This study uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was inpatient class 1 at the Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam as many as 32 respondents with the accidental sampling method using the chi square test with a 95% confidence level = (0.05). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction of class 1 inpatients where tangible p (0.038) <? (0.05), reliability p (0.003) <? (0.05), responsiveness p (0.026) <? (0.05), assurance p (0.002) <? (0.05) and empathy p (0.005) <? (0.05). It is expected for health workers to improve the quality of services provided, especially in class I inpatient rooms, clean the room, apply smiles, greetings, speed, can provide excellent service and punctuality in the examination schedule for patients so as to create a relationship between patients and nurses. Abstract

Coronavirus 2019 is an infectious disease that occurs due to the corona virus 2 so that sufferers experience acute respiratory syndrome. Initially, this disease was detected in Wuhan, China in December 2019, and since then, it has spread throughout the world, resulting in the 2019-2020 coronavirus pandemic. Quantitative research was selected using a survey method through a Cross Sectional Study approach. The results obtained are that there is a relationship between knowledge and acceptance of vaccination with a p-value of 0.003. In addition, there is also a relationship between action and vaccination receipts with a p-value of 0.000 and a relationship between health facilities and the acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination with a p-value of 0.000 in Pancur Batu District in 2022.

Abstract

DOTS is a strategy to tackle tuberculosis. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused impacts on various aspects of life, including health. Batubara Recency in 2019, the percentage of case findings was 38.9% to 38% in 2020, and the rate of successful treatment decreased from 91.6% to 83.59%. This study aims to evaluate the management of the Pulmonary Tuberculosis program with 3 DOTS strategies in the Batubara District Health Office work area during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative with an analytic survey method and a cross-sectional study approach. The sample consisted of TB program holders and laboratory staff at the Community Health Centre (Puskesmas) in Batubara District Health Office, totaling 32 respondents. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that microscopic sputum examination/TCM was carried out quite well by 11 (64.7%) laboratory staff respondents. It was related to several Puskesmas that did not yet have microscopes, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, the workload of laboratory officers was high with many COVID-19 samples. In contrast, the number of laboratory officers at each Puskesmas was mainly only one person. TB treatment with OAT supervised by PMO has been implemented quite well by 11 (73.3%) TB officer respondents. It is related to the change of TB officers so that education of patients and PMOs is only once at the beginning of treatment. As a result, PMOs are negligent in carrying out their duties. At the same time, the availability of OAT has been implemented properly by 12 (80.0%) TB officer respondents. The availability of OAT is not optimal because there is a change in the OAT collection system, so there is no coordination between TB officers and pharmacists. There is no drug stock card at the Puskesmas, so the availability of OAT stock cannot be monitored monthly. Tuberculosis management with the DOTS strategy has not been maximized, so the Batubara Regency Health Office conducts advocacy to local governments and supervises health centers on molecular rapid test kits (TCM) so that all Puskesmas can become Microscopic Referral Community Health Center (PRM).

Abstract

COVID-19 is a new disease that is transmitted through droplets. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that in the United States the number of health workers exposed to COVID-19 is 133,365 cases with 625 deaths. This study is intended to analyze the factors that influence nurses' non-compliance with health protocols during the new normal covid-19 with an analytical survey design. The research population was 63 nurses using a targeted sampling technique. Chi-Square test analysis and multiple logistic regression were chosen in data processing. The results showed that there was a relationship between the number of years of work (p = 0.020), knowledge (p = 0.001), attitude (p = 0.015), workload (p = 0.001) and the process of health services in the new normal. Multivariate analysis showed that the workload variable was the most dominant variable affecting nurse compliance with health care procedures 5 times the new normal covid-19 (5,230). It is hoped that the hospital will provide education and training on the use of personal protective equipment.
