Abstract

Tri Dharma Universities is the strength of the education world to develop all elements in this non-profit organization. The role of lecturers as human resources who produce quality graduates is needed. Lecturers’ quality development includes the ability to carry out the Tri dharma of higher education through teaching, research, and dedication to society. The importance of motivation and brainstorming is organized through workshop events, and time is not an obstacle, the concept of online workshops that present material about research and dedication to the society with the support of expert lecturers in the field of research as a resource person to increase lecturers' interest is an effective activity to develop lecturers’ interest and motivation to carry out Tri dharma in every term.

Abstract

Standar kompetensi pada lulusan SMK yang tercantum dalam PP No. 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) yang menyebutkan bahwa standar kompetensi lulusan adalah kualifikasi kemampuan lulusan yang mencakup sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Salah satu program studi atau keahlian yang dimiliki adalah OTKP (Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran) yang merupakan program studi dengan konsentrasi keahliaan dalam bidang bisnis dan manajemen. Beberapa kompetensi atau keahlian yang dipelajari pada prodi OTKP diantaranya adalah pengetikan naskah atau dokumen, berkomunikasi melalu telepon, pengelolaan surat, arsip, membuat notulen dan mempersiapkan rapat, penanganan aplikasi dan pencarian informasi melalui internet dimana keahlian tersebut memerlukan dukungan sarana prasaran pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan internet. Keahlian-keahlian tersebut merupakan keahlian yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia industri dan dunia kerja.

Abstract

Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) merupakan program pemerintah sebagai bentuk tatanan wilayah untuk meminimalisasi lingkungan kumuh di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, khususnya dijawa barat Kabupaten Purwakarta, program ini perlu dilaksanakan tepat sasaran. Hambatan yang terjadi ketika Calon penerima bantuan yang dimaksud adalah pemilik rumah yang mendapat bantuan BSPS belum mampu memahami program ini baik secara literasi, administratif maupun implementasi di lapangan. Melalui penelitian metode deskriptif kuantitatif , dihasilkan adanya pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Penerima Bantuan BSPS sebesar 0,118 dan bernilai positif, menjelaskan bahwa variabel pengawasan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penerima bantuan BSPS. Kinerja Penerima Bantuan BSPS dipengaruhi iklim organisasi sebesar 0,353 dan bernilai positif, menggambarkan variabel iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penerima bantuan BSPS dan hasil dari uji hipotesis yang ketiga telah membuktikan bahwa variabel pengawasan dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penerima bantuan BSPS. Pernyataan tersebut ditunjukkan melalui hasil perhitungan dari analisis uji hipotesis secara simultan dengan diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 109,692 > Ftabel = 3,048, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat sebagai kewajiban Dosen dan Mahasiswa untuk mengimplementasikan keilmuan di masyarakat dan menjalankan program pemerintah menuju Indonesia emas 2045 khususnya bidang pengembangan sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan kemampuan ibu rumah tangga berperan aktif sebagai pelaku ekonomi kreatif yang memiliki karakter kewirausahaan. Metode pelaksanaan secara luring, penyampaian materi di suatu ruangan dengan konsep kelas dan dilakukan penilaian hasil praktik sebagai evaluasi dari kegiatan ini. Hasil pelatihan kerajinan tangan teknik decoupage berdampak pada kemampuan individu para peserta dan berpotensi untuk peluang usaha jenis baru, dilakukan di rumah dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam berupa tanaman bambu diolah menjadi produk yang bernilai, tanpa mengganggu aktivitas rutin sebagai ibu rumah tangga.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide training and assistance to UMKM Cireng Gonjreng in Sukajaya Village, Purwakarta Regency, regarding marketing prospects through digital marketing as a marketing strategy to promote their products. The mentoring method is the PAR (Participatory Active Research) method. The training and mentoring phase consists of several activities, including: (1) Observation, (2) Pre-Activity, (3) Activity, (4) Evaluation and monitoring. The result of community service, UMKM Cireng Gonjreng has social media accounts and marketplaces as tools to sell and promote their products. UMKM understands the importance of digital marketing and can also manage social media marketplaces.

Abstract

Bogor City has the potential for natural, cultural, and culinary tourism, including Thematic Tourism Villages. One of the villages that has the potential to be developed as a tourist destination in Bogor City is Kampung Mandiri, located in Kebon Pedes, Tanah Sareal District, which features a dairy farm in the middle of the city. This village is easily accessible from Bogor and Jakarta, with its main economy coming from livestock and culinary businesses. The community service activities aim to enhance the skills of farmers and brand Kampung Mandiri. The first training conducted was on Developing Dairy-Based Products, and the second was on Branding Strategies for Kampung Mandiri. These trainings were based on prior observations that the community in Kampung Mandiri lacked product variety and understanding of the importance of branding. As a result of the first training, participants learned to create dairy products such as dairy nuggets, milk candies, and milk mochi. In the second training on branding, Kampung Mandiri will use the logo KAMPUSS (Kampung Mandiri Susu Sapi Perah) as its identity and create an Instagram account for branding purposes. The training has proven to enhance the skills of farmers, members of the PKK (Family Welfare Program), and MSMEs in Kampung Mandiri, based on the results of pre-tests and post-tests conducted after the training.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of village financial management on the efficiency of development expenditure in Babakan Village, Wanayasa District, Purwakarta Regency. Good financial management is a crucial prerequisite to ensure that development budgets are used effectively, transparently, and accountably. This research explores four main aspects of village financial management: planning, implementation, bookkeeping, and reporting. A quantitative approach is applied, using questionnaires distributed to village officials and community members directly involved in development programs. The data is analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the extent of the effect of financial management variables on development expenditure efficiency. The research findings indicate that the implementation of village financial management strategies, including careful budget planning, increased transparency, and community participation, as well as strengthened internal supervision and control, has a positive impact on enhancing the efficiency of village development spending. The study concludes that the better the village’s financial governance, the more efficient the realization of development spending. The study recommends improving the human resource capacity of village officials through financial management training and utilizing information technology to enhance financial accountability processes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid growth of the cosmetic industry in Indonesia, particularly in lipstick products which are an essential need for women. Although Hanasui is known for its affordable prices and unique product innovations such as the Mattedorable Lip Cream Matcha Latte Edition, in 2024 Hanasui did not release any new innovations, while its competitors continued to innovate. This gap indicates the need for an in-depth analysis of product innovation and brand image on purchase decisions. The main objective of this study is to analyze the influence of product innovation and brand image on the purchase decision of Hanasui lipstick among undergraduate students at STIE Wikara. This research used a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal designs, data collection through questionnaires distributed to undergraduate students at STIE Wikara, and data analysis using SmartPLS to test the measurement and structural models. The results showed that product innovation had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while brand image did not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, product innovation and brand image had a significant effect on purchase decisions. In conclusion, product innovations relevant to consumer trends and needs can increase the purchase decisions of Hanasui lipstick, while brand image needs to be strengthened to support the implemented innovations. This research contributes to the development of marketing management knowledge and provides practical applications for companies to enhance competitiveness through product innovation and brand image strengthening.
