Abstract

Business development in Indonesia continues to increase, one of these businesses is the trading business on the foreign exchange market. The 7P marketing mix is a method to introduce the most effective forex business. PT International Business Future is a company that operates in the forex business sector. The purpose of this study is to determine the assessment and response of investors to the marketing mix at PT IBF. The research is descriptive qualitative with the research method used was a case study at PT IBF Bandung branch at Mohammad Rhamdan. The research used an interview system and distributed questionnaires. The Results show that the product and promotion variables show a very positive response from investors, which means these two variables have succeeded in becoming a good marketing mix strategy. Meanwhile, the lowest but still positive variables are in the place variable, especially the company image and in the people variable, sales professionalism in explaining the product. Variables that show a positive response can continue to be improved while the lowest variables can be made stronger changes or improvements. The results of the cross-tabulation show that respondents with higher education tend not to agree with the promotion, which means that PT IBF needs to provide a new marketing strategy.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to examine the factors influencing the introduction of innovation in public services via the PLN Mobile app at PT. PLN (Persero), focusing on the constraint of the app's availability solely on Playstore for Android devices. Additionally, the article seeks to propose suggestions for enhancing the accessibility and quality of public services through the PLN Mobile app. The research methodology employed in this article is qualitative, involving a case study of PT. PLN (Persero) and the analysis of pertinent secondary data. Data were gathered through literature review, relevant documentation, and interviews. Findings reveal that the limitation of the app being exclusively on Playstore for Android devices adversely affects the accessibility and efficiency of public services via PLN Mobile. Nonetheless, there exists potential for enhancing accessibility and service quality through specific measures, such as expanding the app to other platforms and educating customers.

Abstract

Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) merupakan program pemerintah sebagai bentuk tatanan wilayah untuk meminimalisasi lingkungan kumuh di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, khususnya dijawa barat Kabupaten Purwakarta, program ini perlu dilaksanakan tepat sasaran. Hambatan yang terjadi ketika Calon penerima bantuan yang dimaksud adalah pemilik rumah yang mendapat bantuan BSPS belum mampu memahami program ini baik secara literasi, administratif maupun implementasi di lapangan. Melalui penelitian metode deskriptif kuantitatif , dihasilkan adanya pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Penerima Bantuan BSPS sebesar 0,118 dan bernilai positif, menjelaskan bahwa variabel pengawasan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penerima bantuan BSPS. Kinerja Penerima Bantuan BSPS dipengaruhi iklim organisasi sebesar 0,353 dan bernilai positif, menggambarkan variabel iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penerima bantuan BSPS dan hasil dari uji hipotesis yang ketiga telah membuktikan bahwa variabel pengawasan dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penerima bantuan BSPS. Pernyataan tersebut ditunjukkan melalui hasil perhitungan dari analisis uji hipotesis secara simultan dengan diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 109,692 > Ftabel = 3,048, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country where the majority of people consume rice, making the issue of rice harvest productivity a concern for many parties. Efforts to maintain food security, especially the availability of rice, are a shared responsibility, where efforts that can be made are to maintain and predict rice production results in areas that are National Rice Granaries. Indramayu is one of the national rice producing districts, which has 31 sub-districts with varying amounts of rice production. The large difference in rice production between sub-districts is an important problem that affects rice harvests in Indramayu, so improvements need to be made, including clustering, namely grouping sub-districts based on harvest potential using K-Means clustering by looking at historical harvest data for the past 5 years between 2019–2023. Then compared using the orange data mining application. K-Means clustering either manually or using orange3 produces three clusters with the same sub-district cluster results. This data is also used to predict future harvest results using the random forest algorithm in Orange3. Analysis of K-Means clustering results and prediction results shows that sub-districts in the lower cluster have the potential for a greater percentage reduction in harvest than clusters with a higher harvest category.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is one of the important problems that must be addressed by the government. In connection with this, a computer program is designed that can analyze the poverty level of the Indonesian population using the Markov Chain method. In designing this program, secondary data from BPS is used on the Number of Poor Population, Percentage of Poor Population (%), Poverty Line (Rp), Poverty Depth Index (P1), Poverty Severity Index (P2) from 2019-2022 at the provincial level in Indonesia. . The data analysis technique used in forecasting the poverty rate in the Indonesian Territory is the Markov Chain method. All data from variables are grouped into 7 stages. The transition matrix shows the magnitude of the value transfer from one stage to another, arranged based on the displacement from one year to the next. The forecast results of all poverty variables indicate that there is a tendency for a decrease in the level of poverty in the territory of Indonesia and the program design uses Java SE.

Abstract

Posyandu yang merupakan singkatan dari “Pos Pelayanan Terpadu” adalah program pelayanan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dasar dan gizi, khususnya bagi ibu dan anak balita. Penekanan diberikan pada urgensi pengembangan aplikasi web sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan administratif yang dihadapi oleh Posyandu. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas program Posyandu serta memberikan dampak positif bagi kesehatan masyarakat di tingkat lokal. pihak posyandu lebih mudah untuk memonitor balita yang sudah di imunisasi karena setelah mendata bayi dan balita, kader posyandu hanya tinggal menginput data berat badan, vaksin dan lain-lain nantinya data dibulan sebelumnya pun bisa di gabungkan dan terintegrasi dengan baik sehingga pihak puskesmas pun juga menjadi lebih mudah untuk melihat informasi di website tersebut.

Abstract

Charge is a required commitment owed by people or substances. In this context, the SAMSAT office participates in public services, contributing to fiscal monitoring and supervision of tax amnesty implementation. It was found that individuals tend to disagree more than agree with tax amnesty, but tax amnesty tends to improve tax compliance. The research method used was qualitative, involving interview sessions at the SAMSAT office. The goal was to gather detailed information about various aspects of public services, with the main objective of providing constructive suggestions to enhance service standards. Interviews were conducted at the Samsat UPT Wilayah I Kota Pontianak, covering the overall profile and structure of the institution, as well as documents related to tax regulations. The research results indicate that increased taxes impact tax assurance, affecting both expenditures and central taxes. Tax rates in daily collections are subject to change, and tax assurance plays a crucial role in handling and overseeing local taxpayers. The government ensures compliance with existing tax regulations, monitored by the Regional Revenue Agency and the State Audit Board, with annual routines to engage the general public in a timely manner.

Abstract

Employees with high potential are needed to carry out activities in the company so that company goals can be achieved properly. Loss of qualified employees will cost the organization more time and money in recruiting and training replacements. For this reason, HR management is needed to retain existing individuals. Good HR management helps maintain existing talent in the organization by providing good compensation that can be a deterrent for employees to leave the company. Then, an unbalanced division of labor can result in an excessive workload for employees and potentially increase an employee's intention to turnover. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study aims to measure the significant influence of compensation and workload on turnover intention at PT Citramas Majutama. The results of hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis show that compensation and workload have a significant influence on turnover intention at PT Citramas Majutama. The coefficient of determination (Adj R2) is 0.532, which indicates that the contribution of the independent variables compensation and workload to the dependent variable turnover intention is 53.2%. In comparison, the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied or are not included in the regression in this study.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important asset of a company. The quality of human resources will affect the progress of the company. For this reason, the quality of human resources in the company must always be improved so that their performance is satisfactory and will help the company make a profit. Many factors affect employee performance including work motivation, work discipline, education level. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, level of education on the performance of employees of the retail business development division of PT OK Bank Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously. The sample of this study were 125 employees of the retail business development division of PT OK Bank Indonesia. The results showed that partially work discipline, work motivation, education level had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the retail business development division of PT OK Bank Indonesia. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation, education level also have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the retail business development division of PT OK Bank Indonesia. The contribution of work discipline variables, work motivation, education level in influencing the employee performance variables of PT OK Bank Indonesia Retail Business Development division is 55.8%.
