Abstract

Consumers of products and services and goods always consider many things before actually making a decision to buy. Including coffee beverage products, in addition to the price, the shop atmosphere factor is also a consideration for potential consumers. This study aims at determining the effect of Store Atmosphere and Prices on Purchasing Decisions at Identic Coffee in Central Jakarta. This study used quantitative research methods with associative types and primary data as a source of data obtained from questionnaire results. The population of this study was cafe consumers isolated at Cempaka Putih street 114, Central Jakarta with population of 394 people, and samples of 79 people. The analytical methods used is were validity, reliability, normality tests, multiple linear regression correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient test and hypothesis test using SPSS. The results of this study showed that: Store Atmosphere had a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions with a regression value of 0.653 and a significance level of 0.000. Price had a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions with a regression value of 0.686 and a significance level of 0.000. Store Atmosphere and Price simultaneously had a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated F value of 13.607 greater than the F tabel of 3.12 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 (4) The amount of the effect of Store Atmosphere and Price on Purchasing Decision was 77.60% while the remaining 22.40% was effected by other variables not examined by the author.

Abstract

Financial distress is a financial condition where the company's finances are in an unhealthy or crisis condition. Financial distress which is quite disturbing the company's operational activities is a condition that must be immediately watched out and anticipated. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, institutional ownership, and sales growth. The research was conducted on property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique, and obtained as many as 152 samples that match the criteria. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of liquidity, leverage, and institutional ownership have an effect on financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the basic and non-basic sectors in the city of South Jakarta Administration, then to find out what sectors are the concentration and specialization of economic growth in the Administrative City of South Jakarta and to determine the level of economic growth through the leading sectors in the city of South Jakarta Administration. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by a study of literature. Based on the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Specialization Index (IS) and Shift Share Analysis (SSA), the results of this study show that in sectors that have LQ> 1, the IS value is positive and the SSA component is also positive , namely the information and communication sector.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the purchasing decision of IndiHome PT. Telkom in Bogor City. The variables of this study consisted of independent variables, namely product, price, location and promotion, while the dependent variable was the purchase decision of IndiHome PT. Telkom in Bogor City. The purpose of this study (1) is to determine the effect of the variables of the Marketing Mix consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4), Process (X5), People (X6), and Physical Evidence ( X7) partially on the purchase decision of IndiHome PT. Telkom in the city of Bogor; (2) determine the effect of the variables of the Marketing Mix consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4), Process (X5), People (X6), and Physical Evidence (X7) simultaneously on the purchase decision of IndiHome PT. Telkom in the city of Bogor; (3) find out what marketing mix variables have the most dominant influence on PT Telkom's IndiHome Purchase Decision in the city of Bogor. This study uses a type of quantitative causality research. Before conducting data analysis, validity, reliability and hypothesis tests were carried out so that the data used were correct and consistent data. The data analysis methods used to achieve these objectives are: (1) Multiple linear regression test; (2) Test the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of performance of the service District Office BojongGede as well as to know people's satisfaction with services provided by the District Office of BojongGede and to determine what factors should be corrected in order to be the satisfaction of the community District Office Bojong Gede. The population in this study is the community of the applicant in the District Office BojongGede with a total sample of 100 respondents and determined based on the formula Slovin. Data collection techniques are conducted using surveys and questionnaires, while data analysis using the Software Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS version 22 to test the Test Validity, Test Reliability, Service Quality (SQ), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA).The results showed overall service quality (SQ) has a negative gap of 9.69 which means the service provided by the District Office of Bojong Gede not good enough. Then for the value of the index of community satisfaction of the applicant in the District Office BojongGede current is found by 67.27%, which means people feel satisfied with the performance of services provided, but still haven't been to a maximum overall, and on the importance-performance analysis (IPA) contained in the factor cost of services, people are still not satisfied. With this already should District BojongGede Bogor Regency pay attention and be honest about the fairness of the fee provided in order to improve the quality of service and the community be satisfied.

Abstract

In a company has a long-term goal of optimizing the value of the company. The value of a company is a reflection of the value of its share price. In the process of maximizing company value, the company's management can implement three policies, namely financing/funding, investment, and dividend policies. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies on firm value in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The population that will be used in this study is all banks listed on the IDX in the 2015–2019 period. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between investment decisions on firm value with a probability value of 0.0006; there is a significant positive effect between funding decisions on firm value with a probability value of 0.0193; there is a significant effect between dividend policy on firm value with a probability value of 0.0058; and there is a significant mediating effect by dividend policy on the relationship between investment decisions and firm value and on the relationship between funding decisions and firm value..

Abstract

Human Resources is a very essential element in the development of an organization or institution. Quality Human Resources will create quality organizations or institutions as well. Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University as an educational organization is also committed to developing human resources, in this case lecturers, to become qualified and competitive lecturers. The research aims to determine the development of human resources in improving the performance of lecturers and to find out the factors that encourage and inhibit lecturers' performance. The research was conducted on Saburai University lecturers. The research method used descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study concluded that several efforts have been made for the development of Human Resources in improving Lecturer Performance, namely: 1) Providing opportunities for lecturers to take doctoral studies with scholarship programs both from foundations and from the government (LPDP), 2 ) Providing opportunities for lecturers to participate in various kinds of training, both those that have been programmed by their respective units as well as training activities that are invited from other parties, such as improving the quality of scientific writing, there is a Scientific Writing Assistance program from LLDikti, PEKERTI training, in collaboration with Lampung University, training on proposals making to obtain competitive grants, online journaling training and research methodology training. Barriers 1) There is no special program or priority program for the development of professional competence of lecturers, 2) There is no ongoing training program to support the activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely for the implementation of education and teaching, for research and for community service, 3) There is still a lack of the ability and motivation of lecturers to improve their qualifications.

Abstract

Currently, most people around the world suffered and has changing the ways of their lives. This resulted in a slowdown in global economic growth in 2020. This also affected stock markets in Indonesia in almost all sectors. In addition, the stock market performance of the financial industry was also significantly affected, including state-owned banks. This study aims to analyze the potential loss from investing in the stock market of the state bank for the next 15 days by reviewing the risk value as a tool to measure the maximum loss. The findings show that Autoregressive AR(1)-GARCH(1) is suitable for determining the models mean and variance, which are used to calculate the Value at risk (VaR) of each bank. The VaR measurement for all banks shows a negative sign indicating the investor's maximum loss from holding one of the shares of that bank for the projected period of time. Measurement of risk will be one of the things that investors will consider when investing in financial markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service available at the cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok, to determine the value of the consumer satisfaction index at the Cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok and to determine the indicators that must be improved so that customer satisfaction can be met. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative data, the reason is because this research was conducted by collecting data in the form of numbers or sentences and then converted into analysis to obtain information. The population in the study were visitors to Cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok with a total sample of 100 respondents and was determined based on the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques were carried out using surveys and questionnaires, while for data analysis using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS version 22 software to test: validity test, reliability test, Service Quality (SQ), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA). The results showed that overall service quality (SQ) has a negative gap of 0.23 which means that the services provided by Cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok are not good enough. Then for the value of the consumer satisfaction index at Cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok, currently it is found at 83.63%, which means that consumers feel quite satisfied but are not considered to be maximized overall, and in the importance performance analysis (IPA) analysis, there are no service attributes that must be considered. but the Cafe needs to improve every existing attribute in order to meet consumer desires..

The results showed that all service quality attributes got agap negative. Then for the value of the community satisfaction index at the Sukahati Citeureup Village Office, it is currently found to be 74.03% which means that the community is quite satisfied but it is not considered optimal as a whole, and in the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), there are two service attributes that must be prioritized.
