Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahan gizi kronis yang signifikan dan masih menjadi perhatian global dalam hal pembangunan, tidak terkecuali Indonesia, di mana prevalensinya perlu dipantau secara ketat untuk merumuskan intervensi yang efektif. Salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang masih menghadapi tantangan tersebut adalah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan karakteristik sosial ekonomi dan wilayah yang beragam. Dalam publikasi SSGI (2024), tercatat Provinsi Jawa Tengah masih berada pada angka 17,1% di tahun 2024. Namun pada faktanya, tidak semua pemodelan faktor determinasi stunting mengikuti pola yang linier, melainkan dapat menunjukkan pola hubungan yang kompleks dan berubah pada titik-titik tertentu . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbandingan antara model regresi linier berganda dan model regresi nonparametrik spline truncated dalam pemodelan prevalensi stunting Provinsi Jawa Tengah agar mendapatkan model terbaik dan kebijakan yang lebih tepat. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa model terbaik yang dapat digunakan untuk memodelkan prevalensi stunting Provinsi Jawa Tengah adalah model regresi nonparametrik spline truncated dengan 1 knot. Dari model yang terbentuk dapat dikatakan bahwa prevalensi stunting dipengaruhi oleh rata-rata lama sekolah perempuan, akses air minum layak, dan akses sanitasi layak dengan pola hubungan yang tidak linier. Ketiga variabel tersebut pada umumnya berkontribusi dalam menurunkan stunting, namun terdapat titik ambang tertentu di mana pengaruhnya berubah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Awareness dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Keripik Tempe UmiUpi di Sukamenanti Baru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Sebaliknya, Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan (sig. 0,803 > 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan, dengan nilai F sebesar 38,609 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,443 menunjukkan bahwa 44,3% variasi Keputusan Pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Dengan demikian, Brand Awareness lebih dominan dibandingkan Kualitas Produk. Oleh karena itu, pelaku UMKM perlu memprioritaskan peningkatan kesadaran merek.

Abstract

Population administration services in Legoksari Village, Darangdan Subdistrict, Purwakarta Regency, currently face significant efficiency challenges due to the conventional, paper-based process of handling referral letters (surat pengantar). Residents are required to visit the village office in person, which is often time-consuming, hinders productivity, and is prone to human errors in data management. Furthermore, the lack of a centralized digital platform limits the speed of public service delivery. This research aims to design a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for a digital-based referral letter information system tailored to the specific needs and digital literacy levels of both residents and village officials. The method employed in this study is Design Thinking, which consists of five iterative stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This approach was selected for its focus on human-centered design, ensuring that the resulting application is intuitive and accessible for various age groups within the Legoksari Village community. By emphasizing empathy, the design specifically addresses the pain points experienced by the local community during administrative tasks. The output of this research is a high-fidelity prototype of the referral letter information system. Based on comprehensive testing conducted through the System Usability Scale (SUS), this design is expected to significantly improve service time efficiency, minimize data redundancy, and provide seamless access for residents to apply for referral letters independently. Ultimately, the implementation of this design is intended to serve as a strategic foundation for more transparent, modern, and responsive public service digitalization at the village level in Purwakarta. Abstract

Melalui pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis), penelitian ini mengevaluasi keterkaitan antara kebijakan akuntansi hijau (green accounting) serta transparansi karbon pada valuasi korporasi dengan memosisikan performa finansial sebagai variabel antara (intervening variable). Objek pengamatan difokuskan pada entitas bisnis di sektor energi yang terdaftar di lantai bursa Indonesia (BEI) sepanjang periode tiga tahun (2021–2023). Melalui seleksi yang ketat, diperoleh 49 emiten yang memenuhi kriteria purposive sampling. Operasionalisasi variabel mencakup penggunaan instrumen PROPER untuk akuntansi hijau, indeks pengungkapan emisi untuk transparansi karbon, Return on Assets (ROA) sebagai representasi performa finansial, serta rasio Tobin’s Q untuk merepresentasikan nilai perusahaan. Temuan empiris mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi akuntansi hijau dan pelaporan karbon menjadi pendorong signifikan bagi penguatan kinerja keuangan. Namun, dalam kaitannya dengan valuasi pasar, akselerasi nilai perusahaan hanya dipicu oleh keterbukaan informasi emisi dan capaian profitabilitas, sedangkan praktik akuntansi hijau tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung yang berarti. Lebih lanjut, analisis efek mediasi menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan tidak menjalankan fungsi sebagai jembatan dalam menghubungkan variabel akuntansi hijau maupun transparansi karbon terhadap eskalasi nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Sektor konstruksi memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan nasional, namun sering menghadapi tantangan komplksitas operasional dan risiko pembengkakan biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan efektivitas Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen (SPM) dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja keuangan pada Perusahaan Konstruksi di Cirebon periode 2024-2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi dokumentasi pada laporan laba rugi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan penerimaan kontrak kerja sebesar 5,25% yang berhasil dikonversi menjadi pertumbuhan laba bersih yang signifikan sebesar 11,96%. Kesimpulan utama penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan SPM melalui fungsi pusat biaya dan pusat laba terbukti efektif dalam menjaga stabilitas margin kotor serta menekan kenaikan biaya umum hingga hanya 1,42%. Perusahaan disarankan untuk terus mempertahankan disiplin biaya tetap dan meningkatkan pengawasan efisiensi material guna menghadapi fluktuasi harga dimasa depan.

Abstract

Urban trade development is closely related to transportation systems and regional accessibility. Semarang City, as a major trade and service center in Central Java, faces challenges such as traffic congestion, urban sprawl, and the suboptimal use of mass transportation. These conditions have contributed to increased mobility costs and reduced efficiency of economic activities. This study aims to analyze the role of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) in supporting urban trade development in Semarang City. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach using policy document analysis, secondary data, and case studies of major economic activity areas. The findings indicate that TOD has the potential to enhance trade and service activities by improving accessibility, concentrating economic functions, and increasing the efficiency of consumer and labor mobility. However, weak intermodal integration and the absence of a comprehensive TOD-oriented economic plan remain significant obstacles. This study concludes that TOD can serve as an effective supporting instrument for urban trade development if consistently integrated with transportation and economic policies.

Abstract

The increasing incidence of violence within higher education institutions necessitates the implementation of a responsive mitigation system in accordance with Permendikbudristek Nomor 55 Tahun 2024. This study aims to design a web-based information service application for the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Violence in Higher Education (PPKPT) at Universitas Nusa Mandiri. The development process adopts a structured approach consisting of several stages, namely planning, design, programming, and testing. The Extreme Programming (XP) method is implemented to provide flexibility in mapping various forms of violence. The system integrates key features, including a secure online complaint form, educational content and activity publication, as well as policy information services. System testing is conducted through performance testing using Apache JMeter, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and System Integration Testing (SIT). The performance testing results indicate an average access success rate of 90%, with an average response time of 248 milliseconds. The UAT results confirm that the system is capable of facilitating anonymous and efficient reporting. This study concludes that the application enhances the accessibility of Task Force services while ensuring the security of reporters’ data within the campus environment, thereby improving the overall reach and effectiveness of PPKPT services.

Abstract

Globalization has brought significant changes to the economics of primary education in Indonesia, particularly through the penetration of digital learning platforms and the expansion of shadow education. These two channels no longer function merely as pedagogical innovations, but have increasingly evolved into market mechanisms that shape education cost structures, household education consumption patterns, and the shifting roles among the state, schools, and non-state actors. This study aims to analyze the impact of globalization on the economics of primary education, identify forms of value leakage, and formulate contextual strategies for value capturing within the national education system. The research adopts a qualitative approach through a conceptual and policy-oriented literature review, drawing on systematic analysis of scholarly publications and reports from international organizations published between 2016 and 2026. The findings indicate that primary education is increasingly becoming a site of value leakage, where economic value generated from public funding, teachers’ labor, students’ learning time, and education data does not remain fully within the national education system but instead flows toward market actors through subscription-based services, platform dependency, and the commodification of learning. Shadow education is identified as an “invisible” form of globalization that reinforces inequality based on purchasing power, while primary education data emerges as a new strategic source of economic value that may undermine education sovereignty if not governed through robust regulatory frameworks. This study emphasizes the urgency of policy interventions to ensure that globalization in primary education remains oriented toward the public interest, equitable quality improvement, and social justice through platform regulation, education data protection, and strengthening schools’ capacity as the primary providers of basic education services.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the vehicle repair service sector, to adapt to technology-based systems to improve operational performance. However, in practice, many workshops still run their business processes conventionally, causing various problems such as unorganized data recording, disorganized customer queues, and inaccuracies in cost calculations and financial reports. This study aims to develop the AutoCare+ mobile application equipped with digital payment system (e-wallet) integration to support the digitalization of workshop services. The methods used in this study include the requirements analysis stage using the SWOT approach, user interface design (UI/UX), and the system implementation process. Testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that every function in the application works properly. The results show that the AutoCare+ application is able to present service booking features, transaction history recording, and a digital payment system with a functional success rate of 100%. The application of fintech technology in this application has been proven to improve operational efficiency, provide cost transparency to customers, and reduce the potential for recording errors that often occur in manual systems.

Abstract

Data akademik sangat dibutuhkan sebagai bahan evaluasi, pengolahan data akademik siswa secara sistematis diperlukan untuk mendukung identifikasi tingkat prestasi secara lebih objektif. Dalam penelitian ini masalah yang ditemukan adalah belum optimalnya pemanfaatan data nilai akademik sebagai dasar klasifikasi prestasi siswa dengan menerapkan algoritma C4.5 dengan data set sebanyak 507 data dan 11 atribut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi preprocessing data, perhitungan entropy, information gain, split information, gain ratio, pembentukan pohon keputusan, serta evaluasi model dengan pembagian data 80:20 secara stratified dan validasi silang 5-fold. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut IPA menjadi pemisah awal terbaik dengan nilai entropy 1,5108, information gain 0,0742, dan gain ratio 0,0524. Model yang dihasilkan memperoleh akurasi pengujian sebesar 56,86% dan rerata akurasi validasi silang sebesar 55,42%.
