Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of service marketing mix to the loyalty of members of Cooperative save and loans Karya Murni Medan. The benefits of this research is to provide information material to the cooperative management about the influence of service marketing mix to member loyalty. The research population is all members of Cooperative save and loans Karya Murni Medan in 2017 as much as 7200 people. The sample of research was 96 respondents with maximum sampling error technique. Required data are collected through questionnaire results. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressionanalysis. From the research results obtained correlation coefficient (R) of 0.936 means there is a positive and significant relationship between service marketing mix to member loyalty. Determinant coefficient value (R Square) of 0.875 means loyalty is influenced by service marketing mix factor of 87.5% while the remaining 12.5% again explained by other factors. Multiple linear regression equation obtained from test result Y = 2.589 + 0,488 X1 + 0,214 X2 + 0,270 X3 + 0,180 X4 + 0,105X5 + 0,059X6 + 1,923X7 mean marketing service mix have positive and significant influence to member loyalty.The test results obtained Fcountvalue of 103.159 with the value of sig 0,000 < 0.05 then Hi accepted and H0 rejected, meaning that the marketing service mix significantly influence the loyalty of members at a significant level of 5%. Suggestion by looking at the result of analysis that dominant variable is product variable, promotion and service of consumer need to be maintained by improving execution of service marketing mix conducted in accordance with member desire. While the variables are still smaller effects such as price, place, people / employees, and the process needs to provide uniqueness that is different from other competitors to members more loyal to the purchase of service products offered by the Cooperative

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy for developing the fisheries and marine sector in North Nias Regency. The population in the study was all fishermen in North Nias District until 2018 with a total population of 2,276 fishermen. The sampling method is purposive sampling method. With the purposive sampling method, a sample of 90 fishermen was obtained. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis. From the results of the analysis it was found that for freshwater fisheries an aggressive growth strategy by increasing the production capacity of freshwater aquaculture by using the strength of potential land area and sufficient water discharge and for capture fisheries with the development of capture fisheries with the addition of fishing fleets, development of processing catches and increased investment from outside to increase small-scale fisheries.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of establishing a Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) conducted by the Regional Government of Samosir Regency. The study was conducted in April-August 2018 with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses a quantitative method with three Investment Criteria, namely: Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR); and Pay Back Period Analysis (PBP). Based on the results of finanasial analysis, NPV = 49,771,120,662.86; Net B / C = 12.78; IRR = 32%, analysis of Pay Back Period for 4 years. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the planned establishment of various business enterprises in Samosir Regency is feasible

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of promotion, price and product design partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions and analyze the dominant influence of the three variables on the purchase decisions of Honda Beat motorbikes. Benefits of Research, for companies providing empirical evidence regarding the effect of promotion, price and design on purchasing decisions and providing solutions in the form of suggestions on the management of these variables. The number of samples is 96 respondents, questionnaire data collection methods and documentation, Techniques of multiple linear regression data analysis. The results showed: Y = 2,711 + 0,268X1 + 0,227X2 + 0,335X3, meaning that promotion, price and product design had a positive influence on purchasing decisions of Honda Beat motorbikes in Medan Tembung Subdistrict. With the t test and the F test the three independent variables have a positive and significant influence partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Based on the magnitude of the regression coefficients, it turns out that the three variables that have the dominant influence on purchasing decisions are product design variables. So it is hoped that the Company will be able to maintain and improve the competitiveness of its products, affordable prices, innovative Honda product designs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational climate and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Medan with motivation as an intervining variable. The population in this study were all company employees as many as 62 people. Taking into account the relatively small number of members of the population, all members of the population are the object of research. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data are data obtained through interviews, and through the distribution of questionnaires to responde, secondary data is data obtained through document collection using the documentation method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work climate and work ethic partially and simulutanly had a significant effect on work motivation and work climate, work ethic and work motivation partially and significantly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires carried out on 50 employees of the production department at PT Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 22. The sampling technique used was the saturation sampling method and Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 9,944 + 0.390X1 + 0.115X2 + 0.267X3 + ei means that the F Test shows that compensation, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Partially (t test) shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.223> t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.000 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.010 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.042

Abstract

From the time that the crisis of economy at the year 1997, the flows of the net capital investment in Indonesia is low or negative for some period. Thus, the Government is difficulty to realized the target of economic growth at the year 2010. The capital investment is the decisive factor that influence economic growth to compare with the other fiactors. Thus, the capital investment is the important facctor to achieved the target of economic growth. The role of the capital investment is difficulty to create if the problems of the climate if the capital investment like that bureaucracy, grease money, and the implementation of autonomy area did not to solve immediately. This paper aims to describes and discuss how to improve the climate of the capital investment to increased the flows of the net capital investment. If the climate of the capital investment in Indonesia to improve, so the flows of the net capital investment is increase and then the economic growth increase too. By the way, the government and the local goverment necessary to improve the climate of the capital investment with implementation of the policy with to give lots of the facilities, ease to investment, and the incentives to investor with mapping the industry if Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the working environment and competence of individuals to employee performance at PT. North Sumatera Plantations. The study population was all employees of the company as much as 157 people with a sample of 43 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation with the F test and t. From the analysis and discussion is obtained that the working environment and competence of individuals simultaneously and partially influenced the performance of employees at PT. North Sumatera Plantations. Employee performance variation can be explained by the working environment and the individual competence of 86.5 percent.

Abstract

Portfolio Analysis is one of the alternative alternative tools in making investment decisions in stocks. In investing, if it only depends on one type of stock, it is likely that many investors will bear the risk. This stage involves identifying which securities will be chosen to form a portfolio and what proportion of funds will be invested in each of these securities. The selection of these securities (in other words, investors diversify) is intended to minimize the risk borne. The selection of these securities will be influenced by risk preferences, cash needs patterns, and tax status. Investment decisions are decisions taken by investors to allocate the funds they have in the form of certain assets (financial assets) in the hope that they will get economic benefits in the future. If the decision taken is to buy a certain number of shares, then that is expected to get dividends and capital gains if the shares are resold. The main consideration for fund owners (investors) in optimizing investment decisions is to maximize the level of return on investment (risk) for certain investments (Saragih et al., 2006). The making of an investment decision framework largely determines the success of an investor in optimizing the level of investment returns and reducing as little as possible the risks faced (Markowitz, 1952). In connection with the above, the main problem in this study is how to design an optimal portfolio simulation which is a combination of LQ 45 liquid stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research data was conducted on LQ 45 shares during the period March - June 2012. The variables of this study were stock prices, returns, standard deviations of returns. The statistical method used is the F-test for homogeneity of variants. The results showed that only 16 stocks had optimal portfolios. Optimal portfolio, characterized by high return and low risk.
