multiple time series models at the individual channel level or connected forecasting outputs to a management framework capable of informing differentiated strategy. This study addresses both gaps by comparing the forecasting performance of ARIMA, SARIMA, and Prophet across five non-cash retail payment channels in Indonesia using monthly transaction volume data from January 2015 to February 2026, and by classifying the resulting five-year projections according to product life cycle theory. Model accuracy was evaluated using mean absolute error, root mean squared error, and mean absolute percentage error on a holdout test period. The results show that no single model performs best across all channels: ARIMA provides the most accurate projections for two channels, Prophet performs best for two channels, and SARIMA performs best for the remaining channel. Based on projected growth through 2030, three channels are classified as being in a growth stage and two in a maturity stage, each warranting a distinct strategic emphasis. These findings offer a replicable approach for translating channel-level forecasts into differentiated, theoretically grounded payment system development strategy.

Abstract

Vidio, a leading streaming platform in Indonesia, reports over 62 million users, yet only 2.3 million subscribe to its subscription-based video-on-demand service. Recent data indicate that only 15% of subscribers renew, resulting in an 85% churn rate. This showed that there is a problem in customer loyalty because they didn’t renew their subscriptions. To overcome this, the aim of this study was to examine factors that can increase customer loyalty that in turn will reduce churn rate. Quantitative method was applied in this study to examine relationship between Collaborative Innovation and Perceived Ease of use towards Willingness to Subscribe and Customer Loyalty. This study analysed 112 Vidio users using structural equation modelling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results demonstrate that Collaborative Innovation and Perceived Ease of Use significantly enhance Willingness to Subscribe. Streaming companies can evaluate their strategies by increasing collaborative innovation with other brands and evaluate the user friendliness or ease of use of their apps to increase customers’ willingness to subscribe and to continue their subscribes. These findings suggest that optimising Collaborative Innovation and Perceived Ease of Use could increase customer loyalty that in turn can reduce churn rate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing brand love, including altruism, perceived value, brand community, and social media, as well as their impact on repurchase intention, brand advocacy, and customer engagement. The academic perspectives focused on consumer value, social, and communication perspectives. From different perspectives, this study will broaden the understanding of brand love and its consequences. The research used survey methods with questionnaires modified from previous research. There were 300 respondents. A partial least squares analysis was used to test the hypotheses. This study demonstrates that brand love in local fashion brands can be explained using the concept of internal and external consumer behavior. From the internal analysis of consumer behavior, there are aspects of perceived value, namely utilitarian value and altruism, while from the external side, social media engagement variables influence the formation of consumer brand love for local fashion brands. The impact of this concept is that brand love in local fashion brands can affect repurchase intention, brand advocacy, and customer engagement. This study examines the perceived value of altruism in the context of brand love. It also analyzes the impact of brand love on brand advocacy and customer engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of FOMO on the consumptive behavior of Madura students at the Mbledos Fashion Festival through the mediation variable of impulse buying and moderated by lifestyle and habits. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 2,757 new students in Pamekasan from well-known universities in Pamekasan Regency (UNIRA, UIN Madura and UIM Pamekasan) and a research sample of 97 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale while the data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The results of the study indicate that FOMO has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying and on Consumptive behavior. However, the impulse buying variable has a positive but insignificant effect on Consumptive behavior so it is unable to mediate the relationship between FOMO and Consumptive behavior significantly. In addition, the lifestyle and habit variables were not proven to be significant as moderating variables in the relationship between FOMO and Consumptive behavior. These findings indicate that students' Consumptive behavior tendencies are more directly influenced by FOMO than by shopping habits or lifestyle. This research has implications for event managers and marketers in understanding the psychological role of FOMO in driving consumer decisions among students

Abstract

Firm value refers to how investors perceive a company’s performance and future growth opportunities. This perception is influenced not only by financial indicators, but also by non-financial factors. Profitability reflects a company’s ability to earn profits, while sustainability initiatives through the adoption of green accounting and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) indicate the company’s concern for environmental and social responsibilities. This study seeks to analyze the influence of green accounting, CSR, and profitability on firm value among consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. Firm value is measured using Tobin’s Q. Green accounting is evaluated through disclosures regarding energy, water, emissions, and waste management based on the GRI Standards 2021. CSR is assessed using a sustainability disclosure index covering economic, social, and general aspects in accordance with the GRI Standards 2021, while profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). This research applies a quantitative method with panel data regression analysis and purposive sampling. The results indicate that green accounting and CSR have no significant impact on firm value, whereas profitability measured by ROA shows a positive and significant influence on firm value
