Abstract

The digital economy for MSMEs still possesses complex problems in the debate over technology readiness and competitive digital capabilities. The increase of dynamic product innovation changes is only effectively supported by digital value resonance. Addressing this issue, this research aims to explore the readiness of technology and the ability to compete digitally for innovative products through the resonance of digital value, especially for multi-business businesses. The data were collected from 170 respondents of small and medium-sized businesses through questionnaires. SEM-PLS techniques were used to analyze the data with a path mediated by digital value resonance on product innovation. The results showed that the resonance of digital value successfully mediated the relationship of technological readiness and digital competing capabilities, as well as direct links to the improvement of innovative products. Digital consumer habits also successfully strengthened the relationship of technological readiness and digital competing capabilities on the resonance of digital value. The advantages of this research lie in the synthesis of proposed digital value resonance variables from the results of resource-based view theory propositions in bridging the previous researcher gaps and contributing as a conceptual novelty model that can personalize digital value in the level of competition and increase MSMEs innovation products.

Abstract

Discussion of this research to analyze the resilience of financial well-being derived from financial literacy and the impact of financial inclusion through financial attitudes. A total of 239 respondents were distributed to MSME businesses, especially with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. SEM-PLS compound path analysis was used in this study for data from path analysis mediated by financial attitude on financial well-being resilience. The results of the study there is a positive correlation between the direct relationship of financial literacy and financial inclusion in financial attitudes, as well as positive relationships between financial literacy and financial inclusion through financial attitudes on financial well-being resilience. Then there is the direct positive contribution of financial attitudes to financial security resilience. This study explained that the contribution of financial attitudes can provide positive stimulus in measuring financial well-being resilience from indicators of perception, strength, inadequacy, retention contained in financial attitudes

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) yang hingga kini belum usai semakin memperburuk keadaan ekonomi pada hampir seluruh sektor dan lapisan masyarakat. Di desa Bululi, pandemi telah menimbulkan permasalahan ekonomi masyarakat, dimana berkurangnya produktifitas masyarakat dalam mata pencahariannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga, antara lain yakni sebagai petani dan wirausaha. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menstimulasi peran masyarakat dalam rangka membangun kembali ekonomi masyarakat berbasis potensi desa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bululi dalam bentuk pelatihan terhadap 25 rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tiga tahap, yaitu pengkajian, perencanaan, dan implementasi kegiatan. Hasil pelaksanaan terlihat bahwa masyarakat antusias terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan UKM dan literasi pemasaran digital. Keberhasilan bermula dari identifikasi potensi desa serta potensi yang dimiliki masyarakat dalam menciptakan kreativitas yakni pembuatan produk minuman khas desa dari air perasan tebu dengan membuatnya pada berbagai varian rasa. Dari hasil pelatihan dan simulasi pembuatan produk minuman khas desa dari air tebu, beberapa masyarakat desa Bululi telah mencoba dan membuat sendiri di rumah, dan kemudian dijual ke masyarakat.Abstract: The ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic has worsened the economic situation in almost all sectors and walks of life. In Bululi village, the pandemic has caused economic problems for the community, where the productivity of the community in their livelihoods is reduced to meet the economic needs of their families, including as farmers and entrepreneurs. The purpose of implementing this service is to stimulate community participation in order to rebuild the community's economy based on village potential. This service activity was carried out in Bululi village in the form of training for 25 households. The implementation method includes three stages, identification, planning, and implementation of activities. The implementation results show that the community is enthusiastic about the implementation of SME training activities and digital marketing literacy. This success started from identifying the potential of the village and the potential of the community in creating creativity, namely in the manufacture of village-specific beverage products from sugarcane juice by making them in various flavors. From the results of training and simulations on making village specialty drinks from sugarcane juice, several Bululi residents have tried and made their own at home, then sold it to the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan tingkat kesejahteraan tipologi masyarakat petani, serta dampak etos kerja terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani. Populasi penelitian adalah sebanyak 1.022 petani yakni petani yang menempati kawasan pertanian terpadu di Kabupaten Boalemo. Penentuan sampel menggunakan tehnik stratified sampling dengan rumus Krejcie and Morgan, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 petani dan kemudian sampel dipilih secara disproportional dan dapat mewakili masing-masing tipologi masyarakat petani. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dan wawancara menggunakan tehnik analisis statistik inferensial one way ANOVA welch, serta matriks analisis tingkat etos kerja petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik, tingkat kesejahteraan antara tipologi masyarakat PL dengan PNL dan PL dengan PC berbeda secara signifikan dengan rerata perbedaan berada diatas 50%, sedangkan antara PNL dengan PC tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dengan rerata perbedaan sebesar 19%. Matriks analisis tingkat etos kerja menunjukkan etos kerja petani di Kabupaten Boalemo adalah cukup tinggi (sedang) dengan tingkat rata-rata nilai berada di atas 50%.

Abstract

Penyuluhan pertanian menjadi kegiatan utama yang selalu berperan dalam mengedukasi petani. Di tengah kondisi pandemik Covid-19, kegiatan penyuluhan yang biasanya dilaksanakan secara tatap muka, kini dapat dilaksanakan secara virtual (online) berbasis teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efektifitas pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian berbasis teknologi informasi terhadap petani pada situasi social distancing di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pendekatan ekperimental dengan melakukan uji coba penyuluhan berbasis teknologi informasi terhadap petani di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Sampel dipilih dengan tehnik purposive sampling, dengan penentuan besaran sampel sebesar 25% atau 35 orang petani. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan metode EPIC model, dengan pendekatan komunikasi mencakup empat dimensi kritis yaitu Empathy, Persuation, Impact dan Communication (EPIC). Tingkat efektivitas media penyuluhan yang menggunakan EPIC model ditentukan dengan Likerts Summated Rating Scale (LSRS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model penyuluhan online baik menggunakan konten materi dalam bentuk teks maupun video secara umum memperoleh kategori yang kurang efektif untuk membentuk pengetahuan dan pemahaman petani di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Namun, secara parsial konten penyuluhan berbasis teknologi informasi yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk video tergolong kategori efektif. Upaya peningkatan penguasaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi perlu dilakukan petani dalam merespon serta mendukung pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian berbasis teknologi informasi di tengah kondisi pandemik saat ini.

Abstract

Abstrak: Inovasi pengembangan limbah jagung berbasis nilai ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Buol Sulawesi Tengah bertujuan untuk pengembangan dan penerapan teknologi yang berguna secara langsung di masyarakat serta dalam upaya untuk mengembangkan potensi pertanian yang menyasar pada aspek limbah jagung agar menghasilkan nilai ekonomi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan masyarakat. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan yaitu briket berbahan dasar tongkol jagung dan produk kerajinan berupa lampu hias. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan briket Tongkol Jagung, komponen aspek pengetahuan peserta tergolong belum melampaui target, dimana hanya 89.2% peserta mampu memahami materi, aspek kemampuan peserta dalam membuat briket secara mandiri tergolong melampaui target, sedangkan pada aspek sikap masyarakat yang berminat mengaplikasikan untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga maupun untuk tujuan usaha belum memenuhi target. Sementara itu, pada kegiatan pembuatan produk kerajinan dari Tongkol Jagung, aspek pengetahuan peserta tergolong belum melampaui target, dimana hanya 83.3% peserta mampu memahami materi. Aspek kemampuan peserta tergolong melampaui target, sedangkan pada aspek sikap masyarakat yang berminat mengaplikasikan untuk kebutuhan hiasan rumah maupun untuk tujuan usaha belum memenuhi target.Abstract: Corn waste development innovation based on community economic value in Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi, aims to develop and apply technology that is directly beneficial to the community as well as in an effort to develop agricultural potential with the target of corn waste aspects in order to generate economic value for the community. We uses counseling, training, and community assistance methods. The products produced are briquettes made from corn cobs and handicraft products in the form of decorative lights. In the training activity for making corn cobs briquettes, the knowledge aspect of the participants did not exceed the target, where only 89.2% of the participants were able to understand the material, the aspect of the ability of the participants to make briquettes independently was classified as exceeding the target, while in the attitude aspect of the people who were interested in applying it for household needs. nor for business purposes have not met the target. Meanwhile, in the activity of making handicraft products from corn cobs, the knowledge aspect of the participants did not exceed the target, where only 83.3% of participants were able to understand the material. The ability aspect of the participants is classified as exceeding the target, while the attitude aspect of the community who is interested in applying it for home decoration needs or for business purposes has not met the target.

Abstract

The present work aims to investigate 1) the inequality and income structure of maize farmers’ households; and 2) the contribution of maize farming to the household income of the farmer. Furthermore, this research was conducted in Gorontalo Regency for four months. It relied on the survey method, in which the data were collected from questionnaires and interviews. The data consisted of primary data from 132 maize farmers randomly selected from each area using the proportional allocation method. All data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive method, Gini coefficient, and z-test for proportions. According to the results, moderate inequality was caused if the household income was from maize farming and other farming. The inequality would be categorized high if the non-farming income was included in the calculation. Based on the income structure, this inequality was likely to occur since the non-farming income contributed significantly to the percentage of the total income of high-income farmers. Maize farming income was significant to the farmers’ household income, meaning that farmers relied on maize farming as their primary income source.

Abstract

Introduction: The decline in the Farmer's Exchange Rate index of Gorontalo Province in 2020 (96.93) compared to before four years ago (>100) indicates a decline in farmer welfare. On the other hand, increasing financial literacy is the government's focus on realizing people's welfare. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of financial literacy of farmer households, as well as its effect on the farmer household welfare in Gorontalo Province. Methods: The sample was selected based on the purposive sampling technique with a total of 120 farmer households. The data analysis technique uses a linear regression model with a dummy variable technique and adds variable social support of the farmer's household in estimating the effect of financial literacy on the farmer's household welfare. Results: The results of this study indicate that financial literacy which consists of variable knowledge of financial institutions and ownership of savings account, has a positive and significant effect on the farmer's household welfare. Farmers who have literacy and access to capital at financial institutions are predicted to be 46.57% more likely to prosper than those who do not. Likewise, farmers who have savings accounts at financial institutions are estimated to be 44.1% more likely to prosper than farmers who do not have savings accounts. The variable of social support of farmer households, such as household heads’ age, number of household members, and number of employed households, also affected the farmer household's welfare in Gorontalo Province. Conclusion: Financial literacy determines the level of welfare of farmer households in Gorontalo Province. Efforts to increase the level of financial literacy of farmers in Gorontalo Province need to be realized in the form of financial education programs in order to support Government programs.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a theoretical framework for implementing financial products in the management of Hajj financial funds presented in a transparent and accountable manner with a novelty system that is centrally embedded in the field. This research contribution integrates the management of centralised system fund instruments that are transparent and accountable. This research method uses sampling in the form of interview instruments and questionnaires to 126 employees who work in religious affairs offices located in branch offices on the island of Java. As a result of this research, there is a significant positive effect of direct or indirect integrated systems centralised on transparency and public accountability in producing good financial statement performance, and financial statement performance relationships have a significant positive effect on the optimisation of financial instruments
