Abstract

This research is a quantitative study to determine the influence of work-life balance on employee satisfaction of the millennial employee’s generation in Jakarta. The population of this study are the people who works at Startup company in Jakarta. This study used sample size of 100 respondents, with non-probability purposive sampling. Multivariate regression method is used to analyze the data. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. The tool used to analyze the data is SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that  Work Interference with personal life, personal life interference with work, work life enhancement, personal life enhancement has an effect on employee satisfaction. Through this research, it is hoped that startup companies can take advantage of work-life balance policies to increase job satisfaction.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance (keseimbangan kehidupan kerja) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan milenial perusahaan startup di Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan startup di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden, yang dipilih dengan metode non-probability purposive sampling. Regresi multivariate digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Program yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Work Interference with Personal Life; Personal Life Interference with Work, Work Life Enhancement, Personal Life Enhancement berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan agar perusahaan startup dapat memanfaatkan kebijakan work-life balance untuk peningkatan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Financial performance is a proof of success obtained by a bank in carrying out its business activities. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of inflation, interest rates, CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO on profitability. By using purposive sampling, there were eight Islamic People's Financing Banks (BPRS) registered with the OJK in 2017-2020 chosen to be the sample of this study. The secondary data in this study is derived from the financial data of the BPRS in the KAP publication reports and other information and profit and loss publication reports that are already available at the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The data analysis method used multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics 23.0. The results of the study through the t-test showed that inflation, interest rates, CAR, and NPF had no effect on profitability, while FDR and BOPO had a significant effect on profitability at BPRS. The distribution of BPRS financing is the most important thing where the main task of a bank is to collect and distribute funds. Infinancial managing bank must prioritize the principle of prudence in order to avoid bad loans.Kinerja keuangan adalah sebuah bukti keberhasilan yang diperoleh oleh suatu perbankan dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh inflasi, suku bunga, KPMM, FDR, NPF, BOPO terhadap profitabilitas. Dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling diperoleh delapan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah yang terdaftar di OJK tahun 2017-2020 sebagai sampel. Data sekunder dalam penelitian diperoleh dari data keuangan BPRS pada laporan publikasi KAP dan informasi lain serta laporan publikasi laba rugi yang sudah tersedia pada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bank Indonesia. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS Statistik 23.0. Hasil penelitian melalui uji t menunjukkan bahwa inflasi, suku bunga, KPMM, dan NPF tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan FDR dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada BPRS. Penyaluran pembiayaan BPRS merupakan hal paling utama di mana tugas utama dari sebuah perbankan adalah menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana. Perbankan dalam mengelola pembiayaan harus mengutamakan prinsip kehati-hatian agar tidak terjadi kredit macet.

Abstract

This research is using quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of promotion, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions on the Zalora e-commerce site in Jakarta. The population in this study are Zalora users in Jakarta with a sample of 75 respondents using the non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool and a significance level of 5%. The results of this study are the promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada situs e-commerce Zalora di Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna Zalora di Jakarta dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 75 responden menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh (promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The paper made use of predictor variables to highlight relationships in tourism, these are: perceptions of local residents towards tourists and destination image; to identify how these predictors are relative to the mediator variable, attitudes of local residents towards tourists; which then led to the outcome variable, tourist’s willingness to visit a destination. Respondents were selected by means of non-probability sampling. A conceptualised model was developed to measure the variables adapted to the research study. The researcher conducted field research at The University of Witwatersrand, which included 270 respondents, currently registered at the university. The data set was analysed by employing SPSS and Amos 24 through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).  The results of the research confirmed that the attitudes of local residents had a stronger relationship than the perceptions of local residents towards tourists; influencing tourists’ willingness to visit a destination. This implies that tourists will visit a destination based on how they are treated by local residents, instead of how local residents perceive tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of self-efficacy, risk tolerance, and freedom at work on entrepreneurial motivation in students of the Management Department Universitas Tidar. This study uses primary data obtained directly from the object of research through a questionnaire. The primary data was then processed using SPS through the T test, and F test. The results of the F test showed that self-efficacy, risk tolerance, and freedom at work had a significant simultaneous effect on entrepreneurial motivation. The test results based on the ANOVA test or the F statistical test show an F value of 23,964 with a probability of 0.000 meaning that the independent variables can explain together the dependent variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidenfitikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh keberhasilan diri, toleransi akan risiko, dan kebebasan dalam bekerja terhadap motivasi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Tidar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari objek penelitian melalui kuisioner. Data primer kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS yaitu melalui uji asumsi klasik, uji T, dan uji F. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan diri, toleransi akan risiko, dan kebebasan dalam bekerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Hasil pengujian berdasarkan uji ANOVA atau uji statistik F menunjukkan nilai F sebesar 23,964 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 artinya bahwa variabel bebas dapat menjelaskan secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

The capital structure is a comparison between debts and equity for company funding. Factors that can affect the capital structure include the asset structure and profitability. The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of asset structure and profitability on the capital structure. The object of the research was PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk as it is a multinational company so it is predicted to have smaller probability of loss. This research used an associative quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools. Data used for this study is taken from the annual financial report of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk period of 2008-2019. Based on the results of data analysis in this study came the conclusion that the asset structure and profitability have a major influence on the capital structure. Struktur modal adalah perbandingan penggunaan antara hutang dengan ekuitas untuk pendanaan sebuah perusahaan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi struktur modal antara lain struktur aktiva dan profitabilitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh struktur aktiva dan profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Objek penelitian dilakukan pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk karena merupakan perusahaan multinasional sehingga diprediksi bahwa kecil kemungkinan mengalami kerugian. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk periode tahun 2008-2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa struktur aktiva dan profitabilitas mempunyai pengaruh yang besar dalam struktur Modal.
