Abstract

PT Bank Negara Indonesia merupakan salah satu cabang BNI yang memiliki nasabah cukup banyak sehingga antrian nasabah merupakan pemandangan yang biasa setiap hari. Untuk memberikan pelayanan terhadap nasabah, pihak bank menyediakan 6 (enam) teller dengan jam kerja 8 jam setiap hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan, untuk memperkirakan jumlah petugas/teller yang bertugas melayani nasabah sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan sumbang saran bagi PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Cabang USU Medan dalam hal memberikan pelayanan terhadap nasabah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang antri untuk mendapatkan pelayanan dari teller. Sampel terdiri dari nasabah yang ingin mendapatkan pelayanan dari teller selama 20 (duapuluh ) hari kerja, yaitu mulai tanggal 24 Oktober 2011 sampai dengan tanggal 25 November 2011 dengan 8 (delapan) jam kerja mulai pukul 08.00 – 16.00 WIB. Analisis data dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak komputer yang disebut dengan quantitative method dengan modul waiting lines. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, pelayanan yang dilakukan Bank BNI dengan 6 (enam) teller pada waktu sibuk baik pukul 08.00 – 12.00 maupun pukul 12.00 – 16.00 belum optimal, rata-rata waktu tunggu nasabah antara 18,30 menit – 58,38 menit, sementara waktu tunggu yang dapat ditolerir nasabah adalah 15 menit. Pada waktu tidak sibuk dengan 6 (enam) teller, pelayanan sudah optimal dimana rata-rata waktu tunggu nasabah berada dalam batas toleransi. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah, pada waktu sibuk baik pukul 08.00 – 12.00 maupun pukul 12.00 – 16.00, jumlah teller tambah menjadi 7 (tujuh) supaya pelayanan yang dilakukan sesuai harapan nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on stock prices on plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is all plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007 - 2010 as many as 7 companies. This population is also a research sample. Data were collected through documentation techniques. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. From the results of the discussion can be concluded that partially that the current ratio, total asset turnover, and return on equity have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while debt ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Simultas current ratio, debt ratio, total asset turnover, and return on equity have a significant effect on stock prices at plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of companies BPR NBP 17 based on the Balanced Scorecard. The population in this study are the financial statements and reports that are non-financial since starting up in 1995 to 2011. The sample was non-financial data and financial data is for 3 years ie 2009-2011. Data collection techniques in this study is a documentation technique. Techniques of data analysis in this research is descriptive method. From the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that the level of ROA and ROE 17 BPR NBP increased since 2009-2011, and the increase in customers from year to year, but more emphasis needs to be improved in a more friendly customer service. 17 BPR NBP performance of internal business process perspective is relatively poor. It is shown from the years 2009-2011 the number of customer complaints against the company level has increased from year to year and is still a lack of customer service processes. 17 BPR NBP performance from the perspective of learning and growth is not good. It can be seen from the number of employees who attended training from year to year decline and not programmed training provided toemplo yees of the company.

In this research it is intended to find out whether the four fundamental facorscan can explain the stock price change. The selected four fundamental factors are return on equity, debt equuity ratio , book value, dan total asset turnover..The result shows that the four fundamental factors can not explain the price change of Food and Beverages companies stocks.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi individu terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Perkebunan Sumatera Utara. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai perusahaan sebanyak 157 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 43 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah persamaan regresi linear berganda dengan uji F dan t. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi individu secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Perkebunan Sumatera Utara. Variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi individu sebesar 86,5 persen

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of theory of reasoned action in predicting consumer behavior to buy a Motorcycles Yamaha Vixion. Objective to investigate the influence of consumer confidence and the evaluation will result in a partial and simultaneous on consumer attitudes, to determine the effect of normative beliefs and motivations of consumers and simultaneously to partially subjective norms, to determine the effect of consumer attitudes and subjective norms, and simultaneous partial to behaveor interests . The benefits of research to provide inputs for the company in formulating and developing marketing strategies. to contribute to other researchers in the development of the theory of consumer behavior developed by Ajzen and M. Fishbein. Total sample of 142 respondents, the type of data used primary and secondary data and data collection tools and documentation koesioner. Data analysis tools used multiple regression. The results showed consumer confidence coefficient and evaluation will have value positive effect on consumer attitudes, normative beliefs and motivation variables consumers have a positive value on subjective norms, as well as variables in consumer attitudes and subjective norms have positive value to the interest behaveor. Based on t test and F test showed that consumer confidence and the evaluation will have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on consumer attitudes, normative belief and motivation of consumers having a significant effect on partial and simultaneous subjective norms, consumer attitudes and subjective norms have an influence significant and simultaneous partial to behave interest to buy a motorcycle Yamaha Vixion.

Abstract

This study wants to analyze the influence of fundamental factors on stock prices listed manufacturing in Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observation period Z004 to 2006. Fundamental analysis is used to assess the feasibility of investing in the stock because it can generate the variables that determine stock prices in the fitture. Valuation concept stocks with fitndamental analysis will yield information about whether a particular stock worth buying or not feasible, based on the opportunity to generate returns. To perform this analysis, it would require the company's financial data and other data related to the concept of stock valuation. One source of information that can be used is the company's financial statements. Pniecahan study focused on the issue of corporate fundamental factors jointly influence the stock price companies manufacturing in Indonesia Stock Exchange and what factors aflect the price of the most dominant share of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study aimed to determine the influence of fundamental factors together (simultaneously) on stock prices of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange and to determine the factors that most influence the predominantly manufacturing company‘s stock price in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that the six independent variables are return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), net book value (NVB), dividend payout ratio (DPR), dividend growth (GTH) and the expected rate of return (KS5) significantly influence the company's stock price is publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a coeflicient value of R-squared = 0.828758 and Adjusted R-squared = 0.821720 with 0.0000 significance. These results indicate that all six variables are taken into consideration appropriate to analyze the stock prices of publicly traded companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The most dominant factor affiecting the stock price of publicly traded companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange is the net book value (NBV) with kefisien value of 0.647716. The analysis of this study indicate that the parties - stakeholders should consider the variable return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), net book value (NVB), dividend payout ratio (DPR), dividend growth (GTH) and the expected benefits (KS5) in making decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of product, promotion and service quality partially and simultaneously to the decision of Samsung mobile phone purchase and to know the dominant influence of the three variables (product, promotion and service quality) to the decision of purchasing Samsung mobile phone. Benefits Research, for researchers to compare the theories that have been experienced so far through research conducted, as well as develop analytical thinking skills and critical to existing problems and For Researchers can then use the results of this study as a comparison to the theory of theory based on the results of research conducted. Number of samples 72 respondents, data collection methods through questionnaire and documentation, variables studied about the influence of Product, Promotion and Quality of Service Against Samsung Mobile Purchase Decision, method of data analysis with multiple regression. The results showed that multiple regression equation Y = 0,39 + 0,51X1 + 0,27X2 + 0,12X3, it means product, promotion and service quality have positive influence to decision of samsung mobile phone purchase. Of the three independent variables (product, promotion and service quality) which gives the biggest influence is the product variable. Based on t test, from three independent variables (Product, Promotion and Service Quality) only two significant variables to decision of samsung mobile phone purchase that is product and promotion variable while service quality is not significant. With the F test, of the three independent variables (Product, Promotion and Service Quality) have a significant influence on the purchasing decision of samsung mobile phone. Correlation coefficient of product variables, promotion, and quality of service to the purchase decision of 0.804 means the relationship of independent variables with very strong bound variable. Coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) equal to 0,625 means, product variable, promotion, and quality of service together can explain equal to 62,5% while the rest 37,5% influenced by other variable besides product, promotion and service quality. Of the three independent variables (product, promotion, and quality of service) should increase the frequency of promotion and quality of promotional quality delivered and also improve the quality of service so that the effect on the decision to purchase mobile phone samsung higher. Based on the value of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.625 indicates that product variables, promotion, and service quality together can explain by 62.5% while the remaining 37.5% influenced by other variables. Based on this it is better to increase the role of the three independent variables because that can be explained only by 62.5%.

Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the form of company companies engaged in services, especially port services in Indonesia. Communication within the company is not good because there is still insufficient communication media in the company. As a result, employee performance in 2015-2017 experienced fluctuations. From the description, the research problem was formulated (1) how employee selection and communication on the work performance of PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan? (2) how much influence the selection of employees on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan? (3) how much influence communication has on employee work performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan? (4) how much influence does employee selection and communication have on employee work performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of employee selection and communication on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan. The benefit of research is to provide information material to the leadership regarding the influence of employee selection and communication on employee performance. The study population was all employees in the HR department at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan 123 people. The data needed is collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation, F test and t test.

Abstract

Calculation of financial ratios is one of the financial statement analysis tools to compare the data with other data, to determine the interrelationships between assets, liabilities and capital which can then be determined level of liquidity, solvency and profitabilitas.Berdasarkan preliminary research note that the ratio - financial ratios ( liquidity ratio and solvency ratio) of manufacturing companies that have gone public on the Jakarta Stock Exchange has a different relationship when associated with profitabiitas. Based on the description, research the problem can be formulated as follows: "Is the liquidity ratio and solvency ratio has a significant influence on the profitability ratios of manufacturing companies in Jakarta Stock Exchange?" Population is the total number of objects to be observed or researched. This study population is a manufacturing company in Jakarta Stock Exchange as many as 153 companies. Sample is part of the population. Study sample are liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios 34 manufacturing firms in 2001-2003. Secondary data collection techniques through technical documentation. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method to clarify the effect of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios of profitability ratios. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the results obtained that simultaneous analysis of liquidity ratios there is no significant effect on the profitability of the company. It can be seen from the f-count 2)t As for suggestions that can be given the author is a company should manage current ratio (current assets and current liabilities) well to a good level of liquidity memeproleh company can enhance its liquidity by increasing current assets but remains current debt, or should reduce current debts but assets remain . In order to achieve the planned levels of profitability then the management must be able to properly manage and loans for a number of assets owned memebiayai so as to increase profits of manufacturing companies in Jakarta Stock Exchange
