Abstract

Purpose of economic growth is to spread income equality and mitigate the unemployment rate, but an obstacle to economic growth is the lack of public education that will ultimately affect the income received by the public and also increase the speed of growth of the poverty level, then it is necessary the efforts to increase people's income by having specialization of the commodities. South Tapanuli is an agricultural area where agricultural sector is the biggest contributor to the GDP. To find out the commodity especially in the agricultural sub-sector that is necessary to has LQ analysis method where this method aims to determine which commodities are superior and inferior. From the results of the analysis by LQ methods, commodities on the agricultural sub-sector based in the South Tapanuli District are a soybeans, peanuts, rice paddy and rice fields.

Abstract

Abstrak,Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas, bagi hasil, pelayanan, fasilitas, dan produk terhadap perilaku nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah di kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada nasabah dari PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Panyabungan, PT. Bank Sumut Syariah cabang Panyabungan, dan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kcp. Panyabungan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 orang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda sehingga membentuk persamaan PN = 10,199 + 0,059 Rel + 0,241 BH +0,209 Pel + 0,112 Fas + 0,297 Prod +2,857. Religiusitas, bagi hasil, kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, dan produK memiliki kontribusi sebesar 31,3% terhadap perilaku nasabah dan 68,7% sisanya disumbangkan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian. Variabel yang signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah di kabupaten Mandailing Natal terdiri dari; bagi hasil, pelayanan, produk. Ketiga variabel ini dinyatakan signifikan mempengaruhi karena t-hitung t-tabel dan signifikansi 10%. Secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah di Kabupaten Mandailing natal, karena nilai F hitung F tabel (13,12 1,89) dan signifikansi 10% (0,00 0,10). Kata Kunci : Perilaku Nasabah, Religiusitas, Bagi Hasil, Pelayanan, Produk  Abstract,This research was conducted with to determine the effect of religiosity, profit sharing, services, facilities, and products on customer behavior in choosing Islamic banks in Mandailing Natal district. The data processed in this study was primary data obtained through questionnaires to customers PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri branch Panyabungan, PT. Bank Sumut Syariah branch Panyabungan, and PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kcp. Panyabungan. Research samples were 150 people. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression that the equations PN=10.199 + 0.059 Rel + 0.241 BH +0.209 Pel + 0.112 Fas + 0.297 Prod +2.885. Religiosity, profit sharing, quality of services, facilities and products have contributed 31.3% to customer behavior while the remaining 68.7% was contributed by other factors outside this research. Variables that significantly affect customer behavior in choosing Islamic banks in Mandailing Natal district consist of; profit sharing, service, product. These three variables are stated to have significant influence because t-count t-table and significance 10%. Simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect to customer behavior in choosing Islamic banks in Mandailing Natal, because the F count F table (13.12 1.89) and significance 10% (0.00 0.10). Keywords : Religiosity, Profit Sharing, Services, Products, Customer Behavior

Abstract

Abstrak,Pelayanan yang terjadi di Rumah sakit umum Padangsidimpuan kurang sempurna dan yang menjadi rumusan masalah ialah bagaimana strategi peningkatan pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Padangsidimpuan dan bagaimana strategi peningkatan mutu pelayanan di RSUD Padangsidimpuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui alasan masyarakat berminat terhadap RSUD Padangsidimpuan dan untuk mengetahui startegi peningkatan pelayanan RSUD Padangsidimpuan. Strategi dan pelayanan merupakan bagian dari manajemen. Lokasi dan waktu penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Padangsidimpuan Sumatera Utara yang berada di Jl. Dr. FI Tobing No.2. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dengan analisis data kualitaif dengan sumber data primer wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Eksternal dan Internal, SWOT dan Matriks SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa strategi SO yakni adanya dorongan dari pemerintah dalam melengkapi fasilitas-fasilitas medis yang belum pernah ada dalam menangani masalah pasien. Strategi WO yakni bantuan dari pemerintah dan manajer puncak sangat membantu membuat team khusus dalam menangani masalah kebersihan yang ada. Strategi ST Rumah Sakit negeri masih diminati masyarakat Tapanuli Bagian Selatan. Adapun strategi WT adalah melakukan peningkatan pelayanan yang memuaskan pasien dan keluarga. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Matriks SWOT, Mutu Pelayanan Abstract,In the case of services that occur in Padangsidimpuan Public Hospital is less than perfect and the problem formulation is how to improve service strategies at Padangsidimpuan Regional General Hospital and how to improve services in Padangsidimpuan Hospital. The use of visualization is not unusual for the author, but as a means of alternative strategies that aim to develop scientific knowledge for people who are interested in reading or enforcing references from this paper. The discussion of this paper deals with business management, this paper deals with how service strategies in satisfying patients in hospitals. Strategy and service are part of management. The location and time of the research were carried out at the Regional General Hospital at the North Sumatra. This research was conducted in August 2018. The type of research used was research with qualitative data analysis with primary data source interviews. This study uses external and internal analysis, SWOT and SWOT Matrix. Based on the results of research conducted by the researcher, it can be seen that the SO strategy is an encouragement from the government in completing medical facilities that have never existed in dealing with patient problems. WO's strategy of assistance from the government and top managers greatly helped to create a special team in handling existing hygiene problems. ST strategy, state hospitals are still in demand by the South Tapanuli community. Abstract

Education is considered as a mean to improve the quality of human resources itself. A good education are expected to provide the high quality human resources. But in reality today, education is also considered to be closely related to unemployment, especially unemployment of well educated labor. Seen from the number of people working with university education just as much as 8.8 million people. Based on these data clearly illustrate the ironic, where the higher a person's education, the higher probability of him being unemployment. Given the magnitude of the benefits that can be gained through entrepreneurship, especially to improve the quality of life and quality of individual, then entrepreneurship needs to be maintained as an alternative career choice of a Moslem. Why always depend on others while we have been provided by Allah SWT variety of potential which can be used for standalone or even job opportunities for others. Our task is how to recognize potential that exists and use it in startup business.

Abstract

Adequate promotional costs are expected to help companies market their products. The principle of promotional activities is not solely to introduce products but includes efforts to maintain the stability of the sales volume of a company's products from the threat of entry of competitors to innovation and promotion and to increase sales turnover. Promotional costs at PT Indofood Makmur Tbk in 2014 to 2015 have increased but sales volume has decreased. This study has a problem statement, namely whether there is an effect of promotional costs on sales volume. This study aims to determine the effect of promotional costs on sales volume at PT Indofood Makmur Tbk for the period 2008 to 2015. Overall the results of this study indicate that promotion costs have a very strong relationship in influencing sales volume, this is evident from the results of the R2 value formed by 0.840. This means that promotion costs can affect sales volume by 84%, while the remaining 16% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. The regression test results obtained that promotion costs have a significant influence on sales volume which is indicated by the value of tcount t table, which is 12,358 1,692.

Abstract

Sharia Pawnshop stood in 2003. Sharia Pawnshop is standing along with the development of other sharia banks. During the period from its inception until now the final year of 2008 certainly has a pretty good development. Theoretically this development is possible because of their good service to customers. The definition of pawn business in general is the activity of guaranteeing valuables to certain parties (in this case Perum Pegadaian) in order to obtain some money, and the guaranteed goods can be redeemed in accordance with the agreement between the customer with the pawnshop institution. Method of research analysis used in determining the results of this first hypothesis are descriptive, the second hypothesis is descriptive, the third hypothesis is descriptive, the fourth hypothesis is descriptive, the fifth and sixth hypotheses are by weber cambboan based on statistical data through simple correlation. Descriptive means, the author seeks to describe data and facts in a comparative manner. There is a mutual influence between service system and operational system of Perum Pegadaian Syari'ah Alaman Bolak Kota Padangsidimpuan towards the amount of loan turnover loaned to the customer

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is the promotion carried out by PT. Bank SUMUT Sharia Sub-branch is not optimal so saving a little and fewer transactions occur. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is a development strategy towards the savings sales volume? The purpose of this study was to study the effect of promotional strategies on savings sales volume. The theory used is the theory of promotion strategy on savings sales volume while the promotion strategy is carried out with four types of promotions, namely: advertising, personal sales, sales promotions, and publicity. Thus the strategy can increase the sales volume of savings. This research is quantitative research. The data source used is primary data. The technique of collecting data used was a questionnaire, with a total sample of 96 incomes. The analytical tool used is descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test), and R square test (r2). By using the SPSS Version 21.0 program. Obtained results obtained by Composition = 6.517 + 0.478X and the average R square of 0.472 or 47.2% promotion strategy variables are able to explain the sales volume variable with a total of 52.8% variable variables that cannot be discussed in this model ( not approved) . Hypothesis test results (t test) state that t count t table (9,164 1,985) and the significance level obtained is 0,000 α (0,14) then Ha is accepted. The importance of promotional strategies has a significant impact on savings sales volume. Keywords: Promotion, Strategy, Sales Volume

In the company there are two sides to be balanced ie assets and liabilities Where the company should be able to give good profit and minimize the risks that exist and able to cover existing obligations as well as with Islamic banks, should be able to optimize and memgelola sources of funds effectively and efficiently such as: Increase in deposits segmentation (dpk, Strengthening corporate segmentation to increase revenue, Increased fee-based income, Increasing the role of regulator, an increase in the accountability system, As for the ALMA strategies used by Islamic banks is planning, funds management and Quality Management Financing. Strategy ALMA also able to minimize risks such as: Financing risk, Liquidity risk, pricing risk, Foreign exchange risk, Contingent risk, liquidity risk, Gap risk.

Abstract

AbstractThe government has made regulations regarding the regulation of Sharia Hotels reviewed through the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulama Council concerning Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation Number 2 of 2014. Hotel Jamrud Syariah, one of the hotels in Central Kalimantan which is a family business managed with three aspects namely products, service and management. The purpose of the study was to analyze how the management of the sharia hotel business at the Islamic Jamrud Hotel. This research is a field research using descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects of this study are the owners, employees and visitors of the Sharia Jamrud Hotel in Pangkalan Bun. Data analysis techniques using collection data, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the management of the Pangkalan Bun Syariah Jamrud hotel has been well managed. Then the management of sharia business hotels at the Islamic Jamrud Hotel has fulfilled the absolute criteria if viewed from the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council regarding Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation Number 2 of 2014.Keywords: Products, Services, ManagementAbstrak  Pemerintah telah membuat peraturan tentang regulasi Hotel Syariah ditinjau melalui Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia mengenai Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 2 Tahun 2014. Hotel Jamrud Syariah, salah satu hotel di Kalimantan Tengah yang merupakan bisnis keluarga yang dikelola dengan tiga aspek yaitu produk, pelayanan dan pengelolaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengelolaan bisnis perhotelan syariah pada Hotel Jamrud Syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah pemilik, karyawan dan pengunjung Hotel Jamrud Syariah Pangkalan Bun. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data collection, data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan hotel Jamrud Syariah Pangkalan Bun sudah dikelola secara baik. Kemudian pengelolaan perhotelan bisnis syariah pada Hotel Jamrud Syariah sudah memenuhi kriteria mutlak jika ditinjau dari Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia mengenai Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 2 Tahun 2014.Kata Kunci: Produk, Pelayanan, Pengelolaan
