Abstract

In this paper discussed about the manufacture of foodpedia culinary typical web based Payakumbuh using wordpress, this application is used as a tool to facilitate users in finding the typical culinary information Payakumbuh. The research method used in this paper is descriptive method by describing the way of making the application and explain it in the form of narration. Based on the results of research Payakumbuh culinary foodpedia is making this process can be summarized as follows: 1) tracing information to the outlet souvenirs typical Payakumbuh namely Sanjai Rina and office KAN (Kerapatan Adat Nagari) Payakumbuh; 2) Payakumbuh typical culinary data collection collected based on the results of information searching from the source of information that is the outlet of the typical culinary Payakumbuh Sanjai Rina and office KAN (Kerapatan Adat Nagari) Payakumbuh; 3) the editing or checking process is done by completing the lack of writing the wrong word; 4) making web based foodpedia using wordpress, wordpress is a blog application; 5) design and design the application look, to make it look more interesting. Abstract

AbstractThe writing of this paper aims to describe how to process tecnologi digital-based collections, to describe how to manage information technology-based technology services, describing what are the facilities and infrastructure of technology library-based management at the Padang 1 Public High School Library. Data was collected through observation and interviews with librarians and visitors at the Padang 1 Public High School Library. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. Based on the discussion described above, it can be concluded that First, digital-based collection processing is processing physical collections in the form of systematic collection of collections ranging from checking library materials to compiling books on a shelf, processing book collections into digital collections using SLiMS applications, processing physical data collection of digital-based books by transferring media collections of books to digital-based collections by using a scanner machine. Second, the management of technology-based information services, namely the creation of membership cards, on the membership card library has information about member identities, member names, identity numbers, addresses and telephone numbers of users, information search services, application of corner literacy services. Third, library-based infrastructure management tools, namely infrastructure literacy corner bookshelves provided by schools, the application of barcode scanners, library building infrastructure that is quite extensive as a forum for educational information services in libraries, television facilities as learning media for students in Padang 1 Public High School and internet-connected computer facilities.Keywords: management; processing; technology

Abstract

This paper discusses electronic database of medical records of patients in Health Center Kapau, Tilatang Kamang Subdistrict, Agam Regency. This study aims to describe the design method of the database that is hoped can accelerate the performance of the Healt Center officer. Data were collected through observation and document reviews and then analyzed descriptively. Based on analysis of the data, it can conclude that in the database could be designed by using Microsoft Office Access 2007, a database application computer program for designing, creating and processing different types of data with a large capacity. This database consists of two tables, namely the identity of the patient table and patient visits table. In this database design typography and colors is used according to the needs of visible. Interesting, and easy to be read. Patient medical records database is especially useful for the health center since it can facilitate the work of officers in  searching for the location of patient’s medical record document. Moreover, the database can shorten working time of the officers because it can be retrieved quickly compared with the manual searching that relatively slow and takes a long time. Abstract

This paper disscussed about making the cassette index based on web aplication at Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan in province of West Sumatera. The puspose of this study to describe the process making the index by using PHP’s program (Hypertext Prepeccssor) based web aplication. The data is collected through observations and interviews with officers the Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan in province of West Sumatera. Analyzing the dateis done descriptively, it describes the findings and researches data according to the reserch at Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan in province of West Sumatera.Keywords: index, cassette, web aplication

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe process production index anotation of journal humaniora at Libraries Kopertis Region X. Method that use is deskriptif method, it’s meaning describe the real data. The data get from observation to library and study of library. Match with analysis process production index anotation is: (1) select the indexing procedure that: doing control and selection, choose the part that will describe, choose the key word and make anotation, with select the rule of describe; (2) certainty that use in indexing is: the part of journal, certainty the name of author, title of article, element that will use, and formation of index; (3) and the last process is write the index anotation.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study were to describe of making an annotated index and clipping of Tribrata News magazine articles in the Library of Police Regional West Sumatera and can be used to find information needed quickly and easily. The method used in this study is descriptive method. With data collection techniques through direct observation. In making an annotated index there are nine stage is: (1) collecting magazines; (2) the selection of magazines; (3) the selection of magazine articles; (4 )the creating clippings of magazine articles; (5) article description creation; (6) article annotation creation; (7) keyword determination ; (8)preparation of index of magazine articles; (9) typing of index of magazine article .Keywords: annotated index; article; magazine

Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is twofold. First, describe the storage system records active in Padang Marapalam Pawnshop Branch. Second, describe the procedure active records storage Pawnshop Branch Marapalam Padang. From the above analysis, we can conclude (1) archival storage systems in office Pawnshop Marapalam Padang has not been done properly in archival science, (2) storage procedures performed by the group archives incoming and outgoing mail, put the files in the binder holes (Ordener), and save the file in the archive storage cabinets. From these data can be implemented to Marapalam Pawnshop Branch Padang that: (1) archival storage system equipped with a storage system in chronological order, (2) having a berkependidikan chancery clerk, and the clerk should be more careful in conducting archival storage and clustering. Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of the implementation of library automation systems in the Public Library of Mount youngest Batusangkar City. This study aimed to describe: (1) the effectiveness of the implementation of library automation systems in the Public Library of Mount youngest Batusangkar City; (2) obstacles encountered in the implementation of library automation systems in the Public Library of Mount youngest Batusangkar City. By analyzing the data, we can conclude the following. First, the implementation of library automation systems in the Public Library of Mount youngest City Batusangkar be effective. Second, the constraints in the implementation of library automation systems in the Public Library of Mount youngest City procurement Batusangkar is not able to do so it needs to search the publisher or booking places a special collection that also uses a software HERITAGE automation system, cataloging is not fully accessible pemustaka. Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to describe the implementation process is the acquisition in order to penyelmatan and preservation of archives in the service of the library and Archives of the city of Padang. This paper writing method that is using descriptive method is done with observation, interview and collect data directly from the original sources namely Department of libraries and Archives of the city of Padang. Based on the discussion can be summed up the steps in the implementation of the acquisition in order to rescue and preservation of archives in the service of the library and Archives city of Padang as follows: first stage second stage archive survey assessment to the third classification Archives Archives implementation of four acquisitions in five archives the archives wrapped doing the stage of indexing and archival storage. the second constraint in the rescue and preservation of Archives first discuss about human resources in both the equipment and the cost of three means the third rescue effort in archival and preservation of the archives of the first two archival facilities and infrastructure equipment the third human resources costs.Keyword: Acquisition,  Archives.

Abstract

This paper discusses about system of the process of active dynamic archives at library, Archives and Documentation office of Pesisir Selatan Region. The purposes of the research are to find:(1) The system of the process of active dynamic archives such as: The saving instrumentation, the saving system, the lending, the inventing, keeping, moving and destroying archives system. (2)  The problems which face at the library, archives and documentation of Pesisir Selatan. The data were becolletted by doing interview, library research and observation. Based on the research, it can be concluded that its processing was not maximum. Keywords: archive management, dynamic archive
