Abstract

Study Potential Sources Of Funding Sustainable Capacity Building in Central Tapanuli the financial activities related to the capacity of the funding process. This study will address issues of potential sources of finding local government capacitybuilding and prediction if local revenue sources based on the potential of Central Tapanuli. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship of GDP to the sources of local revenues, which are used as guidelines for sustainable capacity building fimding. This study is intended to be the sources of funding capacity can be estimated from the period 2010-2015.

Abstract

The rise of information technology today, resulted in viewers want more information forms from abroad in the form of news and entertainment shows. The need for more extensive information, an opportunity for the satellite television station. Satellite TV is not to compete with each other is BIG TV, which is one of the satellite TV channel highest and the lowest in Indonesia, both SD (standard definition) and HD (high definition), while becoming a satellite TV pay-first serving HD channels more lots for its customers. From the description, the problem in this research is formulated as follows: "Is the consumer attitudes and subjective norms significantly influence consumer intentions to buy BIG TV on agul Sei Village West district of Medan." This study aimed to analyze the influence of consumer attitudes, subjective norms influence on consumer intentions to buy BIG TV and to know how consumer intentions to buy BIG TV on agul Sei Village West district of Medan. The benefits of research is to give an overview of consumer attitudes and subjective norms on consumer intentions to buy BIG TV on agul Sei Village West district of Medan. The study population was Sei agul community in the Village West district of Medan. Samples were taken 96 people. The required data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is descriptive method by using the theory of planned behavior. From the discussion concluded that the average value of the consumer attitude variables (Ab) of 2.42. That is, the public / consumer in the village of Sei agul be positive (very strong) against BIG TV. The average value of the variable subjective norm (SN) of 0.32. That is, the public / consumer in the village of Sei agul convinced and got positive motivation (strong enough) of the group preferred to subscribe BIG TV. Behavioral intention equation: BI = 0,8229Ab + 0,1770SN. Behavior public / consumer in the village of Sei agul to subscribe BIG TV is more influenced by consumer attitudes that is equal to 0.8229 (82.29%) compared to the subjective norm, amounting to 0.1770 (17.70%). Advice given to the management of BIG TV is that companies provide more training earnestly to marketers, giving higher incentives so that they are more spirit in introducing and providing services to customers and to the community BIG TV.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality which consists of (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) to customer satisfaction of PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart Sun Plaza) Medan. The benefits of research is to provide input for the company in order to formulate marketing strategies and to contribute to researchers in the field of marketing science. The sample size is 96 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of research, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 3,359 + 0,131x1 + 0,174x2 + 0,196x3 + 0,236x4 + 0,374x5. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, the regression model is normally distributed, free of multicolonearity, and no heteroscedasticity occurs. The individual sequence of each of the most influential variables is the emphaty variable with the regression coefficient of 0.374; Then assurance with regression coefficient 0.236; Then followed by responsiveness with regression coefficient 0,196 and reliability with regression coefficient 0,174; While the variable that has the lowest effect is tangible with regression coefficient 0,131. PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart Sun Plaza) Medan in improving customer satisfaction is expected to not only use and execute strategy of applying service quality only but must cover all components related to marketing and have relationship with customer satisfaction. Problems or other aspects that may affect customer satisfaction can be a quality product, price, promotion, and place.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns on manufacturing companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2014 period. The population in this study were 149 companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. By using the Slovin method, a sample of 60 companies was obtained. This type of data is secondary data obtained by documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression by testing hypotheses using F and t. The results showed that partially inflation and interest rates had a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns while the rupiah exchange rate had a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously that the variables of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates have a significant effect on stock returns on manufacturing companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The amount of variation in inflation, interest rates and exchange rates is only able to explain variations in stock returns by 4.4 percent, while the remaining 95.6 percent is explained by other variables outside of this research variable.

companies, as well as the influence of optimal portfolios and efficient manufacturing companies on stock returns in IDX. Benefits gained for investors itself is as an input to invest in stocks is optimal. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Stock Exchange, and the samples used are as many as 152 shares of manufacturing companies are divided into two portfolios based on market capitalization and value of corporate assets. Data collection techniques used by technical documentation, that the financial statements of companies that have previously run for two years ie from 2002 to 2003 observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the regression can be concluded that the higher the premium market significantly increases the risk of a stock portfolio of manufacturing companies. Regression coefficient for the independent variable on the dependent variable ERM portfolio return has a positive influence on the company. From the observations made, the optimal portfolio is the portfolio to be done based on the value of assets, particularly as it offers a great asset portfolio return of 55 percent with a 100 percent risk. Obviously the determination of the optimal portfolio for an investor to do and are applied in the efficient frontier curve is in accordance with the preferences of the investor returns and are willing to bear the risk. Therefore, investors should consider the investment shares of SBI level, analyzing the stock price and the expected return on a portfolio that is offered, as well as selecting a portfolio of shares in accordance with the preferences of the investor.

Abstract

PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk, USU Medan Branch is one of the government-owned enterprises. The bank collects funds from the public in the form of demand deposits, savings deposits, and channel it back in the form of credit. In this study, the authors focus on research for deposits. Number of clients who deposit funds in 2009-2010 has decreased. From the description formulated the research problem is "what is the most dominant factor influencing customers to save money on PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk, USU Medan Branch?" The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the most dominant factor influencing customers to save money on PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk, USU Medan Branch. Benefits of the research is to provide material information to the leadership of the bank's most dominant factor influencing customers to save money. The study population was all clients are saving money on deposit with the PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk, USU Medan Branch in 2010. The samples taken as many as 125 people. Required data were collected through questionnaires and documentation techniques. Data analysis technique used was factor analysis. Based on the discussion, figures obtained by KMO Measure of Sampling Adeguacy (MSA) of 0.899 is above 0.50, with a significance of 0.000, then the appropriate variables for further analysis. Scree plot showing the chart, in which of the factor 1 to factor 2 (component source line number = 1 to 2), the line dropped sharply. Then from the number 2 to number 4, the direction of the line decreases with a smaller slope. The fifth factor was in the bottom of the Y-axis numbers (eigenvalues). This suggests that four factors best to summarize the twenty-five factors that influence the customer to save money. Before the rotation, the twenty-five variables that affect the customer to save money on PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk, USU Medan Branch is not clear where the factor a, then the necessary rotation. After rotation, the twenty-five variables are clearly factors which enter into. The dominant factor influencing customers to save money in the form of time deposits at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk, USU Medan Branch with correlation values above 0.75 is the backlog of the correlation value of 0.782; deposit with a correlation value of 0.774; handling of customer complaints with correlation values of 0.756 and lucky draws with a correlation value of 0.751 . Of the four factors, the most dominant influence customers to save money is a backlog. Advice given to the leadership of the bank is better, the bank maintains customer order backlog increasing number of clients. To attract people to save in the form of deposits, the bank should increase the rates of time deposits, pay attention to the handling of customer complaints and increase the types of lottery.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap profitabilitas perusahaaan pada industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan kelompok industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-20012. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 23 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan cara purposive sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas dan leverage secara simultan dan parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value, Growth Company and market factors, namely Capitalization Rate on stock price on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012 period who actively publish the financial statements in the period of observation. In this study, the data collected is of secondary data is data obtained indirectly from the object of research. Therefore, in this study the data capture technique using the documentation techniques. The procedure of sample selection is purposive sampling and analysis model used is the Multiple regression to test the hypothesis that the t test and F test and also performed classical assumption. The results showed that the Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value positive and significant effect on stock prices and capitalization rates and a significant negative effect on stock prices. Based on the test results indicate that simultaneous Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value, Growth companies and capitalization rates affect stock prices. Variations independent variable Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value, Growth companies and capitalization rate is able to explain the variation in stock prices by 95.64%.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the factors that total debt and equity of manufacturing company. There are two factors will be analyzed, they are profitability and assets structure. This research used 12 samples of manufacturing companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2006-2008. The secondary data that were contained in Indonesian Capital Market Directory were used as data sourse.The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression method and the data were processed using SPSS program. Result of this research shows that profitability and assets structure simultaneously significant influence to funding decision of total debt and equity of manufacturing companies. While partially, profitability negative significant influence to funding decision of total debt and equity, and assets structure positive significant influence to funding decision of total debt and equity. While simultan, profitability and assets structure significant influence to funding decision of total debt and equity. Assets structure influential dominance to funding decision of total debt and equity.

Abstract

This study aims to see the development of assets, profit / loss and observe financial ratios as projected financial performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (PTPN III) Medan for the last 3 years ie the period of 2010 until 2012. From the results of vertical analysis known factors Causing the fluctuation of PTPN III financial ratios are: a) Liquidity increases due to the decrease in short-term liabilities; B) Solvency increases as a result of the increase in total debt; C) The creditability of accounts receivable collectability has improved; D) The profitability of a company decreases due to lower net income, increased assets and equity; E) Declining profitability is caused by the global economic crisis. While the results of comparison analysis are: 1) Current assets increased in 2011 and decreased in 2012 resulting from a reduction in cash, cash equivalent of third party receivables; 2) Fixed assets due to increased ownership of facilities / infrastructure and buildings; 3) Short-term debt increased in 2011 but decreased in 2012 due to decreased contractor debt, tax debt and bank debt; 4) Long-term debt increased due to increased deferred employee benefits and deferred tax liabilities; 5) Increased equity caused by increased issued and paid-up capital of the company; 6) Reduced net sales of palm oil, rubber and palm kernel and its derivatives due to falling selling prices; 7) Net income increased in 2011 but in 2012 is reduced and far from the planned company.
