Madinah: Jurnal Studi Islam diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan Indonesia. Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 is growing rapidly in various fields of life, one of which is the education sector. The rapid development of technology has a positive impact on every element of society. One sector that takes advantage of the development of information technology is the education sector. Educational institutions are required to be able to develop a management information system (MIS) in order to improve the quality of educational services. Currently, educational institutions have various needs in implementing and managing their organizations or institutions. Information Technology is a number of data that has been processed through data processing in order to test the level of truth and achievement in accordance with the needs of information technology in management. There are three important things that must be considered from information, namely: (1) information is the result of data processing, (2) provides meaning, (3) is useful and useful. Currently, internet-based learning, such as web-learning, e-learning or online learning (distance learning) has been widely practiced. These lessons use the internet as a medium. In addition to learning to be more flexible in terms of time, place and age, students can also access the information needed in learning freely. Seeing the development of the current era, all aspects of life cannot be separated from Information Technology (IT), especially in the world of education. Starting from the student data management system, it has now been facilitated by the existence of information technology. Through an online-based system, filling in student data from elementary schools is easy to upload and can be received directly by the Minister of Education and Culture quickly. It doesn't just stop there, now teachers are also required to utilize information technology in an effective and efficient learning process.

Abstract

In the digital era as it is today, it is no stranger to the people of the capital city with digital developments, especially in the financial sector, financial technology that offers many conveniences from helping buying and selling transactions to offering payment systems for social activities such as zakat, fundraising and donations. Therefore, the reason for making this research is to find out the extent of the influence of Brand Awareness, Transparency and Student Trust in distributing ZIS in the Kitabisa.Com application. This study uses quantitative methods where this study uses primary data through questionnaires and secondary data from various sources such as journals, theses and related articles. So that the hypothesis in this test is accepted, it means that simultaneously the independent variables have a real influence on the dependent variable and together the Independent variables (brand awareness, transparency and trust) have a significant effect on Y (the decision to distribute ZIS on the Kitabisa.Com application)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what ecosystems exist in Islamic Microfinance Institutions. This research method uses descriptive qualitative using data processing to the maximum in 6 (Six) Islamic cooperatives in the North Coast of Lamongan. Analysis of existing data is the result of processing sourced from triangulation of data in the form of observations, interviews and documentation in order to produce real data. The results showed that the ecosystem in the Islamic Microfinance Institutions consists of Islamic Economic Phylanthropic Instruments including Waqf, Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh. Other ecosystems include providing innovations in sharia financial products that can truly fulfill and increase financial inclusion in the North Coast of Lamongan.

Abstract

The learning atmosphere in the classroom is felt by the students to be boring, makes them sleepy, and the learning motivation decreases, especially in fiqh subjects. Madrasah Aliyah Abu Amr, which is under the auspices of the Ar-Roudloh Berbaur Islamic boarding school, has more time in studying the Islamic religious education, thus making students prone to experience weariness and boredom which results in passive students when learning in class. Therefore, to increase learning motivation, as well as increase student learning activity in class X MA Abu Amr, it is carried out with a fun learning model in fiqh subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and implications of the fun learning model on student motivation in fiqh subjects in class X MA Abu AmrPasuruan Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of case study research, namely research that is carried out intensively, in detail, and in depth on a particular incident or case to find out in depth how the implementation of the fun learning model on the learning motivation of class X MA Abu Amr. Data collection comes from interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the research on the implementation of the fun learning model on the learning motivation of class X MA Abu Amr students, there are the following: the fun learning model carried out by the teacher has a positive impact on students, changes in behavior and positive attitudes, activeness and full involvement of students in participating learning, as well as the growth and development of students' learning motivation, especially fiqh subjects which are marked by increased learning outcomes and student achievement in fiqh subjects, as well as increasing knowledge of fiqh knowledge more broadly than the material being taught.

Abstract

Teaching is a fulfilling profession. It recieves numerous rewards in the form of love, respect and trust from students and society. Teachers are the architects of a nation. They nurture the youth who are the future of a nation. They fashion the scientists, the innovators, the philanthropists and the leaders of tomorrow. Not everyone possesses the abilities of teachers. This profession ruquires a special set of skills, known “Basic Teaching Skills”. These skills are capabilities that enable someone to contribute and engage students’ learning fo the sake of students’success. These skills are essential at every step of the way, from creating leasson plans, and instructing learners to collaborating with others. The Basic Teaching Skills meant here are as follows; skill of opening and closing, questioning, empowering, making variation, explaining, teaching small group or individual, guiding small group discission, and managing the classroom. These Basic Teaching Skills should be improved day by day or time by time in order to achieve the goal of learning. Of the many basic teaching skills listed and improved, the quality of teaching can be gained, besides, the classroom management will be established successfully. This article is based on the literatures study.

Abstract

Work motivation is an encouragement to increase the individual efforts of employees in doing their work in order to achieve organizational goals. With the motivation of work makes employees more passionate in carrying out their work. The higher the motivation given, the higher the performance of employees in a company. This study aims to find out how strong the relationship between work motivation and work environment and employee performance at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. The sample in this study amounted to 24 people taken from the total number of employee population at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires sourced from employees at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. Secondary data sourced from documents. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple creation analysis processed using IMB SPSS Statistic 25. From the results of data processing analysis shows that there is a positive and direct relationship between work motivation and work environment with employee performance, but the closeness of relationships in this study is low at 0.288. Looking at the guidelines for relationship density, this study was in the number 0.20 – 0.399. This means that if the work motivation and work environment improves, the performance of employees at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen increases.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the role of woman in the world of dakwah. Woman in Islam have the same right in preaching but what makes the difference is the level or the amount Islam places woman in this very honorable position because woman have tasks that can not be done by man, for example, conceiving, giving birth and breastfeeding, all of which risk their lives in their practice. This article discusses two roles of woman in the contemporary era as preachers. First, the role of woman in the view of Islam that woman occupy an honorable and noble position. Islam does not differentiate between man and woman for dakwah matters such as admonishing amr ma’ruf and nahi munkar. And second, the role of woman in dakwah is in accordance with the level of their ability to do amr ma’ruf nahi munkar. it can preach at home with their families, it can preach on the go every where. This research is qualitative descriptive study with a library research approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine NPF, FDR and Bopo on Profitability (Roa) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2011-2020. Data collection techniques in this study used literature study and decommentation methods. The data is processed using SPSS through the classical assumption test, path analysis test (Path) and hypothesis testing to see the effect of the independent variable X on the dependent variable through an intermediary variable and without going through an intermediary. From the results of data processing, it shows that the analysis of the effect of Npf, Fdr and Bopo on Profitability (Roa) at Pt Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The results of the study show that: the effect of the NPF variable (X1) on BOPO (X3) is obtained by a value of 0.270 > 0.05 that there is no direct effect of X1 on X3. The effect of the variable FDR (X2) on BOPO (X3) obtained a value of 0.599 > 0.05 that there was no direct effect of FDR (X2) on BOPO (X3). The effect of the BOPO variable (X3) on ROA (Y) obtained a value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05 that there is a direct effect of BOPO (X3) on ROA (Y). The effect of the NPF variable (X1) on ROA (Y) through BOPO (X3) obtained a value of 0.011 > -0.450 that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect which means NPF (X1) through BOPO (X3) has no significant effect on ROA (Y ). The effect of NPF (X1) on ROA (Y) through BOPO (X3) obtained a value of 0.207 > -0.047 that the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect which means FDR (X2) through BOPO (X3) has a significance for ROA (Y). The effect of NPF (X1) on ROA (Y) was obtained by a value of 0.819 > 0.05, indicating that there was no direct significant effect of NPF (X1) on ROA (Y). The effect of FDR (X2) on ROA (Y) was obtained by a value of 0.322 > 0.05, indicating that there was no direct significant effect of FDR (X2) on ROA (Y).

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) to find out the character values in scouting education at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan Solokuro Lamongan; (2) knowing the factors supporting and inhibiting the cultivation of character values in scouting education at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan Solokuro Lamongan. The research uses a qualitative approach with case study analysis. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Checking the validity of the data through technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study are: (1) character values in scouting education consist of religious character values, character values related to oneself such as independence, creativity, and discipline, and character values related to others and the environment. (2) supporting factors for inculcating character values in scouting education are having loyal coaches, good cooperation from institutions and parents in scout extracurricular activities, complete facilities ranging from fields and outdoors to scouting tools and scout studios all of them are supportive, and the awareness and interest of student to take extracurricular activities is very high. The inhibiting factor is that the scout members are busy when delivering scouting material so that disrupts the activity process, some students need special attention due to certain conditions, the implementation of scouts is closed during school exams so that scouting activities must stop in a few days.

Abstract

The presence of Muslim clerics (kiai) in Langitan Islamic boarding school (pesantren) Widang Tuban is very unique to be taken into account, especially from their duties and function. They have provided direction or input in curriculum preparation, created an evaluation system, formulated institutional rules and organized the life of the entire pesantren community as well as their role as community leaders. This study focuses more on the efforts of kiai in developing multicultural Islamic education for considering that this pesantren has undergone changes and renewal but is not inseparable from traditional roots which are proven to be laden with multicultural educational values. In reality, this kind of pesantren has produced many students and graduates who have inclusive, moderate and tolerant viewpoints. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is caccried out through such methods as observation, interviewes and documents. The results of this study showed that the efforts of the kiai in developing multicultural Islamic education in Pesantren Langitan Widang Tuban are: firstly, building a multicultural Islamic education epistemology based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Secondly, sharpening the values of multiculturalism in curriculum. Thirdly, fostering students' spiritual growth (spiritualization of students).
