Abstract

The education process in madrasas is always changing and developing in line with the increasing competence and professionalism of teachers in the implementation of education in madrasas. The same challenge is also faced by Vocational Madrasah Aliyah in integrating Islamic educational values ​​and nursing productive curriculum. So as a strategic step and a solution, the author tested the influence of teacher professionalism on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan Madani Manado. The method that the author uses in this study is a quantitative method. The research sample was madrasa teachers, totaling 30 respondents in the research population. The research instrument used a questionnaire and hypothesis testing was carried out through a simple linear regression analysis test. The results of the study stated that there was a significant and positive effect of teacher professionalism on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan Madani Manado, thus Ha was accepted. The power of influence in the strong category is 0.687 and the contribution given by teacher professionalism to teacher performance is 47.2%. The more effective the improvement of teacher professionalism, the more the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan Madani Manado will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what Mohammad Nizarul Alim thinks about Sharia Accounting. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, explaining the journey of his life and work. Data sourced from supporting literature related to research. In this study, it was found that Mohammad Nizarul Alim's thoughts on Sharia accounting that traces of Islam had contributed to the accounting trail long before Lucas Pacioli was known as the inventor of modern accounting. Sharia accounting is a manifestation of the effort to achieve material and spiritual welfare (Al-Falah) which is integrated between economic, social, and political originating from Islamic sharia. Islamic law has a goal for the welfare of all mankind, which lies in maintaining faith (din), self/human life (nafs), intelligence (aql), offspring (nasl), and wealth (mal).

Abstract

This study aims to find out online marketing strategies implemented before Covid-19, online marketing strategies implemented in the Covid-19 Era and online marketing strategies according to an Islamic economic perspective by Ud. Simple Kec. Konda 1 Kab. South Konawe, in the context of online marketing strategies. The urgency of this research is to provide a scientific explanation of online marketing strategies implemented before, during the Covid-19 Era and online marketing strategies according to an Islamic economic perspective by Ud. Simple Kec. Konda 1 Kab. South Conawe. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that the online marketing strategy implemented by Ud. It was simple before Covid-19, namely by using the 4P strategy, namely Promotion and Place. But since the Covid-19 outbreak, Ud. Simple experienced a very drastic decline so that the owner must improve the strategy used. Islamic economic review in the online marketing strategy carried out by Ud. Simple Kec. Konda 1 Kab. South Konawe is in accordance with the marketing strategy carried out by Rasulullah, namely Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning. And it is in accordance with the character of Islamic marketing which includes Divinity, Ethics, Realism, and Humanity. As well as not having elements that are not in accordance with Islamic law such as Tadlis, Gharar, Ba'I Najasy, Riba and Ikhtikar.

Abstract

These developments in the world of education make education today no longer be reduced to a process of transfer of knowledge. Fun education also pays attention to human principles. Fun learning affects the teaching and learning atmosphere so that they can focus their attention fully while studying so that their time on task is high. This study aims to provide an overview of the planning and learning outcomes of aqidah morals with the edutainment method at MAN WAJO. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that only focuses on the edutainment strategy of learning aqidah akhlak in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Wajo. The results of this study, the first planning of learning strategies for aqidah morals with the edutainment method at MAN WAJO, learning with the edutainment method (fun) for students so that they do not experience boredom and boredom. In its application, students are given the freedom to be creative, so it is easier to recognize and accept material according to their creativity. Second, the results of the moral aqidah learning strategy using the edutainment method strategy showed that there were three aspects that were assessed from the results of the edutainment method 1) cognitive aspects, students were easy to accept ongoing lessons, 2) affective aspects, students showed enthusiasm and enthusiasm in learning. learning, 3) psychomotor aspects, students learn while playing in class and outside the classroom.

Abstract

: This research aims to examine the role of the domestic-public Komando Wanita Angkatan Darat (Kowad). In this case, the role in question is: first, the role of women as Kowad (public role). Second, as a wife to meet the needs of her husband, as the mother of their children and as a housewife (domestic role). Third, as a member of society who must be responsive to social problems. The sample used is 8 respondents, who is a member of Kowad Sub Koor Yogyakarta which are located in Magelang, Temanggung and Yogyakarta. This research is a type of field research with qualitative and descriptive-analytical methods. Collect data by interviewing directly with informants. The results of this research indicate that the function of each family member in Kowad Sub Koor Yogyakarta is husband making a living (public role), wife doing housework (domestic task) and the task of the child is to study (school). There are three forms of roles in the division of domestic tasks: 1) balanced division of labor, 2) wife's job is tougher, 3) division of labor with an autonomous system. The fact shows that the division of labor is heavier on the wife is more dominant. The type of family Kowad Sub Koor Yogyakarta included in the type of traditional family, because in general there is no balance of roles between husband and wife.

Abstract

Over time and the increasing number of the younger generation (adolescents), the rate of juvenile delinquency that occurs is increasing. This article discusses about juvenile delinquency, starting from its understanding, theory, causes and consequences, Islamic views on how to deal with it and solutions for Islamic da'wah in overcoming it. Juvenile delinquency that is developing today is a social phenomenon that must be found a way out. If juvenile delinquency is allowed to develop, it will bring great danger to the life of society, nation and state. Juvenile delinquency must be anticipated considering the many consequences it can cause, ranging from endangering the teenager concerned, to causing anxiety and fear from the parents of the teenager concerned, and even chaos in the environment where the teenager is domiciled. In overcoming the problem of juvenile delinquency, it cannot only rely on one-sidedness, because the causes that motivate the emergence of these juvenile acquaintances are so complex, therefore, in overcoming juvenile delinquency, it is necessary to synchronize the parents concerned with the education at school as well as adequate control in life in the school. community environment.

Abstract

As for the topic of the problem in this study, how is the validity of nadzir certification in the Indonesian waqf management department and the validity of the nadzir's role in the Indonesian waqf management department on the subject of this research? Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of nadzir certification in the Indonesian waqf management department and the effectiveness of the nadzir's role in the waqf management department in Indonesia. The search method used is a literature search. The references in this article are based on the ideas and results of previous research such as journals, books and articles. The results of this study indicate that Wakaf Nadzir will issue certificates to move from individual Nadzir to institutional or legal Nadzir, ensuring management security and property security, safeguarding the unity and future of the ummah. It also shows that it helps to avoid potential conflicts. With human skills, technical people and quality relationships, professional Nazir is a general leader in Waqf institutions who are able to achieve Waqf goals.

Abstract

This study departs from the findings of researchers related to PAI learning in class VII which did not raise the interest of students so that it had an impact on student learning outcomes. Based on these problems, this study conducted a trial of the Index Card Match method which was considered effective in improving learning outcomes and according to the type of PAI material about nun breadfruit and tanwin. This study uses the Research and Development method or classroom action research conducted at SMPN 1 Seruyan Hilir Timur in class VII. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the ICM method is in accordance with the implementation syntax. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes have been shown to increase, which is indicated by the increase in mastery learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The difference in the percentage of completeness reached 44%. This can be seen from the achievement of student scores which were originally below the KKM (70) to be more increased. In addition, the increase in learning outcomes is also shown by classical learning completeness of 91% in the second cycle which was originally only 47%. This drastic increase can occur when the teacher reflects on learning on the shortcomings obtained in the first cycle so that it can be corrected in the second cycle.

Abstract

Islamic banking as a financial distribution institution (financial intermediary) is currently growing rapidly and has become a pioneer in improving the economy in Indonesia. The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has resulted in the realization of a merger or amalgamation of 3 state-owned Islamic banks, namely Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS), Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) to become PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. The development of Micro small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia really needs the contribution and role of Islamic banks in terms of increasing the availability of financing, namely providing easier requirements and conducting training and business assistance. Islamic banks are expected to continue to develop in improving the capabilities of small and medium enterprises, this is based on the fact that one of the roles of Micro small and Medium Enterprises can drive the national economy, namely being able to absorb large numbers of workers, increasing gross domestic product (GDP) and being able to overcome the economic crisis. The presence of Bank Syariah Indonesia will continue to provide support to Micro small and Medium Enterprises actors in Indonesia through products and various Islamic financial services that are in line with the needs of Micro small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

Guidance through religious activities is aimed not only at the material level but also at the divine aspect. On the other hand, religious development in shaping student morals can be referred to as an effort to maintain and improve students' religious knowledge, social skills and religious practices of students in madrasas and in the community. the point is that coaching means the efforts made by the madrasah, various religious-based productive actions. Madrasa as a place for students to get Islamic education is the basis of moral development. In this study, MTs N 2 Kotamobagu also has an equally important role in fostering students to become human beings of faith and morality. What is the role of madrasas and what steps are taken in fostering student morals are the subject of research. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the activities carried out in madrasas are based on moral development. The effectiveness of moral development can be seen from the responses of students in participating in religious activities, the more obedient students are in carrying out rituals of worship, the more the moral values ​​possessed by students will also increase in students' efforts to learn the Al-Quran.
