Abstract

Turnover intention is affected by many factors. The objective of this research is to analyze theinfluence of workload (X1), work-family conflict (X2), and job insecurity (X3) on job satisfaction(Y) and the impact on turnover intention (Z) partially and simultaneously. The method ofcollecting data are questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentary study. The amount ofsample is 100 production department employee. Path analysis is used in analyzing this research.The result shows that workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity partially havenegatively and significantly influence on job satisfaction and also have simultaneouslysignificant influence on job satisfaction. Workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity givecontributions to job satisfaction of 41,1% while 58,9% were influence by others variables. Whilejob satisfaction partially have negatively and significantly influence on turnover intention.Workload, workfamily conflict, and job insecurity partially have positively and significantlyinfluence on turnover intention and also have simultaneously significant influence on turnoverintention. Workload, work-family conflict, job insecurity, and job satisfaction give contributionsto turnover intention of 62% while 38% were influence by others variables

Abstract

Promotion is a way for a company to have a role to inform, persuade, andremind potential customers of products that are created to create a demand. Thepurchase decision is a decision that is influenced by several factors that will makeconsumers consider everything and in the end consumers buy the brand they likethe most. This research aims to see how a person's decision to buy a product is seenfrom the promotion made by a company for its product. This study examines theeffect of promotion on product purchase decisions at Dealer Sentral Motor YamahaSukabumi Branch. The results showed that promotion has a close relationship withpurchasing decisions, furthermore promotion has a significant positive effect onpurchasing decisions. This indicates that if promotion increases, purchasingdecisions will also increase.

Abstract

Purpose: This activity aims to provide MSMEs to create packaging and to grow sales through the development of digital marketing. Methodology: This activity assists with applying MSMEs through the marketplace, help to promote products, manage sales, and develop, and give instruction on how to create a design for packaging product. Results: This dedication output improves knowledge of packaging products, registering MSME addresses to google maps and creating food services delivery accounts, understanding how to expand the market and sales reach. Conclusions: The activities carried out by the PKM Team so that Dapoer Umi Navisah MSMEs become more competitive MSMEs include the Development of packaging designs and the Development of digital marketing. Limitations: Researchers realize that in a study there must be many obstacles and obstacles. One of the factors that became obstacles and obstacles in this study was the time and place of research. Contribution: These MSMEs have helped absorb labor in the city of Depok, especially the Sukmajaya sub-district. One strategy that can be used to survive this challenge is to maximize online sales.

Abstract

This study used path analysis as research method to analyze the mediating of intellectual capital variable on digital marketing for marketing performance improvement of copper-brass creative industry SMEs in Tumang, Boyolali as the center of copper-brass creative industry in Indonesia. Digital marketing as independent variable with indicators which are cost, incentive program, site design, and interactive. Intellectual capital as intervening/mediating variable with indicators, human capital, organizational capital, and social capital. Then, marketing performance as dependent variable with measuring indicators are sales volume, customer growth, and revenue growth. Primary data was obtained by questionnaire as research instrument, then the data was processed with SPSS 23.0. Population in this study is copper-brass creative industry SMEs in Tumang, Cepogo, Boyolali. The sample size is 99 manpower respondents, either owner or employee. The result of this study indicate that Copper-brass creative industry SMEs can improve and optimize marketing performance by rising digital marketing which will affect the increasing of intellectual capital and marketing performance.

Abstract

Path analysis is used on this study in studying the effect of e-commerce and product innovation on competitive advantage and the impact on marketing performance of SMEs in Kendal Regency, Central Java. The method of collecting data is by using a questionnaire. The sample is amounted to 100 SMEs in Kendal, Central Java, Indonesia. The result indicates that e-commerce together with product innovation have positively significant influence partially and simultaneously toward competitive advantage of SMEs in Kendal. The competitive advantage has a significant positive influence on the marketing performance of SMEs in Kendal. E-commerce together with product innovation mediating by competitive advantage positively significant effecting on marketing performance of SMEs in Kendal, directly and indirectly. The outcomes of this research answered the effect of e-commerce and product innovation toward competitive advantage and marketing performance of SMEs in Kendal, Central Java. The SMEs owner can optimize and improve the marketing performance by escalating use of e-commerce and optimizing product innovation that will affect the increasing competitive advantage and marketing performance.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan UMKM dalam produksi keripik singkong menuju UMKM yang berdaya saing pasca pandemi covid-19 melalui introduksi teknologi tepat guna, pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dan pemasaran online sekaligus pendampingan. Mitra pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Keripik Singkong di Kalimulya, Depok. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Global Jakarta (JGU) yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa yang dikemas dalam program Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula (PMP) didanai oleh Kemendikbud Ristekdikti. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan meliputi pelatihan penggunaan teknologi tepat guna (pada proses produksi, kemasan, dan penyimpanan stok produk), pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dan pendampingan pemasaran secara digital. Hasil dari kegiatan abdimas ini adalah adanya pemahaman dari mitra terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi tepat guna dalam hal adopsi mesin pengiris singkong, alat sealer kemasan, alat pengaduk bumbu keripik, penggunaan pisau khusus singkong, penggunaan desain kemasan berupa stiker logo, rak display produk, pembukuan sederhana baik dengan aplikasi pembukuan maupun secara manual, dan pemasaran digital melalui gofood dan shopee food.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are a dominant factor in every institution, including in the field of education. Education requires excellent HR to fulfill its role in meeting the educational needs of society. Therefore, to generally improve the quality of human resources effectively, learning in schools is essential. The role of school leadership must have the ability to optimize all available resources in the school to realize the vision and mission established to achieve the predetermined goals. In addition to the role of school leadership, teacher performance also plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education. The number of competent early childhood education (PAUD) educators is still insufficient, and many principals and teachers have not yet undergone training. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, considering the important role of educators in the education system in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach. It aims to measure the significant influence of the role of school leadership and teacher performance on the quality of education in PAUD throughout the Sukmajaya District of Depok City. The results of hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression show that the role of school leadership and teacher performance have a positive and significant impact on the quality of education in PAUD throughout the Sukmajaya District of Depok City. The adjusted R-squared value (Adj R2) is 0.961, indicating that the contribution of the independent variables, namely the role of school leadership and teacher performance, to the dependent variable, which is the quality of education, is 96.1%, while the remaining 3.9% is influenced by other variables not examined or included in this regression study.

Abstract

Abstract : Awareness of the importance of environmentally friendly practices in the fashion industry is increasing, especially in the city of Bandung, one of the centers of the fashion industry in Indonesia. Along with this development, the concept of green branding is increasingly receiving attention as a strategy to increase competitiveness and marketing performance. This research aims to evaluate the influence of green branding on marketing performance with business sustainability as a mediating variable. This research uses the path analysis method to understand the relationship between these variables. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents who are fashion brand entrepreneurs in the city of Bandung. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods with the help of SPSS software. The research results show that green branding has a positive influence on marketing performance through business sustainability. In other words, business sustainability plays a mediating role in increasing the effectiveness of green branding on marketing performance. The main conclusion from this research is that effective implementation of green branding can improve the marketing performance of fashion businesses, with business sustainability as a key factor that strengthens this relationship.Abstrak : Kesadaran akan pentingnya praktik ramah lingkungan dalam industri fashion semakin meningkat, khususnya di Kota Bandung yang merupakan salah satu pusat industri fashion di Indonesia. Seiring dengan perkembangan ini, konsep green branding semakin mendapat perhatian sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan kinerja pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh green branding terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan keberlanjutan usaha sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode path analysis untuk memahami hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 responden yang merupakan pelaku usaha brand fashion di Kota Bandung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green branding memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan kata lain, keberlanjutan usaha berperan sebagai mediasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas green branding terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi green branding yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran pelaku usaha fashion, dengan keberlanjutan usaha sebagai faktor kunci yang memperkuat hubungan ini.

Abstract

Employees with high potential are needed to carry out activities in the company so that company goals can be achieved properly. Loss of qualified employees will cost the organization more time and money in recruiting and training replacements. For this reason, HR management is needed to retain existing individuals. Good HR management helps maintain existing talent in the organization by providing good compensation that can be a deterrent for employees to leave the company. Then, an unbalanced division of labor can result in an excessive workload for employees and potentially increase an employee's intention to turnover. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study aims to measure the significant influence of compensation and workload on turnover intention at PT Citramas Majutama. The results of hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis show that compensation and workload have a significant influence on turnover intention at PT Citramas Majutama. The coefficient of determination (Adj R2) is 0.532, which indicates that the contribution of the independent variables compensation and workload to the dependent variable turnover intention is 53.2%. In comparison, the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied or are not included in the regression in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-life balance dan Beban Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Depok, dengan Burnout sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai BPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work-life balance dan Beban Kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Burnout. Namun, Work-life balance dan Beban Kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, Burnout tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, Work-life balance dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Burnout tidak memediasi pengaruh Work-life balance dan Beban Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh Work-life balance dan Beban Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai terjadi secara langsung, tanpa melalui Burnout. Nilai R Square untuk model yang menjelaskan Burnout adalah sebesar 0,036, sementara nilai R Square untuk model yang menjelaskan kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 0,691. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen BPS dalam merancang kebijakan yang mendukung keseimbangan kerja-hidup dan pengelolaan beban kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
