Abstract

The purpose of this article to present change of the script and translation of story text of Isa in the Cerita Nabi-nabi manuscript Azhari Alkhalidi Rahmatullah version. Goal of this study in order textcan be readand understood bythe public andthe content ofthe text that containsthe values ​​andteachings ofreligionscan be knownby the public.The manuscriptwas written usingArabic-Malay script andMalay language. This study is a philology study and used descriptive method. The method that used was adjusted to the stage of study. On the stage of data collectoin used field research method. On the stage of data description used descriptive method. On the stage of change of the script used change of the script method. On the stage of translation used translation method. The result of this study is presented story text of Isa in theCerita Nabi-nabi manuscript Azhari Alkhalidi Rahmatullah version in Latin script and Indonesian language. Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) to describe the structure of legends folklore Single Part of Nagari Paninggahan; (2) describe the structure of legends folklore Single Part of Pasa Akaik; (3) describe the structure of comparative folklore legends Single Part of Nagari Paninggahan the structure of legends Single Part in Pasa Akaik. This study is a qualitative research method. This study found that the ratio of the two legends found differences in flow elements, background elements, and elements of the theme. For the second equation legendary figure found expression in Single Part. Characterizations Single Part as nine young men who became the antagonist. Then at the end of the story is equally doomed to fish.Keywords: folklore, comparative, structure of plot

Abstract

The method used in this research is adjusted to the stage of the research. At the data collection stage using descriptive methods. At the script transfer stage using the transfer method and the language transfer stage uses the language transfer method. There are 3 results of this study, namely (a) present the description of the script Kitab Tauhid dan Tasawuf (b) present the transfer of text Kitab Tauhid dan Tasawuf (c) present the transfer of the language of the text Kitab Tauhid dan Tasawuf adjusted to EBI. This text is that which contains the values in the Islamic religion. At the beginning of the text of the manuscript contains about monotheism that God is one. In this text also describes the attributes of God that are not owned by other creatures. Besides that in this text there is also a pillar of prayer that is true according to the teachings of Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the forms and causes of social phenomena in Minangkabau society in the lyrics of the song Seso Parambah Rimbo, Salamaik Pagi Minangkabau, and Anak Jalanan. And the creation of Agus Taher on the album Febian “Katiko Cinto Musti Mangalah". Forms of social reflection that such criticism against forest destroyers in Minangkabau to refrain from forest destruction due to the impact of the damage felt by Minangkabau people themselves, plants and animals in the forest, the phenomenon of a shift in values ​​society that has abandoned traditional Minangkabau and Minangkabau philosophy due to the influence of western culture, and the phenomena of waning sense of brotherhood and love among fellow Minangkabau society, especially the poorand neglected children.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the type and function of play on language in Indonesian Club Lawak (ILK) event in Trans 7. This research was a qualitative research using descriptive method. This research data are a words or combination of words which are punned in Indonesia Club Lawak (ILK) show in Trans 7. Data source in this research were Indonesian Club Lawak (ILK) event which is broadcasted on television station Trans 7. Data are analyzed by following steps : (1) transcribing the downloaded data into written language, (2) identifying the data, (3) classifying the data into plesetan types and plesetan functions, (4) analyzing the data according to the research objectives, (5) do the discussion, (6) summarizes the findings of the study, and (7) reporting the findings of the study. Abstract

Object this article is the text of the manuscript Kitab Menerangkan Perkembangan Agama Islam di Minangkabau Semenjak Dahulu dari Syekh Burhanuddin sampai ke Zaman Kita Sekarang. The method used in this article tailored to the stage of research. At this stage of the data collection methods used literature study and field study methods. At this stage of the description text used descriptive method. At this stage of transliteration used transliteration method. At this stage of the language rather than the language used method. The results of this study is to present a text that can be read by the public on the development of contemporary Islam by Shaikh Burhanuddin brought to Minangkabau from the past and present. In this manuscript, there is a vocabulary that shows variance Malay and Minangkabau language in the presentation of the text is maintained. It is intended that the purity of the language contained in the manuscript is maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the representation of: (1) individualist, (2) recreation lifestyle, (3) mobility lifestye, (4) instant lifestyle, and (5) virtual lifestyle of urban societies in novel metropop Say No to Me by Wiwien Wintarto. Data of this research  is element of novel metropop Say No to Me by Wiwien Wintarto. The source of this research data is novel metropop Say No to Me by Wiwien Wintarto. There are four stages to collect the data. First, reading novel metropop Say No to Me by Wiwien Wintarto. Second, literature review. Third, find and write the data related to research problem. Based on result of the study concluded: (1) urban societies are individualist, (2) urban societies need recreation, (3) the level of urban societies mobility is high, (4) urban societies want their needs to be obtained instantly, and (5) urban societies depend on Information Technology (IT).Keywords: urban societies, metropop novel, individualist, mobility, instant, virtual

Abstract

The aims of this research are (a) to describe the structure of folklore of local legend Batu Galeh in Kenagarian Sungai Antuan Mungka, district Lima Puluh Kota. (b) todescribe the social function of folklore of local legend namely Batu Galeh in Kenagarian Sungai Antuan, Mungka Sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota. This research type is qualitative research with descriptive method. Data of this research is local folklore legend of Batu Galeh. The data technique collection is done in two stages. The first stage, the stage of recording the folklore of local legend Batu Galeh and then the result of recording is transcribed. Next, transcription results will be translated from local language Minangkabau in Kenagarian Sungai Antuan Mungka district Lima Puluh Kota into Indonesian language. The second stage, collecting data about the enviroment story. The result of this research is found that in the folklore of local legend Batu Galeh has 2 characters, advanced groove, and background of place of kampung, rantau, and place of rest, background of time happened in ancient time and some atmosphere background that is happy, sad, sorry. The social functions found are identity, education, social control and group identity.Keywords: Structure, Social Function, Batu Galeh

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the use of adverbs in Novel Negeri 5 Menara Work Ahmad Fuadi.  This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The data in this study are words that include the use of adverbs in Novel Negeri 5 Menara Work Ahmad Fuadi. The data are collected in the following way, (1) reading and comprehending the entire contents of novel Negeri 5 Menara Work Ahmad Fuadi; (2) marking the parts in the form of words that the research aims; and (3) to inventory the data contained in the novel text. The examination of data validation in this study uses a detailed description technique. After data is collected, then analyzed by the following steps, (1) identifying the data, (2) classifying the data, (3) interpreting the data, and (4) summing up the data. The conclusion of this research is the use of adverbs in Novel Negeri 5 Menara Work Ahmad Fuadi is found. The statement is evidenced by the phrase in the Novel Negeri 5 Menara Work Ahmad Fuadi shows the appearance of adverbs of aspect markers. The research finds in the Novel Negeri 5 Menara Work Ahmad Fuadi adverbs aspect marker as many as 69 data for the use of adverbs as aspect markers. Keywords: adverbs, aspect markers, novels

Abstract

This study aims to describe the similarities and differences in functional structure of the Legendary Individual Muning Sekamis and Inyiak Susu Sabalah. The data in this study are the functional structure of folklore personal legend Muning Sekamis and the functional structure of the individual legend Inyiak Susu Sabalah. The findings of this study, show that the folklore legend of Muning Sekamis and Inyiak Susu Sabalah based on functional structure, can be formulated in ten functions of the actors arranged in three situations, namely the initial situation, the situation of transformation, and the final situation. In the initial situation there are three functions of the performer, namely (a) living as an ancestor, (b) living and becoming an ancestor with other family members, (c) where the origin is unknown. In a transformation situation there are three functions of the performer, namely (d) only has one breast, (e) the breast is very long, (f) milk from her breasts can treat various diseases. In the final situation there are four functions of the perpetrator, namely (g) disappearing (turned off) at the end of the story, (h) installing a four-angle talisman, (i) a four-angle talisman has never been revoked until now, (j) the village where he lives with his descendants is called as a lost village. The functional structure of an individual folklore legend of Muning Sekamis is more complete, while the folklore legend of the individual Inyiak Susu Sabalah has a simpler functional story structure.
