Pengembangan instrument penilaian pendidikan karakter merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari aktivitas guru dalam kurikulum 2013. Peran guru dalam kurikulum 2013 salah satunya adalah mengembangkan sistem evaluasi nilai-nilai karakter yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan bekal guru untuk mengembangkan instrument evaluasi pendidikan karakter.Pelatihan dilaksanakan di SD Kartika 1-11 yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Padang Timur Kota Padang dengan jumlah peserta 52 orang peserta yang merupakan perwakilan guru-guru yang berada di Kecamatan Padang Timur Kota Padang. Metodepelatihan yakni ceramah dan tanya jawab dengan narasumber yang merupakan pakar dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter. Selanjutnya pelatihan dilakukan dengan bimbingan individual secara online dengan fasilitator dosen Prodi Teknologi Pendidikan FIP UNP.Luaran dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah artikel yang dimuat pada jurnal ilmiah dan juga instrument pendidikan karakter yang dihasilkan oleh guru-guru.

The purpose of this research is to improve students' motivation in learning biology through the reward system in class VIII.2 MTsN Koto Nan Gadang first semester of academic year 2015/2016. From the research it can be concluded that the reward system can improve students' motivation in the subject of Biology. From this research suggested the reward system should be reapplied by the teacher in tune with the students.

Sepanjang kehidupan, kita tidak bisa tidak berkomunikasi, terlepas apakah komunikasi itu efektif atau tidak, karena dengan komunikasi itu kita memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan emosional dan intelektual kita. Agar komunikasi yang kita lakukan berjalan efektif, perlu pemahaman yang baik mengenai komponen-komponen komunikasi dan fungsi masing-masing komponen tersebut. Ada beberapa faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan agar komunikasi berjalan efektif, dan menghindari faktor-faktor yang menghambat. Demikian juga, perlu dipahami kaitan kepemimpinan dengan efektifitas komunikasi.

This research is a procedural development with research subjects 4 respondents, consisting of two people validator media experts and two experts: two lecturers material UNP and two Masters SMP N 1 Batusanggkar. The instrument includes the content of the material aspects and aspects of the media. Data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive to determine the quality of interactive multimedia in teaching IPS.Hasil analysis pointed that the interactive multimedia teaching material, entitled Development-based Interactive Media Mind Mapping with director Macromedia MX 2004 applications for learning social studies to junior class IX are packaged in a CD Learning this into Category Very Baik.Berdasarkan Results deskripstif test data experts point out that this interactive multimedia teaching materials fit for use as a source of learning and alternative media in solving problems of social studies in junior high.

Evaluation is an important part of the learning process. In the evaluation of the realm of learning there are three aspects, cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The use of the instrument in the implementation of aspects of the votes in the field is still a lot of attitudes have constraints, which created difficulties with teacher assessment system has varied assessment instruments. so that not all the instruments that can be used by teachers. This study aims to determine how the evaluation of affective on the curriculum in primary schools at 2013 in Padang.This research is a quantitative research is descriptive. The population in this study is an elementary school in Padang wearing Curriculum 2013, while a sample is taken from a representative from the District to apply Curriculum 2013 that the District 6 by 9 primary schools. Instruments used to collect data in the form of a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and presented in tabular form. The results showed that: the use of instruments for assessing the competence of attitude, covering the preparation, implementation and processing by teachers is quite good because of the use of the instruments on each competency has been used well. Based on the above data it can be concluded that the implementation of the Curriculum assessment affective aspects of elementary schools in 2013 in the city of Padang classified in the category quite well. Suggestions in this study teachers to make use of assessment instruments relevant attitude aspects.

Library services is in need of computer role. Lots of book data that must be processed in order to avoid overlapping of data errors or the book. If the library does not have a library of application it will really make the librarian should be a lot of wasted time to collect data library books alone. School library service development using Visual Basic 2010 needs to be done to be more effective. This study aimed to produce school library services using Visual Basic 2010 in accordance with eligibility criteria and a media library. This type of research is the development of research. Products developed through five phases: 1) planning, 2) Early Product Development, 3) Product Validation, 4) Trial, and 5) Produk.Alat of collecting data was a questionnaire. Data on quantitative descriptive analysis to determine product quality. The research model is a model of procedural development with research subjects 4 respondents, consisting of two people validator media experts and two experts validator library UNP ie, 2 lecturers, and two librarians FIP UNP. Samples were librarians SMP Negeri 1 district. Guguak kab. 50 City.

The aim of this study was to comprehend effects of jigsaw cooperative learning model and early ability on study outcomes in biology of class XI IPA students in education year 2015/2016. This quasi experiment studey used 2 x 2 factorial study design. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in class XI IPA4 as experiment, and class XI IPA3 as control groups. The instrument employed was final test to observe students study outcome. The study results showed that there was an effect of jigsaw cooperative study model on student’s study outcome, of those with high or low early ebilities and no interaction was found between jigsaw cooperative study model with early ebility of student’s on the biology study outcome of the student’s.

The aim of this research was to reveal the influence of Think Pair Share cooperative learning model and initial ability on learning outcomes biology class VIII of SMPN 38 Sijunjung. This was a Quasi Experimental research which used 2 x 2 factorial design. The population of the research was the students in class VIII os SMPN 38 Sijunjung in academic year 2015/2016. By using saturated sampling technique, class VIII1 was chosen as the experimental class and class VIII2 was as the control class. The instruments of the research were posttest which was intended to identify the students’ learning outcomes. The results of the research revealed that (1) Think Pair Share cooperative learning model exerted an influence upon learning outcomes of the students having either high or low initial ability, (2) there was no interaction between Think Pair Share cooperative learning model and the students’ initial ability toward the students’ learning outcomes in Biology.

This research is a research development known as research and development (R & D). The development model used is a development model proposed by Borg and Gall modified. The product of this development was assessed by 2 media experts and practicable test of 20 members of FIP UNP library. Instruments used in this research are documentation, assessment format and questionnaire to see the ease for the subject try using digital library product. The results of this research indicate that the digital library product that has been developed to get the category of Excellent from both media expert validators. Similarly, the results of practicality test against library members obtained the assessment with the category Very Good with the acquisition value of 4.55. Thus the results showed that digital library products using the application Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) Version 8 in the FIP UNP Library that has been developed valid and practical to use.Keywords : Digital Library, Senayan Library Managemen System (SLiMS)

This study originated from the problem of low communication skills of students in SMPN 3 Talamau. This is caused partly because the learning is still centered on the teacher. Students are not actively involved in the multiplication concepts or ideas of mathematics. To overcome these problems used cooperative learning model STAD through techniques Quick On The Draw. This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning STAD type through techniques Quick On The Draw the students' mathematical communication skills. This type of research is a Quasi Exsperiment. The study population was all students of class VII SMPN 3 Talamau enrolled in the second semester of the school year 2012/2013. Sample selection is done by random sampling so chosen as an experimental class is the class VII1 and as the control class is the class VII2. The research instrument was the test the ability of the initial and final test in the form of a matter of mathematical communication skills. Data analysis was performed using the t test and ANOVA two-way interaction. The analysis showed that: the ability of mathematical communication students taught by cooperative learning model STAD through techniques Quick On The Draw better than students taught by conventional learning, communication skills mathematically capable students beginning high and low taught by cooperative learning model STAD through techniques Quick on the Draw better than students taught by conventional learning and there is no interaction between the learning model and the initial capabilities of the students' mathematical communication skills.
