Abstract

One of the new and renewable energy is the utilization of sunlight into electricity. which can be used to be converted into electrical energy using solar panels. The installation of solar panels installed for garden lights so far is often still placed in a static (silent) position at an angle of 90⁰, while the sun moves from sunrise to sunset. Because it will cause maximum energy absorption in solar panels which are placed in a static position only at 12:00. To overcome this problem a system is needed to track the position of the sun so that it is always perpendicular to the surface of the solar panel. Design and build garden lights with a solar light tracking system on a microcontroller-based solar panel will later be made to move because it follows the direction of the sun's movement every hour, from rising to setting. This tool will detect the time setting inputted by Real Time Clock (RTC) which is then processed by a microcontroller to drive a servo motor that functions as a solar panel drive machine so that the position of the solar panel will always be perpendicular to the sun. throughout the day and the absorption of energy in solar panels will be more leverage. From the results of tests that have been done, the increase in the voltage of solar panels using a tracking system compared to solar panels without using a tracking system is 7.85%.

Abstract

There are several areas in Probolinggo District where accidents often occur because the location of the existing road is indeed very dangerous, because of sharp turns or because of the heavy traffic on the road, this problem can be reduced by giving messages through the Android mobile application. The number of accidents that occur in various places with the time of the incident in the district of Probolinggo can be obtained at the Office of Transportation. The purpose of this research is to create an GIS android application that can provide information about maps of accident-prone areas in Probolinggo Regency. The method used is using a spiral. With stages, Planning, Risk Analysis, Product Engineering, Evaluation by users. Information about traffic accident-prone locations is very much needed by the community, transportation and law enforcement agencies in this case the police. Android-based Geographic Information System as an appropriate tool to be applied in this case because it uses the Mapping location of accident-prone areas and will, sending messages (dangger message), in the form of user distance from accident-prone locations.

Abstract

Article entitled "Analysis of Levels of Assessment, Safety and Security of Pedestrians Against Utilization of Sidewalks on Ahmad Yani Street, Blitar City". Sidewalks are a means of transportation for pedestrians to indulge. However, in Blitar City such as Jl. Ahmad Yani is still improving the two terms in terms of physical as well as in terms of utilization. There are still many groups that approve the sidewalk, there is also damage to the sidewalk that makes pedestrians feel uncomfortable for activities. Method of collecting data. Questionnaires and documentation are needed. Analysis of the data used is quantitative data. Data processing using SPSS version 20. The results obtained, the level of comfort (43.95%), safety (52.3%), and security (51.4%) can be categorized quite well.

Abstract

The title of this thesis is “Performance Evaluation of Public Transport Service in the Form of Bagong Buses”. Bus is one of the public transportation that is needed by the community to support their activities. However, there are still many buses that operate in an unfit condition (age and condition of the vehicle). In addition, bus cleanliness also affects passenger comfort. In this study, researchers took the Bagong Bus sample. Data collection methods include questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is quantitative data. Data processing using SPSS version 20. The results obtained, the level of comfort (80.95%), cleanliness (94.44%), and service (66.67%) can be categorized quite well

Abstract

Hashim Asyari Street Intersection - Arief Margono Street Malang City is one of the intersections in Malang City with high traffic volume. Based on observations in the field during peak hours (peak hour) at the intersection often there is a long queue due to the amount of traffic volume exceeds the capacity of the intersection. The impact of a long queue one of which is the increase in vehicle operating costs. This study aims to calculate the vehicle operating costs in the existing conditions. The data needed for analysis includes intersection geometric data, traffic volume, side barriers, speed, population of Malang, etc. Analysis of intersection performance based on the 1997 MKJI and operational costs using the BOK calculation method issued by Pacific Consultant International. Based on the analysis results obtained the performance of the intersection in the existing conditions are in class F. Vehicle operating costs at the time of the condition amounted to Rp 3,521,026 / hour.

Abstract

Embung Sumber Pule is a long-standing water reserve located in the village of Purworejo, Kandat District, Kediri Regency. Embung is a small-scale water building (reservoir) around agricultural land that was built to absorb the amount of rainwater in the rainy season to meet the water quality criteria. Long Storage is a water-holding building used to store water in rivers, canals and / or ditches on relatively flat land. The current situation in the reservoir of pule has problems of reduction of water resources. The first step of this research is the hydrological analysis to determine the monthly precipitation, the actual precipitation R80, the actual rainfall 15 days. The results of the analysis are then used to calculate the water requirements using Pâten'satau the Pasten method and the planning of the reservoir design of the pule source. Based on the analysis and design of the tank, the dimensions of the tank are 2 m high, 72.5 m wide, round headlight type, 1 rinsing door with a size (2.42 mx 1, 16 m), water tank of 381,338 m3, foundation depth 0, 8 m, foundation volume of 0,308 m3 able to support a load of 0,462 ton.

Abstract

Analysis of the user interface on the Pacitan STAINU website is a study that aims to analyze an interface on the Pacitan STAINU website. The STAINU website itself is one of the information media for lecturers and students to provide all information related to campus academic activities. The analysis used in this study uses the Eight Golden Rules or 8 golden rule principles developed by Ben Shneiderman in order to test whether the user interface on the web is in accordance with the wishes of the user. The results of the analysis found that the average recipes stated good. This is obtained based on the results of data analysis on each variable, namely for consistency variables with a value of 147.5, Shortcut Variables with a value of 161, Feedback Variables with a value of 160.5, Closure Dialogue Variable with a value of 166.5, Simple Error Handling Variables with a value of 161, Resersible Action Variables with values 157, Put User In Control variable with value 161, Reduce Variable Short Term

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem pendistribusian air bersih pada perumahan Grand Purworejo. Mengetahui volume kebutuhan air penghuni perumahan Grand Purworejo dan ketersediaan air yang disediakan perumahan Grand Purworejo. Mengetahui desain toren komunal pada perumahan Grand Purworejo.Mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan sistem distribusi air bersih menggunakan toren komunal. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei langsung yang dilaksanakan pada Perumahan Grand Purworejo sebagai sebuah kawasan hunian baru yang berlokasi di Desa Purworejo, Kecamatan Sanan Kulon, Kabupaten Blitar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah studi kasus di Desa Purworejo, Kabupaten Blitar. Metode yang dipakai adalah deskriptif, yaitu metode yang menjelaskan kondisi obyektif (sebenarnya) pada suatu keadaan yang menjadi objek studi atau objek penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan sistem pengaliran air pada perumahan Grand Purworejo ini dilakukan dengan sistem komunal horizontal. Dimana pemipaannya dibuat memanjang. Air dari sumber disalurkan ke tempat penampungan terlebih dahulu (reservoar), kemudian baru disalurkan ke rumah-rumah warga secara horizontal atau pipa memanjang. Pada perumahan Grand Purworejo total keseluruhan ada 70 unit rumah dengan Kebutuhan air bersih penduduk perumahan Grand Purworejo yaitu 215 orang terbagi dari balita, anak – anak, dewasa sampai usia lanjut dengan kebutuhab air bersih per hari (Qd)= 34.400 l/hari = 34,40 m3/hariKapasitas penampung tandon utama = 64 m3= 64.000 l dengan waktu pengisian = 34 menit 25 detik. Sehingga kebutuhan air rata – rata penduduk perumahan Grand Purworejo = 10 m3 / jam, dan kapasitas pompa pemindah = 30 m3 / jam. Kelebihan distribusi air bersih menggunakan sistem komunal lebih mudah pengontrolan. Karena hanya menggunakan satu sistem pendistribusian air bersih yaitu menggunakan toren komunal. Kelemahan distribusi air bersih menggunakan sistem komunal sering terjadinya penyumbatan pada pipa akibat kotoran dari toren, seperti lumut. Hal ini terjadi ketika toren beton tidak dibersihkan secara rutin.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times, in everyday life in the field of technology. This has encouraged humans to create and innovate in the field of technology to create a tool that can facilitate human activities. The door is something that is insulated inside the house and outside the home. The door in general as access into and out of the house or outside the home. Generally the door is opened manually by sliding because opening and closing the door does not take up much space for the mechanism of opening and closing the door so that most doors are opened with a manual mechanism. Current technological developments have also affected the door open and close system so that the door can be opened and closed automatically by using the Passive Infra Red Sensor (PIR).This simulation tool consists of a DC motor controller circuit and a sensor that is regulated by a microcontroller system with the input sensor. In a DC motor controller circuit, the direction of rotation and speed is regulated by the motor driver. As for the sensor circuit, it is used as a motion detector. For the microcontroller as a controller, selected from the type of Arduino Uno with Arduino programming. In the process of control, the sliding door will move to open and close the door either or not move according to PIR sensor input. The control system that is designed here only uses two commands at regular intervals in a single program execution, both the calling and the intended purpose of the user.

Abstract

Along with the current development, air quality is very vulnerable to being polluted. Factors that affect air quality are an increase in infrastructure development, factories, motor vehicle fumes and any other human activity. Based on these factors, an air quality monitoring system that is integrated into a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) system is needed. In this study, a Wireless Sensor Network will be designed using Multisensor Network technology that works in real time to measure pollutant gas levels using the TGS 2442 sensor as a measure of carbon monoxide (CO) , MG811 sensor as a measure of carbon dioxide (CO2) , TGS 2611 sensor as a measure of HydroCarbon (HC), the DHT-11 sensor as a temperature and humidity meter and the SHARPGP2Y1010 sensor as a measure of particulate levels in the air (PM10). The data from this sensor reading is sent to the server using a Raspberry pi microprocessor. Furthermore, the data will be processed until it becomes information that can be used by users or the general public.
