PENGARUH IDEALISME DAN RELATIVISME TERHADAP SENSITIVITAS ETIKA MAHASISWA BISNIS DI YOGYAKARTA FRASTO BIYANTO; YUSTI PUJISARI

This study aims to examine the relationship between ethical orientation and ethical sensitivity. Ethical orientation variables are divided into 2 parts, namely idealism and relativism. In addition, this study also examines differences in ethical sensitivity, idealism and relativism based on gender (male and female) and college time (junior and senior students).The proposed hypothesis is 3 parts. The first part consists of Ha1a and Ha1b. The results of alternative hypothesis 1a, namely there is a positive influence between idealism orientation on ethical sensitivity. The result of alternative hypothesis 1b is that there is a negative influence between ethical orientation (relativism) on ethical sensitivity.Part 2 hypothesis examines differences in ethical sensitivity, idealism and relativism based on gender. There are 3 alternative hypotheses in part 2 and are tested by ANOVA test. The result is only differences in relativism based on gender that are empirically supported.The third part of the hypothesis examines the differences in ethical sensitivity, idealism and relativism based on differences in college time. There are 3 alternative hypotheses in this 3rd section and are tested by ANOVA test. The results show that there are differences in ethical orientation both in the dimensions of idealism and relativism based on college (senior and junior students)

PENGARUH DEAD ENDORSER TERHADAP BRAND PERSONALITY DAN DAMPAKNYA DALAM MENCIPTAKAN INTENSI PEMBELIAN KUKUBIMA ENER-G! HAPPY ROHMANA

The aims of this research is to analyze the direct effect between dead endorser towards the brand personality and purchase intention, as well indirectly effect of dead endorser towards purchase intentions through brand personality. This research used samples as much 100 respondents who were in Kebomas-Gresik area and ever see ads of KukuBima Ener-G!. The analytical method used was path analysis. The analysis showed that the dead endorser has direct effect on brand personality, dead endorser has no direct effect on purchase intention, brand personality directly affects the purchase intention, and dead endorser has indirect effect on purchase intention through brand personality.

This research aim was to know influence quality of promotion of direct bonus, quality of product and brand trust to enthusiasm buys consumer at soap product Lifebuoy and factor analysis that was most dominant in influencing enthusiasm to buy consumer at toilet soap Lifebuoy in town Gresik. This research applied sample amounts to 100 mans who taken away from place of expenditure in three districts of town gresik obtained by using technique non probabilty sampling. Analyzer applied is by using doubled linear regression with help of SPSS v.15. examination of hypothesis by using test t and F test, both at level signifikan 5%. Sequential individually from each variable that is very had an effect on was variable Kualitas Produk with regression coefficient 0,336 then variable Brand Trust with regression coefficient 0,337. While variable which its(the influence is lowest is promotion of direct bonus with regression coefficient 0,337. This equation model has calculate F value 19,472 and with level of signifikansi 0,000. Because F calculate bigger than F tables (2,699) and with level of signifikansi which smaller than (0,05). Its showed that independent variable in this research influential joinly to variable dependen that was enthusiasm buys.

Masalah mendasar dari manajemen SDM adalah kinerja karyawan, demikian juga di PT. Central Santosa Finance Canbang Mojokerto, kinerja karyawan bagian marketing adalah salah satu aset perusahaan, apabila kinerja karyawan baik maka pekerjaan yang dihasilkan akan baik, sehingga upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dianggap penting. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja sehingga diketahui didapat solusi yang tepat untuk perbaikan. Penelitia ini mengungkap bahwa variabel pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial, variabel pendidikan dan variabel pengalaman kerja yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sedangkan yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja hanya variabel pelatihan.

EFEKTIVITAS IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM 5S (SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE) DI PT PJB UP GRESIK andika prastiya

The purpose of this research was to investigated how differences in the effectiveness and implementation of 5S in PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Unit Pembangkitan (PJB UP) Gresik, used descriptive analysis and test tool cocrhan test. The company had implemented 5S program since 2010, and so far has gone well, so darting through the appropriate used for an object of this study.The results showed that the implementation of 5S in PT PJB UP Gresik was very satisfying, almost all had done in each area in PT PJB UP Gresik and this was evidenced from the responsible answer to the claim area of each part in the company area. Of the five items that Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke also obtained the result that there was no difference in the effectiveness of the implementation of 5S significant in PT PJB UP Gresik. This can be seen from test results that showed the test Cochran Cochran calculated value was smaller than the value of Chi Square Table 0444 <9:49, which means the same or different in the running application.

PENGARUH PELATIHAN ON THE JOB DAN OFF THE JOB TERHADAP KINERJA STAFF PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT MUHAMMADIYAH GRESIK Chusnul Chotimah

This study aimed to investigate the effect of partially and simultaneously between training on the job and off the job simultaneously affect the performance of staff nurse Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital. This research was carried out on staff Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital Nurses as many as 34 people in the sample. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data collection instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data have been collected and processed using SPSS computing, prior to analysis by multiple linear regression techniques performed classical assumption. Regression analysis showed that the Training On The Job And Off The Job Of Staff Nurse Performance Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital obtained the equation Y = 0.132 + 0.491 X1 + 0.456 X2. The analysis showed that both variables simultaneously affect the performance of Muhammadiyah Hospital Staff Nurses Gresik is indicated by a value of F calculated (45.328) > F table (3.3).While partially obtained t value for X1 (On the Job Training) is 2.755 and t value for X2 (Off The Job Training) is greater than the 2,551 t table (2.0395). From the evidence, we can conclude that the two variables have a positive effect on the performance of Muhammadiyah Hospital Staff Nurses Gresik. The amount of Adjusted R Square of 72.9 % was obtained , indicating that this variable variable training on the job and off the job can be an impact on staff nurse performance variables while the remaining 27.1 % were caused by other factors that do not exist in this model.

This study aims to analyze the problem loans at Bank Daerah Lamongan. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of increasing non-performing loans, and to know the process of settlement of non-performing loans at Bank Lamongan Regional. This research is qualitative interactive, data collection conducted in this research with interview and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the factors that resulted in problem loans that failed aha or failed harvests and ihktikad less good than customers. While the completion is done by Bank of Lamongan through personal approach, rescheduling, and restructuring.

This study aims to analyze the meaning of the relationship of problem loans with liquidity in the perspective of 5C in PD. BPR. Bank Gresik uses a narrative study approach. This study analyzes non-performing loans and liquidity with the perspectives of 5C (Character, Capital, Capacity, Colleteral and Condition of Economic. The results of the analysis show that non-performing loans are one of the causes of the decline in bank income or profits.

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of prices and facilities on decision makers and customer satisfaction in the Pondok Permata Suci housing in Gresik. The research data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents who bought and resided in PSS using proportional sampling techniques. Tests are carried out using path analysis techniques. The results showed that prices and facilities have a direct effect on purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions have a direct effect on consumer satisfaction, prices and facilities have a direct effect on consumer satisfaction, and prices and facilities have an indirect effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions

This research had a purpose to provide empirical evident about factors that financial distress of property and real estate company ware listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2011. The examined factors on this research ware profit margin, profitability, financial leverage, liquidity, position of cash, Growth, and efisiently of operation. The samples consist of 34 company which had not on financial distress condition, and 6 company which had financial distress. The statistic method used to test on the research hypothesis is logit regression. The result showed that profit margin, profitability, financial leverage, liquidity, position of cash, Growth, and efisiently of operation had classification power to know financial ratio’s influence financial distress property and real estate company ware listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2011. This research also indicated that profit margin, profitability, financial leverage, liquidity, position of cash, Growth, and efisiently of operation ratios ware statistically different for financial distress company and non financial distress company, finally only profitability was significant variables in determinant financial distress company.
