Tourism is currently experiencing rapid development in various developing countries such as Indonesia. Tourism is one sector that has potential to support regional development. The aim of this research is to look at the conditions of tourism in Southwest Aceh. As well as tourist attractions that influence the relationship between tourism and community income. Writing uses descriptive and qualitative methods to analyze data. To create systematic, factual paintings of events occurring at the present time, using population and samples, as well as primary data and questionnaires. The results of the research are: first, F-count is greater than f-table, namely 289,804 > 2.569031 and the value The calculated significance is 0.000 < 0.08 so, simultaneously there is an influence between tourism development (X1) and tourist attractions (X2) on community welfare (Y) at tourist attractions in Southwest Aceh. Second, the sig value is 0.000 < 0.08 and the t-value is 5.352 > 1.76279. shows a significant value, which means that there is an influence between tourism development (X1) on community welfare (Y) at tourist attractions in Southwest Aceh. Third, the sig value of 0.000 < 0.08 and the t-calculated value of 9.548 > 1.76279 shows a significant value, which means that there is an influence between the tourist attraction variable (X2) on community welfare (Y) at tourist attractions in Southwest Aceh. Fourth, the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 79.4%, the remaining 20.6% of community welfare (Y) at tourist attractions in Southwest Aceh is influenced by other variables that have not been examined in this research.

The purpose of this study, among others, is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on teacher performance at private vocational high school 2, North Sumatran Charity Association. This research is included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, processes, hypotheses, going to the field, data analysis, data conclusions to writing uses aspects of measurement, calculation, formula and certainty of numerical data. The subject of the study was a private high school teacher 2, North Sumatran Charity Association. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously the Fcount value of 11.009 was greater than the Ftable value of 2.807 and the significance value of 0.000 was less than 0.05. This indicates that the results of the study reject H0. Thus, simultaneously Compensation (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance.

The Human Development Index (HDI) measures human development achievements based on a number of basic components of quality of life. This study aims to determine the unemployment rate and poverty rate affect the human development index in Aceh Province. The data technique uses panel data from districts/cities of Aceh Province from 2010-2021. Data analysis using the Fixed Effect Model panel data method. The results showed that the open unemployment rate and poverty rate had a negative and significant influence on the human development index in the districts / cities of Aceh Province 2010-2021. The R² value in the study valued at 0.8930 means that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 89.30%, the remaining 10.70% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

New generation cooperative/NGC is different with tradisional cooperative/TC. There is not NGC in Indonesia, but luxury developed in others countries. The basic reason deveope NGC are switching of consumer demand, from raw materual (example ; milk, cocoa, coffee, fish and other) to be industrial materual. Herein the concept of coopertiave, organization inovation, financial and others are different in the form of NGC. The objective of this article is a inpsiration for the reguation and cooperactive practices in Indonesia, from TC to NGC which have a different characteristic. Through analysis and syntesis some new generation coopereative refereces, be idenntift a concept, organization and management inovation, variable abd indicator between NGC with TC. Analysis and syntesis gives some result are : (a) bass reason of NGC are changing demand from raw material to be industrial material (b) there are 5 variable and 18 =indicator NGC(c) 7 models business cooperetaive (d) 3 contraints for developing NGC in Indonesia, are : cooperative business scale, regulation support and public commitment.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of profitability and firm size simultaneously on zakat expenditure in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data obtained from the company's financial statements. The technique used as an analytical tool in this study is by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. In this study hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test which is a partial test and the F test which is a simultaneous test at a 95% confidence level. The results of the study show that profitability has an effect on zakat expenditure in Indonesian Islamic commercial banks with a β1 value of 0.507 with the calculation results of β1 ≠ 0 or the tcount value (4.971) is greater than the ttable value (1.995). Firm size has an effect on zakat expenditure at Indonesian Islamic commercial banks with a β2 value of 0.427 with the calculation results of β2 ≠ 0 or the tcount value (5.958) is greater than the table value (1.995). Profitability and company size simultaneously influence the issuance of zakat on Indonesian Islamic commercial banks with a Fcount value (26.012) greater than Ftable value (3.132). The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained with a value of 0.514 means that by 51.4% changes in the variable bond (zakat expenditure on Indonesian Islamic commercial banks) can be explained by changes in profitability, company size and company age. Meanwhile, the remaining 48.6% is explained by other factors outside the three variables described above, such as liquidity, company performance, stock prices and others.

Human resources are one of the important factors in a company to achieve its goals and objectives, because human resources are one of the determining factors for the success or failure of a company in achieving its goals. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of competency, work rotation and career development on employee performance at the Aceh Province Islamic Sharia Service. This research uses a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires. In this research, the population was 54 employees in the Aceh Province Islamic Sharia Service, so the sample used was a population sample. The sampling method in this research is using a census model. Based on the results of the t test (partial) regarding the competency variable, the value tcount>ttable (2.891>2.008), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the t test (partial) regarding the work rotation variable show that the value tcount>ttable (2.325>2.008), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the ttest (partial) regarding the career development variable show that the value tcount>ttable (3.242>2.008 ), with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted, meaning vari. The results of the f test (simultaneous) conclude that the value of Fcount>Ftable or equal to (7.237>2.790), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted. This means that Competency, Job Rotation and Career Development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Province Islamic Sharia Service.

The Indonesian millennial generation, especially the student group, is the potential resources for the development of the Indonesian future economy. This research used the Goal-Directed Behavior Model to determine the relationship between attitudes, subjective norms, anticipated positive emotions, negative emotions, entrepreneurial desires, frequency of past behavior, per-ceived behavioral control on Indonesian students' entrepreneurial intentions. This research in-volved 365 respondents. This quantitative research uses an online survey using purposive sam-pling and non-probability methods. The PLS-SEM is used for data processing. The results showed a positive relationship between attitudes, subjective norms, anticipated negative emotions, perceived behavioral control, and entrepreneurial desire. This research also found a positive relationship between entrepreneurial desire, frequency of past behavior, and per-ceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial intentions. It is hoped that this research can pro-vide a theoretical contribution to the Goal-Directed Behavior model framework as well as con-tributions from entrepreneurship education institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract: When investing funds in a company, an investor must pay attention to the stock returns they will receive. Apart from that, investors must also pay attention to the company's performance as well as other factors such as: inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and interest rates and so that investors can benefit from the investment. This study aims to find out the impact of inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and interest rates on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. to determine the impact of the rupiah exchange rate on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. To find out the impact of interest rates on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. To determine the impact of inflation, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. research used is quantitative research. This study uses purposive sampling, data collection techniques namely documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is to use multiple linear regression results. The results of the t-test statistical analysis for the inflation variable have a significant negative effect on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The results of the t-test statistical analysis for the rupiah exchange rate variable have a negative and significant effect on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the 2016-2021 period. The results of the t-test statistical analysis for the interest rate variable have a negative and significant effect on stock returns at LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. Inflation, interest rates and rupiah exchange rates simultaneously and significantly affect stock returns.

This study in PT Perintis perkasa Toyota Medan. This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Compensation, Motivation and Job Satisfaction On Employee Performance At the PT Perintis Perkasa Toyota Medan.This study uses associative Kuantitatif. The population used in this study was 1oo employees. To obtain the necessary data in this study, the author used a technique of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires obtained directly At PT Perintis Perkasa Toyota Medan. As well as the annual report which is owned by the company. Analysis data technique in this research is Using, Outer Loading, AVE, uji F and direct effect.The results of this study indicate that partially, Compensation has no significant positive effect on employee performance, Motivation has no significant positive effect on employeeperformance and Job satisfaction has a significant positif effect on employee performance at PT.
