Abstract

Human Resources is a very essential element in the development of an organization or institution. Quality Human Resources will create quality organizations or institutions as well. Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University as an educational organization is also committed to developing human resources, in this case lecturers, to become qualified and competitive lecturers. The research aims to determine the development of human resources in improving the performance of lecturers and to find out the factors that encourage and inhibit lecturers' performance. The research was conducted on Saburai University lecturers. The research method used descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study concluded that several efforts have been made for the development of Human Resources in improving Lecturer Performance, namely: 1) Providing opportunities for lecturers to take doctoral studies with scholarship programs both from foundations and from the government (LPDP), 2 ) Providing opportunities for lecturers to participate in various kinds of training, both those that have been programmed by their respective units as well as training activities that are invited from other parties, such as improving the quality of scientific writing, there is a Scientific Writing Assistance program from LLDikti, PEKERTI training, in collaboration with Lampung University, training on proposals making to obtain competitive grants, online journaling training and research methodology training. Barriers 1) There is no special program or priority program for the development of professional competence of lecturers, 2) There is no ongoing training program to support the activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely for the implementation of education and teaching, for research and for community service, 3) There is still a lack of the ability and motivation of lecturers to improve their qualifications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of community participation on the success of the project, the influence of leadership on community participation, and the influence of community participation and leadership of the village head towards the success of the PNPM Mandiri Rural Project in Sukoharjo Village III Sukoharjo Sub-district, Pringsewu District. Data are needed and collected with questionnaires distributed to 180 community beneficiaries of PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan program which is divided into three strata, namely the poor, middle and upper class. The data is then analyzed by confirmatory method, while the data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using Amos program version 20. Based on the result of SEM analysis, the result of research shows that the community participation has positive effect on the project success, positive community participation, and community participation together with village head leadership have a positive effect on the success of PNPM Mandiri Rural project in Sukoharjo Village III Sukoharjo Sub-district, Pringsewu District.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini membahas tentang analisis sistem informasi manajemen dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Saburai, metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dimana dengan cara wawancara peneliti dengan para informan. diketahui bahwa Sistem Informasi Manajemen yang berjalan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Saburai Bandar Lampung, sudah berjalan dengan baik dari kelima indikator yang peneliti gunakan, namun demikian dari manusia sebagai pengolah informasi masih terdapat kekurangan dan dukungan peralatan masih dirasa minim, seperti kurang cepatya jaringan internet, layanan sistem banyak yang tidak berfungsi dan sumber daya yang yang minim serta Kualitas Pelayanan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Saburai Bandar Lampung dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Manajemen dapat meningkat dari yang sistem manual kemudian menjadi sistem berbasis online, dari kelima indikator yang peneliti gunakan hanya di fisik dan keandalan yang masih harus ditingkatkan seperti masih terbatasnya meja, kursi dan peralatan terkait anggaran dan sumber daya manusia yang masih terbatas.Sistem informasi manajemen dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Saburai. Sudah berjalan dengan baik, dibandingkan dengan menggunakan cara manual yang memakan waktu yang lama, dengan menggunakan SIM maka emphati, jaminan dan daya tanggap dapat meningkat dan dapat menyediakan informasi dengan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih cepat, mudah dan tidak rumit. Dengan adanya SIM pada Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Saburai diharapkan pengolah informasi akademik dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya kepada pengguna.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) Does the leadership style affect the quality of service in the Lampung Provincial Regional Personnel Agency, (2) Does the discipline of employees affect the quality of service in the Lampung Province Regional Civil Service Agency, (3) Does the leadership style and employee discipline influence on the quality of service at the Lampung Provincial Regional Personnel Agency.This study uses an explanatory design, an explanatory survey is an investigation of causality by basing on observations of the effects that occur, namely conducting research by taking a sample from the population using a questionnaire as a data collection tool, by analyzing the influence of leadership style variables and employee discipline as independent variables (independent variable), towards service quality as the dependent variable.The results showed that there was a significant influence of both leadership style and employee discipline on the quality of service at the Lampung Provincial Regional Civil Service Agency, the greatest influence of the leadership style variable and employee discipline was the Leadership Style variable. Based on the results of the study, that the contribution of leadership style variables and employee discipline to service quality, is in the quite good category but not optimal. This happens because there is no optimal application of regulations, so that employees have not been motivated in carrying out their duties that have not yet impacted the quality of service at the Lampung Provincial Civil Service Agency.

Abstract

One of those associated with the financial management area is the poor quality of the financial management area as part of the classic problems that continue to overshadow the accountability financial management area (Ministry of finance,2014:141). The process of disbursement ditenggarai became one of the causes of the problems of the financial management area (Mardiasmo,2009). Problems of disbursement in the budgets and time inaccuracy can be realized the error document SP2D. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the quality of the service to the recipient's Kepuasa service on the Agency's financial management and Asset Research Metro City Area using quantitative research design with Samples in the research of 50 people. Results of the study indicate that there is the influence of the quality of public services against publishing service recipient satisfaction warrant disbursement on Regional Assets and Financial management of Metro City As for advice based on the results of research This is the use of Regional financial management system applications in the service of the issuance of the warrant of Disbursement needs to be improved, it should be upgraded again the responsibility of the employees on the Agency's financial management and assets in Metro City Area Warrant service Disbursements, needs to be improved readiness officer on the Agency's financial management and the City Metro Area Asset in serving the recipient Service i.e. Officials Administering finance and financial staff in the service of a warrant The disbursement of funds, needs to be increased again the ability of the officers to give confidence to the recipient of the services that the issuance of a warrant for Disbursement according to the time that has been set out in the operational standards.

Abstract

Kiprah mahasiswa bersama-sama dengan masyarakat diharapkan mampu membangun desa dengan menggerakkan semua potensi yang dimiliki baik potensi alam, manusia, maupun potensi teknologi. Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) tidak semuanya memahami mengenai administrasi pemerintahan desa, oleh karena itu sebelum KKN mahasiswa perlu dibekali ilmu mengenai Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa. Adapun tujuan mengadakan sosialisasi ini adalah agar mahasiswa mengetahui administrasi pemerintahan desa sehingga kelak dapat membantu pemerintah desa dalam menyelenggarakan administrasi desa yang lebih tertib dan rapi berbasis teknologi. Khalayak sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu mahasiswa KKN Universitas Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai Tahun 2019 yang berjumlah 178 mahasiswa. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini melalui empat tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi administrasi pemerintahan desa bagi mahasiswa KKN dilaksanakan pada hari sabtu, 26 Januari 2019 di Gedung Graha Saburai, Universitas Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai Bandar Lampung. Setelah mengikuti sosialisasi, pemahaman peserta mengenai administrasi pemerintahan desa meningkat. Hal tersebut terlihat dari rata-rata pemahaman peserta mengenai administrasi pemerintahan desa setelah mengikuti sosialisasi sebesar 79,75. Selain peningkatan pemahaman mengenai administrasi pemerintahan desa, peserta juga memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai beberapa aplikasi yang ada mengenai administrasi pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

Produksi sampah rumah tangga di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Barat khususnya Kelurahan Negeri Olok Gading masih besar. Untuk mengatasinya, pengelolaan dan peningkatan nilai guna sampah adalah hal yang menjanjikan mulai dari rumah tangga hingga ke TPA. Di samping itu, daur ulang dan guna ulang juga sangat ideal untuk mencari produk unggul alternatif (seperti biogas, kompos, kertas daur ulang, dan lain sebagainya). Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pengelolaan dan peningkatan nilai guna sampah mulai dari rumah tangga hingga ke TPA. Lokasi ini dipilih karena kondisi lingkungan sekitar yang kurang bersih, masyarakatnya pun terlihat kurang peduli dengan kebersihan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode presentasi dan tanya jawab. Peserta diberikan materi mengenai pengelolaan sampah berdasarkan metode konvensional. Selain itu, diputarkan pula sebuah film mengenai pengelolaan sampah dan pembuatan biogas sederhana. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme masyarakat cukup bagus. Pada sesi tanya jawab, masyarakat mengeluhkan tentang buruknya proses pendistribusian sampah dari desa mereka. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh jarangnya petugas kebersihan jarang mengangkut sampah dari lingkungan mereka. Selain itu, masyarakat menampilkan minat yang tinggi dalam mempelajari teknologi pengolahan sampah menjadi biogas.

Abstract

The issue of poverty in Indonesia is a social problem that is consistently applicable to be concentrated without stopping and demands the interests of all parties jointly and facilitated. The Family Hope Program or Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) provides non-cash assistance to The Very Poor Family or Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin to meet mandatory needs. However, the implementation of PKH still has many shortcomings. This study aims to find and analyze the reality of the extent of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Poverty Reduction in Teluk Pandan, Pesawaran Regency. The strategy used is an expressive technique with a subjective methodology, with strategies for gathering information on perceptions, meetings and documentation. The results show that the implementation of PKH has not been effective, there are still many poor people who have not received PKH benefits, and PKH recipients do not have the awareness not to accept PKH for people who are already prosperous. Thus, the implementation of the Peraturan Menteri Sosial Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2018 tentang Program Keluarga Harapan is considered not yet ideal in assisting the government for all residents in Cilimus Village.

Abstract

This entrepreneurship program is to provide recommendations or alternative solutions to a problem how to build the entrepreneurial spirit of the community through the use of narrow land, namely hydroponic planting in Pekon Klaten, Gading Rejo District, Pringsewu Regency, Lampung Province. This partnership program activity aims to 1) Provide assistance to overcome problems that arise from the establishment of "Entrepreneurship" SMEs. 2) Conducting education and training for people who manage Hydroponics. 3) Involving Professional Trainers to provide guidance to the managers of SMEs "Entrepreneurship". 4) Provide the facilities and infrastructure needed in the development of the Hydroponics business. The external forms include 1) Increasing public understanding of hydroponic farming techniques so that they can be more effective and efficient. 2) Improving the ability of the community to be able to develop their business on a wider scale. 3) Improving the ability of the community in the field of marketing through social media. 4) Scientific publications. The implementation methods include 1) Management Training. 2) Hydroponic Innovation Training. 3) Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting Training. 4) Assistance and Consultation. 5) Training on the Use of Media/tools.

Abstract

Enforcement carried out by the Lampung Province civil service police enforcement officers in implementing the 2020 regional regulation Number 3 regarding the adaptation of new habits in preventing, controlling COVID-19, by coordinating with the Bandar Lampung City enforcement apparatus. From the observations made by the researchers, the task of the competent authorities in carrying out COVID-19 prevention measures in implementing the Governor's Regulation has not been maximized due to the lack of budget so that operational vehicles and equipment used are limited. Besides that, many people also ignore health protocols when they are outside. This study aims to determine the duties of the Lampung Provincial Civil Service Police and to find out the Prevention and Control of Covid 19 carried out by the Lampung Provincial Civil Service Police. The research method used is qualitative research methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The task of the Civil Service Police has not been maximized in enforcing the 'Lampung Provincial Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning the Adaptation of New Habits in the Prevention and Control of Covid-19'. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the cause has not been maximized due to the minimal budget so that operational vehicles and equipment used are limited and in the prevention and control of Covid-19 there are still many people who do not wear masks when outside.   Keywords: Prevention, Control, Covid-19
