Abstract

Aim from this research was to measure the performance of finance KPRI Bina Raharja Cerme be surveyed from liquidity aspect, activity, leverage, and profitability. Cooperation finance performance measuring to be done to use analysis ratio of finance like: liquidity aspect to cover ratio liquidity. activity Aspect to be measured with Turn Over Asset (ATO). Leverage Aspect to be measured with Solvability Ratio. Profitability Aspect to be measured with Return on Total Assets (ROA) and Profitability ratio. data analysical Method that be used is Time Series Analysical. From analysiical result knew that liquidity ratio good less cooperation with average the ratio 387,17%. Enough Activity Ratio good because cooperationhas ability to create the the high sale level each annual with average 1,16 times rotation. Leverage Ratio that to be measured with solvability good less valuable because average each annual to reach 196,49% (Less, because more than130% standard Minister Cooperation). ROA has value 8,30% and profitability has value 35,73%. Its mean the cooperation ability to result profit very good.

Abstract

One way to attract parents to send their children to school now is to provide good facilities, easy and affordable access to schools, and parents have a positive perception of school. Parents who want to decide whether to choose education services at a school that suits them have good value and no doubt in choosing education services. The purpose of this study was to analyze and benefit from the results of high school in Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence industry practices, support parents, the liveliness of the Organization and the soft skills against job readiness class XI student SMK Dharma Wanita in Gresik. The population in this research as much as 63 students of Class XI completed the industrial practice and drove a sample in this research as much as 55 students. The data type used is primary data. Testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that a variable effect on the readiness of the Industry Practice of working with t t > count table (5.656 > 2.007). Support Parents have no effect against Italy employment with t count < t table (-1.618 < 2.007). The liveliness of the Organization have no effect against Italy employment with t count < t table (0.889 < 2.007). Influence of Soft Skill to Work with Readiness t calculate > t table (4.466 > 2.007) SMK Dharma Wanita in Gresik.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze Return On Assets, Debt To Asset Ratio and Net Profit Margin at the price of shares listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011-2013. Share prices are formed from the process of supply and demand that occurs in exchange. In addition, the stock price factor can be seen from the calculation of the company's financial ratios contained in the financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was conducted by purposive sampling with a sample of 104 companies. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the net profit margin has no effect on stock prices, while the ratio of return on assets affects the stock price. From the test variables simultaneously the debt to asset ratio and net profit margin simultaneously have a significant effect on stock price prices on stock prices. The results of this study indicate that the net profit margin has no effect on stock price. And the ratio of debt to assets, return on assets and net profit margin has a significant effect on stock price prices.to explain these three variables.

Abstract

The study was conducted to examine the effect of variable cash ratio, Retun On Assets (ROA), and the Growth Dividend Payout Ratio against the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2010. The population in this study some 11 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2010. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria: (1) The mining companies that provide financial statements in the period 2008-2010, based on the recapitulation of the company's performance as published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange through www.idx.co.id. (2) The mining company that is continuously distributed dividends in the period 2008-2010, based on the payout ratio as published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange through www.idx.co.id. (3) The mining company that produces profitability in the period 2008-2010, based on the recapitulation of the company's performance as published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange through www.idx.co.id. Data obtained from the publication of the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2010. Obtained the sample of 11 companies. Analysis technique used is multiple regression by the least squares equations and hypothesis testing using the t-statistic for testing the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the effect together with the confidence level of 5%. The results showed that the Cash Ratio (CR) significantly influence the House of Representatives. While the Return On Asset (ROA) and Growth no significant effect on the House. We suggest to investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange in order to give more attention to information released by the company in making their investment decisions. Variable Cash Ratio in this study is the most influential variable on the House indicated the significance of the value of 0.028, Return On Asset (ROA) to the value of significance is 0.169, and Growth with a significance value is 0.841.

Abstract

Didalam suatu perusahaan hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan adalah karyawan, sebab setiap karyawan memiliki peran penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus bisa memotivasi karyawan agar dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawannya. Salah satu cara yang sering digunakan sebagai sarana motivasi yaitu kompensasi. Dimana kompensasi menjadi alat bagi sebagian perusahaan untuk memotivasi karyawan dalam mengoptimalkan hasil pekerjaannya. Dengan berasumsi bahwa kompensasi akan lebih memberikan dampak terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dibandingkan dengan hanya mengandalkan motivasi yang diberikan oleh atasan terhadap karyawan itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Workload and Discipline on Teacher Performance of Muhammadiyah Gresik High School. Then a literature review and hypotheses are carried out, as well as data obtained from questionnaires to 55 Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik High School Teachers using Total techniques. Sampling. Testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance variables, the work environment has no effect on teacher performance variables, workload has a significant effect on teacher performance variables, discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of employee prosperity program in worker enthusiasm partially or simultaneously and to know the employee prosperity is economical, facilitative and a service which has most domination influence the worker enthusiasm. The population of this study was permanent employee at PT PJB Unit Pembangkitan Gresik. The sample of this study was 109 participants. This study used multiple linier regressions as the technique analysis. The result of this study explained that employee prosperity program was economical and the service has influence the worker enthusiasm partially. Employee prosperity program was economical and the service influenced the worker enthusiasm partially. Employee prosperity program was facilitative and there was no influence in worker enthusiasm. Employee prosperity program was economical, facilitative and the service influence in worker enthusiasm simultaneously. The program also was economical and mostly has domination influence in worker enthusiasm.

Abstract

This study aims to test the Influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes, and Locus Of Control Against Student Financial Behavior Management Study University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. The object of this research is the students of S1 Study Program of Muhammadiyah University Gresik. A total of 191 respondents were selected based on the proportionate stratified random sampling method. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program 19. The results showed that the financial knowledge variable has no effect on financial behavior. While the financial attitude and locus of control have a significant positive effect on financial behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance
