Abstract

Kondisi kekinian dalam proses pembelajaran masih dijumpai model pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada tenaga pendidik (teaching center learning) dengan mengajarkan dan masih memberikan pembelajaran yang bersifat materi, serta dosen sebagai pusat pembelajaran itu sendiri. Pilihan lain adalah model pembelajaran dengan student center learning berbasis lesson study. Model pembelajaran lesson study yang dilaksanakan apakah akan dapat menjawab kelemahan dari teaching center learning, bahwa dengan model ini student center learning menjadi semakin dapat dirasakan dampaknya, untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah pembelajaran kolegialitas, mutual learning, kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran, kompetensi dosen dan juga motivasi belajar yang semakin meningkat. Model pembelajaran lesson study dapat menjawab kelemahan dari teaching center learning, bahwa dengan model ini student center learning, kolegialitas, kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran, kompotensi dosen dan juga motivasi belajar yang semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Developing and forming dignified character for the nation's civilization in the framework of educating the nation's life, developing students to become human beings who believe and fear the Almighty God, character that is noble, healthy, knowledgeable, creative, capable, independent, and changing in search of the country democracy and responsibility is one of the functions of national education. To achieve these goals the education needs to be preceded by an adequate educational process. This research uses descriptive-qualitative paradigm approach. Data Collection Techniques Include: Interview Method, Observation or Observation Method and Documentation Method. research results Factor of pride and bonding of a teacher becomes stronger when, found many students from among the poor who can actually compete from students who come from upper middle class. Here will increase the spirit of teachers to serve even more strongly devote himself, although with a mediocre salary.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of food quality, service quality and physical environmental quality on customer buying behavior intentions (at customer restotan soto lamongan cak har in Surabaya). The sample uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive technique that is by selecting respondents who are subscribed to the soto lamongan cak har restaurant in Surabaya. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis proved that the quality of food, service quality and physical environment quality proved to have a significant partial effect on customer repurchase behavior intention in Soto Lamongan cak har Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance on company performance. This study uses good corporate governance mechanism indicators consisting of: board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee as independent variables, while company performance as the dependent variable. The population used in this study were 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 to get 44 samples. These samples were selected using purposive sampling method. The test is carried out using linear regression. The results of the study identified that the commissioners who were significant had no effect on company performance (CFROA). While the board of directors and singfinally audit committee affect the company's performance (CFROA).

Abstract

Kecerdasan Emosional adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk memotivasi diri sendiri, bertahan menghadapi frustasi dan mengendalikan dorongan hati agar beban stress tidak melumpuhkan kemampuan berfikir, berempati dan berdoa. Dan kita perlu keseimbangan emosi bukan menekan emosi karena setiap perasaan mempunyai nilai dan makna. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui secara lebih jelas tentang sejauh mana hubungan atas pengaruh komponen kecerdasan emosional yang terdiri dari kemampuan mengenali, mengelola dan mengekspresikan emosi, mengenal emosi orang lain dan membina hubungan dengan orang lain di lingkungan kerja di PT. BPR Nusamba Brondong. Berdasarkan data yang penulis dapatkan dari perusahaan , maka didapat hasil bahwa komponen kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BPR Nusamba Brondong Lamongan sangat kuat. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh komponen kecerdasan emosional dimana diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 301 sampai dengan 341 pada rentang skala 325-399 dalam penilaian sangat kuat. Dan dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan sangat tinggi dimana diperoleh rata sebesar 243 sampai dengan 334 yang artinya kinerja karyawan yang terdiri pencapaian target, cara kerja, hasil kerja, kedisiplinan karyawan, hubungan antar karyawan dan loyalitas sangat tinggi.Sehingga kedepannya akan timbul inisiatif yang dapat memunculkan dan terciptalah ide-ide kreativitas dalam bekerja. Sehingga bisa mengembangkan BPR Nusamba Brondong lebih maju lagi dan lebih berkembang yang tentunya bisa diterima dan bisa bermanfaat dikalangan masyarakat umum.

Abstract

The relationship between budget participation and managerial performance represent research area which experienced of many debates. The debate draw enthusiasm to do conduct research return with different samples. The early multiply to research into relation between budget participation and managerial performance had been inconclusive and oftentimes contradictory inconsistent show possibility is existence of contingency variables influencing relation between budget participation and managerial performance. This study empirically examined the relationship between budget participation and managerial performance used contingency approach two contingent variables were investigated, namely leadership style and organizational commitment. Questioners were distributed to 55 managers from PEMKAB Lamongan. The responses from 44 (80%) were analyzed by using simple regression and analyzed with residual approach. The result of this research indicated that relationship budget participation had not an effect on positive significant to managerial performance. The relationship between budget participation with contingency approach (leadership style and organizational commitment) to managerial performance was not significant. This matter indicated that according to both contingency variables the relationship between budget participation and managerial persformance is not represent according to best at PEMKAB Lamongan.

Abstract

Purpose from this study was to determine the effect of attractiveness reward on experiential benefit, knowledge benefit on experiential benefit, required effort on experiential benefits, group belongingness to customer satisfaction, disclosure closure to customer satisfaction, group belongingness to customer loyalty, disclosure comfort to customer loyalty, experiential benefits to customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. The population used in this study is all Excelso customers who have amember card coffee shop Excelso. The number of samples in this study were 178 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS 16.0 program. The results showed a significant influence between variable reward attractiveness on experiential benefit, knowledge benefit on experiential benefit, required effort on experiential benefits, group belongingness to customer satisfaction, disclosure closure on customer satisfaction, experiential benefits for customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction for customer loyalty. Whereas variables that have no effect between variables group belongingness to customer loyalty and disclosure comfort to customer loyalty due to loyalty are influenced by satisfaction. Customers will be loyal when they are satisfied with the products or services offered by the company.

Abstract

Consumer Loyality very important means for the company that maintain the sustainability of their business and the continuity of our business activities. Customers faithful consumers is satisfied with products and services provided. Then variable existing as follows: the influence of Online Sales System (X); Customer Trust (Y1); and customer loyalty (Y2);Using the tabulated results of the survey population data on customers of PT Web Wahana Wisata on JL. Veteran 5A Singosari No. 42-Gresik were analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). Then it can be known to the alpha coefficient of each variable in each variable declared reliability because of greater than 0.6. But the value of the hypothesis test is said to be insignificant because the variable does not satisfy the requirements of t-values count > from the t-table, wich is equal to 1,9955 (95%) confidence levels in standart, among other things: the influence of online sales system with customer trust gained by the value t calculate of 0,105. The influence of online sales system with customer loyalty with a value calculate amounted to 1,647. The influence of customer trust and loyalty of customers obtained by values t count of 0,261. But the influence is not direct online sales system of customers loyalty through customer trust gained by the value of 0,00205, which means online sales system that run companies affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

The number of unemployed continue to rise, people can not afford to make business that is caused by bumped capital, skills, and limited market access. In fact, positive benefits for migrant workers who work abroad are also many to get jobs, income, improve welfare and develop skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by making the migrant workers and former migrant workers as key informant as well as to extract the data through 3 kinds of way, interview, observation and documentation. From this research, there are many factors that influence the people of Gresik Regency to become migrant workers such as, at least the employment around them, the low level of education, the economic factor of the family, and the environment, whether from the internal family and the environment. Another thing that gained from this research is still many people who become TKI with illegal status.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Muamalat is influenced by employee services and employee loyalty, so far customer satisfaction is seen as a vital thing to be able to increase the company's income margin, therefore the company is very concerned about the variables that affect employee satisfaction, this study uses causal research using PLS program units and SPSS and using the sobel test, the results of this study are loyalty influencing satisfaction and satisfaction affecting and mediating services to customer satisfaction.
