Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the composition of the stock portfolio formed by the Random model, the Markowitz model, and the Single Index model and which portfolio composition was optimal from the results of calculations using the Random model, the Markowitz model, and the Single Index model. The method used is a quantitative analysis using stock price data in the LQ45 Index group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In the first random process the results of calculating the expected return value for each share and obtained portfolio candidates can produce a total expected return of 0.2726 or 27.26%. The Markowitz method produces 14 shares that have a positive value, which means it enters into portfolio-forming shares, while the Single Index Model obtains diversified investments in the form of a portfolio of 6 shares

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates, and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the JCI in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by processing data that has been published by Bank Indonesia, BPS. Data processing and analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that inflation has a negative and significant effect on the JCI. This result can be proven by the value of tcount <ttable (-2.265190 <-1.993) and a significance value of <(α) (0.0265 <0.05) so that H11 is accepted. Interest rate variable has no effect on the JCI. This result can be proven by the value of tcount <ttable (1.801611 <1.993) and a significance value> (α) (0.0758> 0.05) so that H02 is rejected. The Rupiah Exchange Rate variable has a positive and significant effect on the JCI. This result can be proven by the value of tcount> ttable (3.520699> 1.993) and a significance value <(α) (0.0008 <0.05) so that H13 is accepted. The coefficient of determination shows that the Adjusted R-squared is 0.282205. This means that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 28.22%, while 71.78% is explained by other variables that are not included or explained in this study. 993) and the significance value> (α) (0.0758> 0.05) so that H02 is rejected. In an era where information technology is developing so rapidly as it is now, contact with technology is inevitable. One that may often be heard is the use of big data. Although the development of big data has begun long before, its growth began rapidly since the Oxford Dictionary included the definition of big data in 2013. Big data will increase the complexity of the accounting world by adding unstructured data in the accounting cycle. The results of this study indicate that there are at least 3 areas in the field of accounting that are very likely to be exposed to the use of big data, namely in the process of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and auditing

Abstract

Natural tourism villages usually carry the concept of "go green and back to nature." One of the tours that apply this concept is in the Pulesari village, Yogyakarta, where it carries the concept of green tourism, which is one of the "green destination tourism spots." Therefore, the idea is interesting, especially on the impact of "green destination tourism," besides the phenomenon of "halal destination tourism." The phenomenon occurs due to the Indonesian topography, especially Yogyakarta. Since it is a tropical region, and currently the development of the Islamic economy is positive, leading to researchers conducting research on "green destination tourism," which is reviewed in an Islamic economic perspective and showing that the tourism village applies Islamic economic concepts where the transaction is far from gharar (unclear matter). Thus it has a positive impact and one of the alternative choices for the development of the "tourism industry sector" in accordance with Islamic sharia of transparent transactions without additional stuff. The method used by the researcher was a qualitative method, in which the researcher conducted a survey directly to tourist attractions to do interviews.
