This shows that noise affects workers psychologically which means there is a difference in the average work stress before the use of Earplug and after the use of Earplug. Based on the Wilcoxon statistical test for work stress before and after the use of ear plugs shows a significance value of p = 0,000 (p≤0.05 means that the use of ear plugs affects work stress. Employees should use ear plugs while working to avoid psychological disorders such as work stress. companies should conduct periodic monitoring and sanction for those who do not use earplugs while working

This causes intension in the muscles which then causes complaints to the musculoskletal system. Prevention efforts that can be done by implementing an ergonomic work system and carrying out ergonomic exercise movements. This research is a quantitative study using a quasy experimental approach with a one group pretest and posttest design research design. Population of 51 people with a sample size of 33 people. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate (using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a = 0.05. Giving ergonomics is effective to reduce the level of complaints to respondents, namely before given the intervention the respondent experienced a moderate level of complaints and after given the intervention the respondents experienced a decrease in the level of complaints, namely the level of complaints. The average difference in musculoskletal complaints before given intervention was 49.94 and after given intervention 32.12. The results this study showed that p value 0.000 which means p value <0.05, meaning that differences in musculoskletal complaints before and after giving ergonomic exercise were The Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test on pre and post musculoskletal complaints obtained a p-value of 0.000 or p <0.05, which means that there is a significant effect on reducing musculoskletal complaints. It is better if workers do ergonomic exercise before and after doing work, to minimize muscular complaints. Musculoskletal, so that workers will be more productive in doing their work.

The population in this study were all workers transporting fish catches totaling 52 workers with a sample of 34 workers who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Spearman rank test with = 0.05. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between work attitude and complaints of low back pain (p value = 0.000) < 0.05 and there is a relationship between the weight of the load and complaints of low back pain (p value = 0.036) < 0.05. This happens because the way of lifting when lifting weights is not right and lifting excessive loads so that it causes injury to the spine which results in low back pain. The sample in this study were inpatients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital with 32 respondents using the accidental sampling method using the chi square test using a 95% confidence level = (0.05). The results showed that there was still a significant relationship between services using grade 1 inpatient satisfaction where tangible p (0.038) < (0.05), reliability p (0.003) < (0.05), responsiveness p (0.026) < (0 ,05). ), guarantee p (0.002) <? (0.05) and feel p (0.005) <? (0.05). It is hoped that health workers will improve the quality of services provided, especially outpatient BPJS patients, apply smiles, greetings, speed, service schedules & punctuality in patient examinations so as to create interaction between patients and nurses.
