Abstract

This paper is based on the problem that there has been an increase in violence against children during the pandemic of the corona viruse desease-19 which is popular with covid-19. The review begins with the development of Covid-19 in Indonesia and the world and is continued with Covid-19 on violence perpetrated by the environment against children. Children are entrusted by the Almighty who must be cared for and considered for their growth and development. It is not uncommon for violence against children from adults to be broadcast on mass media or social media in the form of physical violence "physical abuse" and "physical abuse" psychological violence. There are three places where violence against children occurs, namely: 1) household; 2) schools, and 3) communities. In each of these areas, violence can be committed by children of the same age, older children, adults, or people with mental disorders. It is the duty of all parties to take precautions against violence or to take measures against them if violence has occurred. One of the agencies in Indonesia that tackles violence against children is the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI). During a pandemic, the government issued a “General Guidelines for Child Protection for Handling Covid-19” which contained, among other things, 1) every child has the right to protection and clear information about the prevention and transmission of Covid-19; 2) protected from all forms of violence, exploitation, neglect, mistreatment and TIP; and 3) Ensuring psychosocial, health, education and privacy guarantees for children. If it is related to the pedagogical function, it is very urgent to educate everyone who is in the three realms of causes of violence in children during the Covid-19 period.Keywords: Covid-19; Violence in Children; Prevention; pedagogical function.

Abstract

This thesis guidance information system was made for the Informatics Education Study Program of STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. The problem raised from this thesis guidance application program is that the guidance is carried out face-to-face and due to Covid19 makes the thesis guidance process constrained due to the implementation of Physical and Social distancing. In addition, the matching of time between students and lecturers hampered the guidance process. So for that a computerized and programmed system was created by making a Mobile-based thesis guidance application. This thesis guidance information system is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model and uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which in this method has several stages, namely the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage and the maintenance By using the SDLC method and the UML model, it is expected to be able to produce a Mobile-Based Thesis Guidance Application to overcome problems and to facilitate the guidance process that will be carried out by students and supervisors.

Abstract

This research was conducted to create a website-based student grade monitoring information system, where the process of scoring was carried out by the teacher writing students' scores directly into a grade recap book or folio paper with information on dates, student names, subjects, and the grades achieved. This system is done by designing, making, and implementing. The model used in this research is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). In making this website in order to control the stages of work carried out by system analysis in building information systems. For testing this system is done using the Blackbox test. The results obtained from this study can make it easier for teachers in the process of value input, both in the form of daily practice scores, notes, daily tests, uts, uas and can make it easier for parents to monitor their children's activities in school. With this system, it is hoped that it can be useful for teachers in inputting values and can be useful for parents in monitoring the value activities of their children at school. Keywords: System, Value, SDLC, Monitoring

Abstract

Recording at the SMK N 1 Solok Selatan laboratory has been carried out by writing all transactions on paper or in folio notebooks. The difficulty in this recording process is in terms of data storage and retrieval. In addition, a manual filing system can cause some archival data to be lost or tucked away in one place and also cause some items to be lost, and labor officers still have difficulty managing reports of labor goods with frequent duplication of processing item data, and difficulties in updating item data. according to certain conditions. From this problem, an information system for borrowing and returning laboratory goods was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which in this model has several stages, namely the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage, the testing phase and the maintenance stage. This information system for borrowing and returning laboratory goods is carried out by testing Blackbox testing and in accordance with this test system can facilitate the process of borrowing and returning goods between members and labor officers when borrowing and returning goods, as well as labor officers with the head of labor in the problem of borrowing reports and return of goods. Keywords: Information systems, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Software  Development Life Cycle (SDLC),Laboratorium.

Abstract

Governments realize the goals of the Education Law to improve the quality of education through curriculum of 2013. In fact, the industrial revolution 4.0, the level of education is low by world from the results of PISA test students' academic performance by the OECD was 15 years old. The government also implemented a character-based curriculum in 2013. This curriculum is targeting the development of students not only on academic intelligence, but also moral, spiritual, personality and skills. However, the implementation of this curriculum is still hobbled. Action through mapping program quality achievement of national and regional education offers an alternative democratic process in education "Independent Study", to be implemented by the government. The formulation of the problem is how the action program in the Independent Learning through minimal competency assessment and surveying character? The type of research is descriptive, the study of literature. Based on a review of relevant literature and research results obtained minimum competency assessment material analytical skills of students in literacy and numeracy and is supported by a survey study of more noble character education. Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: discusses Curriculum Management and Assessment Systems in the Basic Education Sector (Dikdas) in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, including the Implementation of Independent Learning Management in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. Background Problems: in order to realize the goals of national education with integrity. Where every citizen has the right to a proper education as stipulated in Law 1945 article 31 paragraph (One) so that in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 or the Era of Disruption in which Curriculum Management and Assessment Systems in the Basic Education Sector (Dikdas) need to be carried out properly in supporting and synergize like what the Minister of Education Nadiem Makarim programmed. Novelty: related to the discussion of Curriculum Management and Assessment Systems in the Basic Education Sector (Dikdas) in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, including the Implementation of Independent Learning Management in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors so far no one has researched. Research Methods: The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods, with data sources, books and journals. The data collection technique is done by literature study, data analysis with qualitative data analysis techniques. Finding/Results: Curriculum Management and Assessment System in the Basic Education Sector (Dikdas) Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 related to Freedom of Learning is a new breakthrough, but it is necessary to look at the situation and conditions in certain areas (the impact of the Covid-19 Pancemi) with health protolkol with several precautions such as (wearing masks, and hand washing, and keeping distance). Conclusion : The supporting factors are related to the policy of "Free Learning" in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 in maximizing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by looking at the situation and conditions in a certain area. As a result, the supporting factors are conditions and situations that can be done by means of Darling (Online and Offline). Related to the inhibiting factors, the results of the problems that arise in the distribution of books, (assessment, teacher administration, time allocation), constraints in the implementation of the curriculum, and learning activities in student books. Another obstacle is the facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

One of the subjects that use learning management system is basic programming. Based on data obtained from” teachers in the field of basic programming studies, there are still many students who have not completed subjects using learning management systems. The purpose of the study was to find out the influence of students' perceptions about the use of learning management systems on basic programming subjects on students' learning motivation in SMK Negeri 2 Padang “during the Covid-19 pandemic”. “The population in this study is all students of class x rpl odd semester of the academic year” 2020/2021 SMK Negeri 2 Padang consisting of two classes of 66 people. “Sampling in this study was conducted with simple random sampling techniques. The analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that the t count was 2,953 and the value (sig = 0.004< 0.05). With df = 36-2 = 34 Obtained a certificate of 1,691,” from the above results can be concluded students' perceptions about the use of learning management system in basic programming subjects affect student learning motivation in SMK Negeri 2 Padang in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period.

Abstract

Alumni Program FIP TP UNP, have the competence as a Developer LearningTechnology. Developer Learning Technology is a profession that finds a wayout in the form of design, development, utilization, pengelolaaan, assessmentand research to overcome learning problems either individuals or groups.This study aims to determine the competence implementation alumni ofEducational Technology Faculty of Education, University of Padang (1) theactivities carried out, (2) problems faced (3) attempts to overcome theproblems.This study used descriptive qualitative approach. The main subjectof this research is the alumni TP FIP UNP, while supporting a subject thatsuperiors and colleagues alumni of TP FIP UNP. Data collection techniqueusing interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniqueInteraktive models used by Milles and Huberman (Sugiyono, 2018) byreduction of the data (data reduction), presentation of data (data display),and conclusion (Conclusions verivication).The validity of the data obtainedthrough triangulation, triangulation techniques, and triangulation of time.The results showed (1) Alumni TP FIP UNP TP functional competence inimplementing PTP activity analysis and assessment, design, development,implementation, and evaluation of system / learning models, while the alumniTP FIP UNP Non PTP implement appropriate competence TP job field. (2)The problem faced by the unavailability TP formation instituted education(elementary, secondary, vocational) as PTP, Competence alumni of TP arestill little known in the community (3) efforts to overcome the problems is toincrease the competence of alumni, participated in the training, adaptation ofthe work environment, and actively in activities that increase competency.

Abstract

At least the use of learning media in SMK N 5 Padang and lessons only focus on what the teacher teaches so that students reduce student interest in learning. This study aims to produce a learning media with basic network subjects at SMKN 5 Padang that are valid and practical. This study uses the Research and Development method with the IDI development model covering 3 stages, namely Define, Develop and Evaluate. The population “in this study were students of class X TKJ at SMK N 5 Padang totaling 25 students, the sampling technique used total sampling and data collection techniques in the” form of questionnaires. The results of the assessment from media experts with an average of 0.9 valid categories, and assessments from material experts with an average of 0.87 valid categories. “The results of the practicality test by the teacher” with “a percentage” of 0.9% “in the very practical category, and the” students' practicality results with an average of 85.56% “in the very practical category

Abstract

Educational games are games that have educational content that is educational. Basic knowledge educational game for early childhood based on android is made for PAUD Tunas Bahari Padang children. Where in the current state of Covid19, PAUD Tunas Bahari Padang children are eliminated from the learning process at school, therefore of course they really need this educational game to learn while playing. This basic knowledge educational game for early childhood based on android is designed using the SDLC model. The SDLC model is a model that has a characteristic that the work of each phase must be done first before moving on to the next phase. Where the phases are analysis, design, code generation, application testing, maintenance and repair. The design of basic knowledge educational games for early childhood based on android in PAUD Tunas Bahari Padang was made using android studio software and designed using photoshop, and the testing used black box testing.
