Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product attractiveness and promotional attractiveness on purchasing decisions for boy bread in Banda Aceh City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method which aims to determine the effect or relationship between two or more variables in a study. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. The sampling technique used for data collection was carried out by means of nonprobability sampling using accidental sampling technique. Research data was collected through a list of questions / questionnaires and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) are intended to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that simultaneously product attractiveness and promotional appeal influenced boy bread in Banda Aceh City. Then partially the attractiveness of the product and the attractiveness of the promotion affect the boy's bread in the city of Banda Aceh. So, the implications in this study are product attractiveness and promotional attractiveness that can influence consumers to purchase boy bread in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency level of the Special Autonomy profit sharing fund, tax sharing and social assistance spending and its effect on poverty rates in 23 districts/cities in Aceh Province. The sample for this study uses combined data from regions (districts/cities) and the time period from 2015-2020. Methods This study uses two analytical approaches, namely Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to measure output efficiency with return to scale variables and Panel Regression using the Random Effects approach to see its effect on poverty. From the results of the research, there were only six districts that were efficient in terms of aid spending. social assistance or 26 percent while the remaining 74 percent of urban districts are not yet efficient in terms of using public spending on social assistance in the province of Aceh, then the results of the random effect panel regression of the social assistance program (PKH) and the human development index (IPM) have a negative and significant effect on the level of poverty in Aceh province

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Government expenditure on Economic Functions and Public Services on Poverty in Aceh Province in 2015-2019. This research is a quantitative research. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial report data from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance for the 2015-2019 period. Data analysis used panel data in Fixed effect regression model which was processed with Eviews-10. The results of the study show that: 1) Government Expenditure on Economic Functions has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province in 2015-2019 with a probability value of 0.0394 <0.05. 2) Government Expenditures on Public Service Functions have a Negative and Significant Effect on Poverty in Aceh Province in 2015-2019 with a probability value of 0.0198 > 0.05. 3) adjusted R2 in this study is 0.998095, this means that the contribution of all independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is 99.80%. Keywords: Poverty, Government Expenditure on Economic Functions and Public Service, Fixed Effect Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran Pemerintah Fungsi Ekonomi dan Pelayanan Umum terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh Tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa  data laporan keuangan dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan dengan periode tahun 2015-2019. Analisis data menggunakan data panel dalam model regresi Fixed effect yang diolah dengan Eviews-10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1) Pengeluaran Pemerintah Fungsi Ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh Tahun 2015-2019 dengan nilai probability sebesar 0.0394 < 0,05. 2) Pengeluaran Pemerintah Fungsi Pelayanan Umumberpengaruh Negatif dan Signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh Tahun 2015-2019 dengan Nilai probability sebesar 0.0198 > 0.05. 3) adjusted R2 dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0.998095, hal ini berarti kontribusi seluruh variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen yaitu sebesar 99.80%.Kata kunci : Kemiskinan, Pengeluaran Pemerintah Fungsi Ekonomi dan Pelayan Umu, Fixed Effect

Abstract

Micro and Small Enterprises in the food and beverage industry contribute significantly to Indonesia’s economic growth. Micro and small businesses rely heavily on innovation to survive in the face of increasing competition. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of innovative work behavior and knowledge management on the organizational performance of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Bandung.  The study sample, consisting of 34 employees, was selected from six food and beverage businesses. Data processing results show that innovative work behavior and knowledge management do not affect organizational performance at micro and small enterprises. However, it was found that employee age plays a role in innovative work behavior and knowledge management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability on stock prices in Manufacturing Industry companies in the Pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To determine the effect of liquidity on stock prices in Manufacturing Industry companies in the Pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To determine the effect of solvability on stock prices in Manufacturing Industry companies in the Pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, solvency on stock prices in Manufacturing Industry companies in the Pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection technique is Documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is to use multiple linear regression results. The results of the study show that profitability has a partial effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity has a partial effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Solvency has a partial effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability, liquidity and solvency simultaneously influence stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the management of zakat, infaq and alms in Baitul Mal Province. The object of this research is the report on the receipt of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) of Aceh Province in 2013-2019. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, namely to formulate attention to the problems at hand, where the data collected is compiled and analyzed so that it can provide information on existing problems. The results showed that the number of Zakat, Infaq and Alms Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) receipts in Baitul Mal, Aceh Province from 2013 to 2019 has increased. In 2014 it increased by 20.06 percent, 2015 by 3.71 percent,2016 was 3.67 percent, 2017 was 34.54 percent, 2018 was 10.08 percent and 2019 was 2.95. The effectiveness of receiving Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) in Baitul Mal, Aceh Province is very effective, in 2013 it was 266 percent, 2015 amounted to193 percent, 2016 by 137 percent, 2017 by 232 percent, 2018 by 204 percent and 2019 by 188 percent, and quite effective in 2014, which amounted to88 percent. The effectiveness of the distribution of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) in Baitul Mal, Aceh Province was very effective in 2013 by 518 percent and effective in 2014 by 100 percent, 2015 by 100 percent, 2016 by 100 percent, 2017 by 99.25 percent, 2018 by 100 percent and 2019 by 100 percent. It can be concluded that the effectiveness of the management of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) in Baitul Mal Aceh was very effective in 2013 which was 266 percent in terms of revenue realization and 518 percent in terms of distribution realization.

Abstract

Education is something that absolutely must be met by students as a form of learning experience, either directly or indirectly, to become the basis for changing behavior towards maturity. School strategies are important policies of schools to achieve the goal of improving and developing the quality of teachers. To improve the role and function of the teacher, it is something that really needs to be considered in teaching management both from the planning, organizing, actuating or motivational aspects of the teacher. Based on observations made at SDN Lancong, the process that occurs in the subjects that are followed by all students, students are less interested in the learning provided by the teacher, based on the results of these observations, research is carried out on Human Resource Processing Management in Improving Education at SDN Lancong . The approach taken in this research is qualitative with descriptive research type. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that in improving the quality of education at SDN Lancong, good management of human resources is needed, as well as increasing the integration of human resource management in improving the quality of education, especially at SDN Lancong, where geographically the location of SDN Lancong is in the interior and its location which is relatively far from the home of the students who mostly access the school on foot. Therefore we need a good management so that the quality of education can increase. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that human resource management is very necessary in an effort to improve the quality and quality of education at SDN Lancong, Sungai Mas District, Aceh Barat Regency, where the current condition is that the number of teachers is still lacking to be able to carry out effective education, so it will affect the learning process and the results to be achieved.

Abstract

The participation of farmers who own irrigated paddy fields has an effect on the availability of water resources because the participation of farmers in managing irrigation water resources can help the availability of water in paddy fields even though the availability of water is limited. One of the factors causing the non-optimal distribution of water and the long distance between the water source and the irrigated paddy fields causes an uneven distribution of water in the paddy fields so that some farmers use water pumps to irrigate the paddy fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of participation of paddy farmers. irrigation on the availability of water resources in Blang Bintang District, Aceh Besar District. The data analysis model used is Likert scale analysis. The results showed that the average level of participation of irrigated rice farmers on the availability of water resources was in the medium category or 63.82%. This shows that involvement in each activity is only when entering the rice planting season. Based on the partial test (t test) shows that the variables of land area (X1), income (X2), motivation (X3) and experience (X4) partially have no significant effect on the participation of irrigated rice farmers in the availability of water resources in Blang Bintang District, Aceh BesarRegency

Abstract

Patchouli plant is a plant that produces patchouli oil. Patchouli oil refinery is a potential business to be developed because Indonesia has a tropical climate that is suitable for planting patchouli plants. And businesses that can utilize local resources and are oriented towards the export market. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of income derived from the patchouli oil business and to analyze the feasibility of the patchouli oil business in Kluet Tengah District, South Aceh Regency. The research method used survey method. The sampling technique is "Simple Random Sampling" of 10% with a total sample of 23 farmers. The data analysis model used is income analysis, feasibility analysis of R/C Ratio and feasibility analysis of Break Event Point (BEP). The results showed that the average income received by patchouli oil farmers in Kluet Tengah District, South Aceh Regency was Rp. 4.140.614/year with an average income per hectare of Rp.14.781.991,98/year. The Revenue Cost Ratio of patchouli oil is worth pursuing, because it produces a comparison of total revenue with a total cost that is greater than one, which has a number of 1,40 > 1. In other words, an R/C value of 1,40 means that for every Rp. 100 costs incurred, then farming Patchouli oil earns Rp. 140. BEP (Break Event Point) per kilogram of patchouli oil, namely 4,16 kg of patchouli oil and BEP in rupiah sales of Rp. 2.196.078,44. So patchouli oil farming in Kluet Tengah District, South Aceh Regency is said to be profitable, because the yield values obtained exceed the BEP values. The average amount of patchouli production obtained was 27,2173913 kg and sales proceeds (receipts) were Rp. 14.425,217,4

Abstract

This article is intended to explain the increasing understanding of democracy in dealing with elections for the younger generation. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Abulyatama University was used as the object of research. The source of the data was obtained from the students of the University of Abulyatama, the PPKn Study Program. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Implementation of increasing understanding of democracy in dealing with elections for the younger generation through four steps, namely planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The four steps in increasing understanding of democracy in facing elections for the younger generation at Abulyatama University have been carried out well. There is one step that needs to be implemented in order to increase understanding of democracy in dealing with elections for the younger generation at Abulyatama University, namely conducting a consultation stage for students of the Civics Study Program. If this application is not able to find a solution, then the reverse pattern is applied, namely from the PPKn study program lecturers
