Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Strategi Bisnis, Karakteristik Perusahaan (Leverage dan Umur Perusahaan) dan Tax Planning terhadap manajemen laba. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018 - 2022. Metode penentuan sampel yangdigunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Setelah dilakukan seleksi terdapat 175 data perusahaan manufaktur yang memenuhi kriteria-kriteria sampel yang dibutuhkan dengan periode pengamatan selama 5 tahun. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi statistik Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 24 sebagai alat uji. Metode analisis yang digunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolonieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji normalitas), dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji ANOVA, variabel Strategi Bisnis, Karakteristik Perusahaan (Leverage dan Umur Perusahaan) dan Tax Planning secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel manajemen laba. Dan secara parsial hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Sedangkan Strategi Bisnis dan Tax Planning terbukti tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important asset of a company. The quality of human resources will affect the progress of the company. For this reason, the quality of human resources in the company must always be improved so that their performance is satisfactory and will help the company make a profit. Many factors affect employee performance including work motivation, work discipline, education level. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, level of education on the performance of employees of the retail business development division of PT OK Bank Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously. The sample of this study were 125 employees of the retail business development division of PT OK Bank Indonesia. The results showed that partially work discipline, work motivation, education level had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the retail business development division of PT OK Bank Indonesia. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation, education level also have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the retail business development division of PT OK Bank Indonesia. The contribution of work discipline variables, work motivation, education level in influencing the employee performance variables of PT OK Bank Indonesia Retail Business Development division is 55.8%.

Abstract

Performance is the result of a process that refers to and measures over a certain period of time based on previously established provisions or agreements. This research aims to find out whether leadership and wages influence employee performance at Metro Lampung egg farms. The population of this study were workers at Telur Metro Lampung. This research used a saturated sample so that the entire population of workers at Telur Metro Lampung was taken, totaling 38 people. The analytical method in this research is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. Based on theoretical studies and data analysis results, it can be concluded that (1) The results of the hypothesis t test state that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at Metro Lampung egg farms. (2) The results of the hypothesis t test state that work wages significantly influence employee performance at the Metro Lampung egg farm. (3) The results of the hypothesis F test state that leadership and work wages jointly influence employee performance at the Metro Lampung egg farm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perancangan aplikasi sistem inventory susu Fortico menggunakan metode First In - First Out (FIFO) pada PT. Inti Cakra Buana berbasis Java. Sistem inventory merupakan bagian penting dalam manajemen persediaan barang, terutama bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi dan penjualan produk susu. Metode FIFO dipilih karena kelebihannya dalam mengurutkan dan mengontrol aliran barang masuk dan keluar berdasarkan prinsip waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi manajemen persediaan susu Fortico, sehingga perusahaan dapat mengurangi biaya operasional dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Usability testing of the Tokocrypto application to improve the quality of the user experience. The problems identified in this application include the unavailability of charts in the wallet, the lack of clear indicators to distinguish between rising and falling assets, and the availability of many unclear coins that create confusion for users. The methods used in this study included test planning, participant recruitment, data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and data analysis to identify problem patterns and areas of improvement. The results show that improvements to these aspects can significantly enhance user experience, make it easier for users to monitor asset movements, and manage portfolios more efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Astragraphia Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis data adalah data primer melalui metode kuesioner dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah lima puluh satu responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Normalitas, Analisis Linear Berganda, Uji Analisis Koefisien Korelasi, Uji-t, Uji-F dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil pengujian dan analisis dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan secara partial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, demikian juga terhadap Motivasi kerja secara partial mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan, serta secara simultan atau secara bersama Gaya Kepemimpnan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Consumers in buying goods and services consider the quality of the product and also the price. Another consideration is the brand image of the goods or services to be purchased. If the brand of goods is well known enough, consumers will buy these goods. Affordable prices, good product quality and a recognized product brand image encourage consumers to repurchase these products so that consumers become loyal. Clothing is one basic product that human need. Many types of clothing are created according to the wishes of consumers, so that business opportunities in fashion arise. Fashion includes clothing and accessories. Business competition in the fashion sector is getting tighter. Zara as one of the foreign retailers enlivened the fashion in Indonesia. Zara stores can be found in several places, one of them is in Pondok Indah Mall2. Zara has always been a trend setter and created a very good brand image, the best price, and the quality of its products has advantages. By providing quality products, it will provide satisfaction to consumers so as to create loyalty in consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, product quality on consumer loyalty to Zara products at Pondok Indah Mall2, either partially or simultaneously. The results showed that partially only product quality has an effect on consumer loyalty to Zara products at Pondok Indah Mall2. Meanwhile, brand image has no effect on consumer loyalty to Zara products at Pondok Indah Mall2. Likewise, price has no effect on consumer loyalty to Zara products at Pondok Indah Mall2. But simultaneously brand image, price, product quality affect consumer loyalty to Zara products at Pondok Indah Mall2.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa. This research is a population study, because the total number of employees is 40 people. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis, so to make it easier for researchers to carry out research, researchers carry out analysis using the SPSS 25 program with multiple linear test analysis tools, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it is concluded that compensation and work motivation, both partially and jointly, have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa.

Abstract

PT. Citra Mahoni Sejahtera, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan furniture dan kontraktor interior. Saat ini, perusahaan masih menggunakan metode manual dalam kegiatan jual beli serta promosi terbatas yang hanya melibatkan area terbatas. Penggunaan pemasaran melalui telepon, email, dan katalog konvensional masih menjadi pola utama. Pelanggan harus mengunjungi pabrik untuk mendapatkan informasi detail tentang produk yang mereka minati, dan perusahaan belum memanfaatkan sistem berbasis komputer. Dibangun sistem informasi manajemen penjualan berdasarkan Analisis SWOT guna meningkatkan daya penjualan dan akses informasi terkait PT. Citra Mahoni Sejahtera. Model pengembangan Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan pengembangan perangkat lunak dalam waktu pendek dengan fokus pada penggunaan kembali kode dan proses, memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan sistem informasi yang dapat memperkuat hubungan antara perusahaan dan pelanggan. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Penjualan dan Analisis SWOT di PT. Citra Mahoni Sejahtera memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan strategi penjualan perusahaan. Beberapa strategi yang disarankan untuk pertumbuhan perusahaan meliputi penetrasi pasar, pengembangan brand dan produk, ekspansi pasar, inovasi teknologi, kemitraan strategis, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Parfume MSMEs are businesses that can be considered MSMEs that are in great demand by the public because they are considered popular and profitable and can be started on a small scale and affordable capital. UMKM Javier Parfume is one of the businesses that provides various variants of parfume scents. Business actors in Javier Parfume MSMEs have not made financial reports according to standards, where they only make financial reports manually which only record cash expenditures and receipts. The urgency of this research is to design financial reports according to standards (SAK EMKM) using Microsoft Excel-based applications. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data sources were conducted through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The benefits for business actors are to get financial reports according to standards and detailed financial information, for researchers can increase knowledge about financial reports and for institutions to add partners in the development of science and technology.
