Abstract

Everyone has the right to express opinions through various media, including social media. But some people use social media to express negative things, including hate. The appearance of hate speech acts can cause hatred and attack the honor of other individuals or groups. An in-depth assessment is needed regarding hate speech in the view of Islamic law and positive law. The problem studied by the author is how the views of Islamic law and positive law on hate speech acts are carried out on social media. The purpose of this paper is to find out hate speech through social media in the view of Islamic law and laws relating to information and electronic transactions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper examines the problem of the development of the religious spirit in children, adolescents and adults. This is very important because the development of the religious spirit in children is not the same when entering adolescence and adulthood. The potential of the religious spirit in children has existed since in the womb, after being born it requires a stimulus from the family, school and community environment in its development. The development of religion in adolescents is in line with physical and psychological development which is then marked by mental shock and a critical attitude in adolescents towards religious teachings. However, in everyday reality, there are still many adults who feel mental shock. Even changes in beliefs and beliefs sometimes still occur. This is also what attracts the attention of religious experts, so they try to continue to invite and provide understanding about religion and faith in Allah. Adult religious attitudes are more broadly based on values ​​and a deep understanding of religious teachings. Religion for adults is an attitude of life and not just a part of it. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative literature research, namely analyzing theories from authentic sources (books) and up to date sources. From the results of the studies conducted, it is shown that the development of the religious spirit in children is characterized by an attitude of imitation, then starting from the level of fairy tales, reality and individualism. In adolescents, the development of the religious spirit starts from the attitude of joining in, believing with awareness, indecision and distrust. While the development of the religious soul in adults. Characterized by accepting the truth with full consideration or not joining in, being realistic and positive, open and more critical. So, the development of the religious spirit in children, adolescents and adults is not the same or different along with the level of development.

Abstract

The development of information technology makes it easier to obtain and disseminate information, information is mushrooming so that the quality of information is questioned. Various hoax information is mushrooming among the public so it is confusing in responding to it so that communication ethics must exist. With one of the social media platforms, Instagram, information can be conveyed quickly and an Instagram profile is conveyed correctly so that people who receive information can be precise. This study uses a virtual ethnographic study by making observations on the Instagram account of the Health Office_kablamongan. This research results in information that can be published optimally through Instagram, provided that the identity of an Instagram account is written clearly.

Abstract

The case of the COVID 19 pandemic in Indonesia was confirmed on March 2, 2020, and grew so quickly that it expanded to 34 provinces. With the issuance of Circular Letter Number 15 of 2020 concerning "Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning from Home in an Emergency Period for the Spread of COVID-19", the teaching and learning process is carried out remotely (PJJ). ) internet-based. This greatly affects the teaching and learning process in children. Because not all of them can access the internet for various reasons, so it is very influential on children's learning interest. Therefore, the motivation of parents while accompanying children to study at home is very necessary. The function of the family as a madrasa, first and foremost, must be able to provide learning motivation for children, through communication patterns built by parents greatly determine children's learning motivation during a pandemic.

Abstract

Women represented in advertisements in the mass media have beauty, perfection in both their body, face and behavior. Beauty advertisements in the mass media use women as the main subject in their sales promotions. Advertisements for skincare, bodylation, lipstick, bath soap, shampoo, and tools that are not necessarily needed by women are often found in the mass media, taking turns filling people's daily lives. Ironically, many of the women themselves are not aware of the ad's bias, even considering it as a natural thing and does not need to be questioned through the advertisement. The mass media are free to reinforce the existing views, beliefs, attitudes and norms of women. These beliefs include the importance of women being physically beautiful, fit, beautiful, slim, young and so on. In the Islamic perspective, women have a genitalia limit that is not allowed to be displayed in front of the opposite sex, let alone shown in advertisements with the audience consisting of various age groups.

Abstract

In order for education to form a good quality of graduate competence and to give birth to a generation with character, the quality of education must be considered. Not only limited to adding lesson hours, but educational programs can be integrated with other subject matter, Permendikbud, curriculum and school characteristics. Thus, the formulation of the problem can be taken as follows (1) What is the scope of improving the quality of competence of graduates through religious and skill activities at SMA Islam Sunan Ampel Seblak? (2). How to improve the quality of graduate competencies through religious activities at SMA Islam Sunan Ampel Seblak? (3). How to improve the quality of graduate competencies through skill activities at SMA Islam Sunan Ampel Seblak? (4). What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the quality of graduate competencies through religious and skill activities at SMA Islam Sunan Ampel Seblak? This study used a qualitative approach. In this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from research at SMA Islam Sunan Ampel Seblak can be concluded that there is an effort to improve the quality of graduate competence through religious activities and skills applied at SMA Islam Sunan Ampel Seblak, namely: (1) integrated with other subject matter, Permendikbud, curriculum and school characteristics, (2) school culture, (3) religious activities (4) skills activities. By collaborating the three models, the quality of graduates has the character of being religious people, having good character and having an entrepreneurial spirit who is able to face the challenges of the era of technology 5.0 based on the al-Qur'an and hadits.

Abstract

Different religious marriages are an interesting social phenomenon to study. This study purposed to explain the social and religious problems in the family of different religions. It used a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that basically, a good marriage to create harmony, happiness, and prosperity in the family is a marriage between two people who have the same aqidah. Conversely, marriage between two different beliefs or different religious marriages strongly triggers conflicts such as less harmonious, happiness, and prosperous. In different religious families, there are social problems and religious problems. Social problems that arise include an unfavorable interaction between husband, wife, children, relatives of husband, and relatives of wife. While religious problems occur in the implementation of ritual worship from the side of husband, wife, and children as well as the selection of religious children, child religious development, and application of inheritance rights.

Abstract

The millennial generation is one of the priority mad'u groups to be preached. Through proper preaching, a generation that upholds religious values ​​and morality will be formed so that they are ready to work on the rare momentum of the demographic bonus. Ahmad Rifa'I Rif'an is one of the Da'Is who have successfully preached among Millennials. Through a book entitled "When God Is No Longer Needed", Rifa'I successfully stirred the reader's feelings until they were persuaded to carry out his invitations in the book. In addition to having entered its sixth edition in three years, this book has also received praise from many great writers and millennial circles who claim to be most satisfied after reading the book. Persuasive communication techniques are one of the factors of success in preaching to millennials. He tries to change the thoughts, feelings, and attitudes of the readers in a subtle, joint dialectic and without patronizing. Using qualitative research, with primary data sources, namely a book entitled "When God Is No Longer Needed", this paper aims to determine Ahmad Rifa'I Rif'an persuasive communication techniques and the suitability of these techniques with the characteristics of the millennial generation. The results showed that the persuasive communication techniques used by Rifa'I were association, integration, pay-off, fear arousing, structuring, authority, narrative and combination techniques. Which all of these techniques are relevant to millennial characteristics.

Abstract

The prolonged Covid-19 pandemic brought many changes to the dynamics of the national economy. One of them is the proliferation of online business among the public. In the midst of the community's economic crisis due to the pandemic and its consequences, online businesses are increasingly showing their existence as economic heroes who are proven to survive in the midst of a crisis. This article attempts to disassemble the strategies that online businesses can do by using the principles of IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) which have been known for a long time in the marketing world and have been proven in many researches. However, IMC has not been popularly known or even applied in online business. Several elements of IMC that can increase turnover and survive online businesses during and after the pandemic are: Advertising, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing, and Public Relations. Behind these elements there are still other strategies that can be applied in today's online business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study describes the management of pesantren heritage by human resources which includes planning, recruitment, and evaluation of human resource development in boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The location of this study is in Pondok Pesantren Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep. Data collection techniques using interview, documentation and observation methods. Informants in this study are caregivers and caretakers of regional and central boarding schools. The form of data in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained from informants and supporting documents. Analysis of data through descriptive analysis. The results showed that the heritage of Annuqayah pesantren in the form of (1) manuscripts of books written by the caretakers of pesantren huts, Jami'Mosque, and Asta founder of Annuqayah pesantren; (2) Human resource management in the management of heritage pesantren includes analysis of human resource development, recruitment process, education and training programs, formation of pesantren culture, as well as evaluations that are emphasized on behavior changes in carrying out tasks and responsibilities.
