Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara kemampuan interaksi sosial dengan partisipasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani anak berkebutuhan khusus pada gerakan lokomotor di sekolah dasar inklusif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah dasar inklusi di Kabupaten Rembang. Dari 14 kecamatan di Kabupaten Rembang yang mencakup 205 Sekolah Dasar inklusi, dengan total populasi sebanyak 1.333 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan 74 sampel. Instrumen penelitian keterampilan interaksi sosial dan partisipasi dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani menggunakan angket dan tes kemampuan lokomotor. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1) terdapat hubungan positif antara Kemampuan Interaksi Sosial dengan Gerakan Lokomotor; 2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara Partisipasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Siswa Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus dengan Gerakan Lokomotor; 3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Kemampuan Interaksi Sosial dengan Partisipasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan Gerak Lokomotor di Sekolah Dasar Inklusi Kabupaten Rembang menggunakan uji regresi berganda. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara Kemampuan Interaksi Sosial dengan Gerakan Lokomotor, Partisipasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Siswa Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus dengan Gerakan Lokomotor dan Kemampuan Interaksi Sosial dengan Partisipasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan Gerak Lokomotor di Sekolah Dasar Inklusi Kabupaten Rembang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat buku saku bagi siswa yang berfokus pada Pertolongan dan Perawatan Cedera Olahraga di sekolah. Studi ini adalah penelitian pengembangan berdasarkan desain Borg and Gall yang melibatkan empat validator: dosen pengguna, ahli terapi, ahli massage, dan ahli media. Uji coba skala kecil dengan empat siswa dan skala besar dengan 25 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui uji pelaksanaan dan penilaian ahli yang dilakukan melalui lembar kuesioner, serta uji kompetensi yang dilakukan melalui analisis data deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan 8 dari 10 langkah yaitu identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan bahan, desain produk, pembuatan produk, validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, revisi produk, produk akhir, serta uji coba terbatas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Tunas Pelita Kota Binjai. Uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukkan bahwa buku saku ini Cukup layak dengan segi materi sebesar 60%, keterbacaan bahasa sebesar 50%, dan penyajian buku sebesar 55%. Uji coba kelompok besar menunjukkan bahwa buku saku ini layak dengan segi materi sebesar 87%, keterbacaan bahasa sebesar 91%, penyajian buku sebesar 90%, dan tampilan buku sebesar 91%. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui praktikalitas pengembangan media interaktif lectora inspire pada pembelajaran bola basket berbasis video. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana mendiskripsikan hasil dari angket yang di isi oleh siswa. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini kelas XI SMA Al Azhar Syfa Budi Pekanbaru II yang berjumlah 45 orang. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket dengan 4 indikator yakni materi, media pembelajaran, penggunaan media pembelajaran dan bahasa dengan reliabelitas 0,679. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah valid melibatkan berbagai pakar dibidang IT, guru pendidikan Jasmani, dosen Pendidikan Jasmani. Dan telah dilakukan ujicoba instrumen melibatkan sampel sejenis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan pada kelas XI SMA Al Azhar Syfa Budi Pekanbaru II terdapat rata-rata 77,52% dengan kategori tinggi. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini bisa digunakan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani dan siswa, sebagai alternatif pembelajaran. Diharapkan nantinya muncul kreatifitas dan inovasi baik bagi pendidik maupun peserta didik dalam berkolaborasi mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Temuan di lapangan menjelaskan bahwa dengan menerapkan pembelajaran menggunakan media lectora inspire terbukti banyak yang tertarik mempelajari bola basket dan karna keunikan konten, dan inovasi membuat imajinasi siswa berkembang sehingga siswa di lpangan bisa mencontoh atau mempraktekkan teknik dasar dengan benar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara kebugaran fisik dan status gizi dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani FKIP Universitas Islam Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sampel yakni kelas 5A dan 5B mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani (penjas) FKIP Universitas Islam Riau. Teknik penarikan sampel purposive sampling. Tes pengukuran kebugaran fisik menggunakan Cooper tes 2,4 km dan tes status gizi digunakan melalui tinggi badan, berat badan dan di cari indek masa tubuh sedangkan prestasi belajar melalui indek prestasi komulatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian terdapat efektifitas kebugaran fisik dan status gizi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 24.10%. Penemuan ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam konteks pendidikan, khususnya dalam program studi pendidikan jasmani. Mendorong mahasiswa untuk menjaga kebugaran fisik dan status gizi yang optimal dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar institusi pendidikan mempertimbangkan integrasi program kebugaran fisik dan pendidikan gizi dalam kurikulum untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

This research aims to study how students learn basic floor exercise movements in elementary school and the impact on physical and cognitive growth. The results of this research will provide guidelines for learning gymnastics in elementary schools and increase awareness of the importance of fun and interactive learning methods. The research method used in this action research is the Kemmis and McTaggart model. The research subjects were students from the second grade of elementary school aged between 8-9 years and totaling 27 children, consisting of 17 girls and 12 boys. The research instrument was an observation sheet related to students' responses during learning and basic gymnastics movement skills. The balance indicator obtained the highest average score, namely 84, twisting movement 79, rolling movement 72, and flexibility 75. From the results of the assessment, the average met the minimum criteria for student completeness in physical education learning. Meanwhile, the difference in assessments from cycle I and cycle II obtained a result of 2.868 which was greater than t0 2.755 and α (0.05). This research confirms that the implementation of basic gymnastics movements in elementary school students is effective in improving balance, coordination, and flexibility. It has a positive impact on student's physical development and should be integrated into the primary school sports curriculum. Research also confirms the important role of physical health in preparing children physically.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the level of PF of students in ten JHS based on the results of PE teachers' performance based on four competencies. An Ex Post Facto approach was used in this survey research. The instrument to see the performance of PE teachers is to use a questionnaire. Meanwhile, to measure students' PF, the test used is the bleep test. The principal, deputy principal for public relations, deputy principal for curriculum, and one student in class VIII (eight) whose physical fitness data was taken randomly from each school were used as samples in this study. The results of this research include: (1) the performance of JHS PE teachers in Pekanbaru City has met expectations because the four competencies are in the very good category, where personality competency has the highest percentage, (2) Lack of PA inside and outside school will causes low PF of students (Vo2Max), (3) From the results of the regression test which shows a figure of 14.3%, it shows that the high quality of PE teachers' performance does not have a direct impact on students' PF. The conclusion of this research is that the competence of PE teachers does not have a significant impact on students' PF levels because there are other factors that influence it, such as the level of active participation of students inside and outside school. These findings recommend, among other things: (1) the need for consistency in the quality of PE teachers and the professionalism of teachers in schools, (2) the need to maintain the quality of students' PF to improve the quality of life, (3) the need to determine or select PE materials that are adapted to the characteristics of children so that students can be more active in the learning process so that the goals of PE are achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the motion of the Gyaku Tsuki on Junior Class Karate athletes at Dojo Surya Yudha Prestasi. This type of research uses quantitative research with survey methods. The sample in this study were junior class athletes at Dojo Surya Yudha Prestasi, Banjarnegara Regency (16- 17 years old), totaling 11 athletes. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Kinovea 0.9.5 application. Analysis of the punching movement of Gyaku Tsuki athlete Dojo Surya Yudha Prestasi has an average speed of 0.58 seconds, an average distance between the feet of 84.3 cm, an average punch speed of 16.4 meters/s, an average right arm angle when hitting is 172.1 degrees, the average striking angle is 152.8 degrees, the average left leg angle is 109.9 degrees, and the average right leg angle is 120.7 degrees. The conclusion found that the angle of the right arm, the angle of the left leg, the angle of the right leg, and the angle of the strike formed greatly influence the speed of Gyaku Tsuki's punch. So good coordination and correct technique are needed to optimize the Gyaku Tsuki punch movement. It is hoped that further research can discuss the effectiveness of Gyaku Tsuki's punch.

Abstract

Media is one of the determining factors for success in physical education learning. In the 5.0 era, the media provided is expected to be informative and efficient so that it can facilitate the learning process and obtain maximum learning results. This research aims to determine the use of Professional Flip PDF Based Sepak Takraw Learning E-Books among students through the application of media development carried out by the author, namely flip PDF e-book media in sepak takraw learning. This research is quantitative research on the application of the use of e-book flip pdf media. The subjects of this research were 20 students in the third semester of Physical Education and Health, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sriwijaya. The stage of this research is to conduct a survey on the use of professional e-book flip pdf media among students. Data analysis used was the percentage of success in applying media to takraw learning outcomes. The research results obtained were 80.1% which were included in the feasible and efficient category based on the results carried out to help the learning and success of sepak takraw. The findings of this research are that the E-Book Flip PDF Professional research product can be used as a reference for student teaching materials in sepak takraw learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Feldenkrais Exercise to reduce pain in elderly people suffering from low back pain at the Banten Provincial Social Service Home. The research method used is pre- experimental method with Pre and Post Test with One Group Design. By comparing two evaluation results, namely pre-test and post-test. In this study, the instrument used was Numerical Rating Scales (NRS) which is used to assess pain intensity using numbers 1-10. The population in this study were elderly people at the Banten Provincial Social Service Home totaling 54 people, the sample in this study amounted to 10 people, using purposive sampling technique that met the inclusion criteria. With the data analysis technique in this study using the Wilcoxon Test (paired sample test) which is a non-parametric test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the hypothesis is accepted, namely Feldenkrais exercise has an effect on reducing low back pain in the elderly at the Banten Provincial Social Service Home where the average value of positive rank = 0.00 and negative rank = 5.50, so there is a decrease in low back pain in the elderly. Based on the results of the research that has been described, it can be concluded that there is a decrease in low back pain as evidenced by the data results with a value of 0.004 <0.05, so there is a significant difference. This concludes that Feldenkrais exercise can be used as an exercise program that is easy for the elderly to do in reducing low back pain.

Abstract

This research discusses the effect of cognitive training (life kinetik and brain gym) on the concentration of low-intellectual athletes in open-skill sports. This research was conducted to determine the effect of cognitive training (life kinetik and brain gym) on the concentration of low-intellectual athletes in open- skill sports and to determine the differences in influence between the two. This research is using experimental method. The population is 48 athletes in open-skill sports. The sample consisted of 27 athletes taken using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this research were Advanced Progressive Matrices (APM) and Concentration Grid Test (CGT). The data analysis technique used is the paired sample t-test and the independent sample t-test. The results of the research showed that there was a significant influence between life kinetik training and brain gym training on the concentration of low intellectual athletes in open-skill sports, but there was no significant difference in the influence between life kinetik training and brain gym training on the concentration of low intellectual athletes in sports. open skill sports.
