Abstract

Abstrak Filosofis nafkah yang semulanya menjadi kewajiban suami memberi nafkah kepada istri, anak-anak, dan kerabat menjadi terbalik ketika pandemi covid-19 melanda masyarakat Indonesia. Alquran surah Albaqarah ayat 233 dan KHI dalam hal yang sama membebankan nafkah kepada suami tetapi karena situasi ekonomi yang semakin semerawut dan resesi mengakibatkan produk domestik bruto menurun. Artinya ada banyak suami-suami kehilangan pekerjaan akibat wabah ini. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah yuridis-sosiologis. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: bahwa dalam Albaqarah mewajibkan seorang suami memberikan nafkah kepada istri tetapi konteks lain, seorang istri atau anggota keluarga lain dapat berperan dalam menjaga ketahanan keluarga di masa pandemi ketahanan pandemi covid-19. Kemudian, Pasal 83 KHI menjelaskan seorang istri hanya berkewajiban utama berbakti lahir dan batin, makna berbakti boleh saja diinterpretasikan sebagai bentuk pembantuan atau meringankan sebagian tugas suami dalam hal nafkah ketika seorang istri dalam kategori mampu dan tidak ada unsur pemaksaan.  Abstract The philosophy of living, which was originally the husband's obligation to provide for his wife, children, and relatives, was reversed when the Covid-19 pandemic hit the people of Indonesia. Albaqarah verse 233  and KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law)  are imposes a living burden on the husband, but due to the increasingly chaotic economic situation and recession, the gross domestic product decreases. This means that many husbands have lost their jobs due to this epidemic. The methodology used is juridical-sociological. The results: Albaqarah requires a husband to provide a living, but in another context, a wife or other family members can. Then, the KHI explains that a wife has only the main obligation to serve physically and mentally, the meaning of filial piety may be interpreted as a form of assistance or easing some of the husband's duties in terms of living.

Abstract

Abstrac Research on the use of productive waqf land is directed at the first three components to people who need funds for their daily needs, the third free education, free health services. Waqf is part of an economic system that can help promote goodness and human values from back. Utilization of the results of productive waqf land management has a positive impact on the lives of Muslim communities in Medan City, North Sumatra.  Abstrak Penelitian tentang pemanfaatan tanah wakaf produktif ini diarahkan pada tiga komponen pertama kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan dana untuk kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari, pemberian pendidikan gratis ketiga, layanan kesehatan gratis.Wakaf merupakan bagian dari sistem ekonomi yang dapat membantu mengangkat kebaikan dan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dari belakang. Pemanfaatan hasil pengelolaan lahan wakaf produktif berdampak positif bagi kehidupan masyarakat muslim di Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Abstrak Minat nasabah menabung sangat ditentukan oleh atribut produk perbankan yang tersedia.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana atribut produk tabungan perbankan syariah Bank Aceh Syariah KCP Sampoiniet mempengaruhi minat nasabah menabung. Metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan objek penelitiannya  adalah atribut produk tabungan dan minat nasabah menabung. Sampel terdiri dari 43 orang nasabah yang di ambil secara random.Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angket) serta dokumentasi.Teknis analisis data melalui uji validiitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut produk tabungan  Bank Aceh Syariah KCP Sampoiniet telah dilakukan dengan baik terlihat dari uji statistiknya yang signifikan. Hal ini di tunjukan dengan besarnya nilai thitung dengan ttabel (2.6391.68288).    Abstract Customers' interest in saving is largely determined by the attributes of available banking products. The purpose of this research is to find out how the attributes of Islamic banking savings products at Bank Aceh Syariah KCP Sampoiniet affect customers' interest in saving. The method used is a quantitative approach and the object of research is the attributes of savings products and customer interest in saving. The sample consisted of 43 customers who were taken randomly. Data obtained through distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data was through the validity, reliability and normality tests. The results showed that the attributes of the Bank Aceh Syariah KCP Sampoiniet savings product have been performed well as seen from the significant statistical test. This is indicated by the value of tcount with t-table (2.639 1.68288).

Abstract

Abstract Street vendors are an alternative to businesses in the informal sector with relatively small capital to support their needs. In meeting our daily needs, we definitely need income or income. therefore, we need a job which is to support our needs. The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior of street vendors in the perspective of Islamic business ethics and to describe the socio-economic conditions of relocation of street vendors before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research design used is descriptive discussion. Data were collected by using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation methods. Data were analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of the study show that the behavior of street vendors is in accordance with Islamic business ethics. The impact of the socio-economic conditions of street vendors has recently undergone many changes due to the implementation of relocation. The income of traders has decreased on average, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic, and even then some of them have changed their profession.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan struktur modal terhadap kinerja emiten di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Struktur modal pada emiten penerbit saham syariah berbeda dengan emiten non syariah karena adanya pembatasan utang berbasis bunga terhadap aset perusahaan yang diterapkan saat screening saham syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif verifikatif melalui pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh emiten yang terdaftar di JII periode 2014 s.d 2018. Sampel yang digunakan adalah emiten yang konsisten terdaftar pada JII. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa struktur modal yang digunakan oleh emiten syariah di JII memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 52.1%. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa emiten syariah di JII boleh mempergunakan komponen struktur modal yaitu utang dengan syarat harus dapat mendorong kinerja perusahaan dan bilamana utang yang digunakan hanya sebagai komponen pendorong nilai perusahaan (harga saham) tanpa dibuktikan dengan kinerja maka hasil yang didapatkan akan berdampak negative, hasil ini sesuai dengan trade off theory.   Abstract This study aims to analyze the capital structure policy on the performance of issuers listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The capital structure of Islamic stock issuers has different from non-Islamic issuers due to interest-based debt restrictions on company assets applied at the screening of Islamic stocks. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive verification, which is analyzed the Partial Least Square (PLS). The population is all issuers registered in the JII for the period 2014 to 2018. The sample used that are consistently listed on the JII. The results study prove that the capital structure used by Islamic issuers in the JII has a positive effect of 52.1%. The results of this study prove that Islamic issuers in the JII may use the capital structure component, namely debt on the condition that it is able to encourage company performance and if debt is used only as a driving component of firm value (stock price) without being proven by performance, the results obtained will have a negative impact, this study are in accordance with the trade off theory.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to measure and analyze the effect of the marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion, process, people and physical evidence) on customer decisions to save at BRI Syariah KC Semarang and the influence of religiosity in moderating the effect of marketing mix on customer decisions to save in BRI Syariah KC Semarang. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the first marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion, process, people and physical evidence) has a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save, secondly religiosity moderates the effect of marketing mix on customer decisions to save and third there is a significant positive effect. simultaneous between the marketing mix and the customer's decision to save.  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisa pengaruh marketing mix (produk, tempat, harga, promosi, proses, orang dan bukti fisik) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di BRI Syariah KC Semarang serta pengaruh religiusitas dalam dalam memoderasi pengaruh marketing mix terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di BRI Syariah KC Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertama marketing mix (produk, tempat, harga, promosi, proses, orang dan bukti fisik) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung, kedua religiusitas memoderasi pengaruh marketing mix terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung dan ketiga terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan simultan antara marketing mix terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung.

Abstract

Abstrak The Qur'an, as a direction and guide for humans, requires Muslims to understand the verses of the Qur'an. The Qur'an has set rules for humans in seeking sustenance, one of which is by way of muamalah or trading (buying and selling). Trading should not be done with the will of vanity. Allah forbids humans to eat other people's property and harming others in a vanity way. Trading or buying and selling are required to be based on an-taradin' or the willingness between the two parties. This study aims to analyse the concept of 'an-taradin in online buying and selling, which refers to the interpretation of Al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhaili. This is a qualitative study. The data were analysed using a literature study. According to Shari'a rules, the results showed that 'An-taradin or mutual consent in Surah An-Nisa' verse 29 is the willingness between the two parties. Mutual willingness must be following the limits of sharia. Online buying and selling transactions are required to have open ethics and trust in the transaction to avoid the detrimental of both parties. Honesty and benefit can be the basic principles in conducting online buying and selling transactions.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemerintah kota Padang Panjang dalam mengawasi takaran dan timbangan di pasar Padang Panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang  digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan cara mengumpulkan data berupa dokumen, arsip dan hasil  wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) pengawasan terhadap takaran dan timbangan di Kota Padang Panjang hanya merambah dari segi keabsahan dan kebenaran alat-alat ukur, takar dan timbangan yang dipakai para pedagang, tidak merambah pada perilaku dan cara pedagang mempergunakan alat alat tersebut, (2) dalam hal pengawasan, dilakukan oleh tenaga UPTD provinsi yang juga melakukan pembinaan dan peneraan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh sumber daya manusia yang kurang memadai , dan (3) pedagang pasar Padang Panjang cukup paham dalam menggunakan takaran dan timbangan yang benar sesuai dengan ekonomi Islam.   Abstract This study aims to determine how the rolr of the Padang Panjang city government in overseeing the measurements and scales in the Padang Panjang Market. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. By collecting data in the form of documents, archives, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study are: (1) monitoring of measurements and scales in the city of Padang Panjang only penetrates in terms of the validity and correctness of measuring instruments, measurements and scales used by traders, not encroaching on the behavior and ways of traders using these tools, (2) in terms of supervision, it still uses provincial UPTD staff which basivally also conducts guidance and illumination. In this case, human resources is indeed an issue, and (3) Padang Panjang market traders are well-versed in using the correct measurements and scales in accordance with Islamic economics.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic banking as an entity requires an annual financial performance evaluation to ensure the health and sustainability of the company. This study aims to assess the level of soundness and bankruptcy prediction of Islamic banking using the modified Altman Z-Score analysis method. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample used is 12 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The data used to measure the health and bankruptcy of banks is the financial statements of Islamic commercial banks for the 2017-2019 period. The results show that the health level of 11 Islamic commercial banks is in a safe area position or it can be said that the company is in a healthy condition (not bankrupt) during the 2017-2019 period and 1 Islamic commercial bank, namely Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, is in a cautious position (gray area). ). This is because the 11 Islamic commercial banks have a Z-Score 2.6 and 1 Islamic bank has a Z-Score 1.10 Z2.6.

Abstract

AbstractThe rise of the Home Industry business in Paninggaran District shows that the MSME sector is growing very rapidly. Paninggaran Village is one of the villages where community income is obtained from the sale of usek crackers. So it's not surprising that Paninggaran village is  known for its typical usek crackers. Usek crackers are known as sand crackers because during the frying process they use heated sand. The purpose of this study is to find out from an Islamic economic perspective about production management and marketing to branding of usek crackers at home in order to increase the economic value in Paninggaran Village. This study uses a type of field research (field research) and data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research in the field show that the management of usek cracker production in Paninggaran Village is in line with Islamic law, although there is no labeling permit or brand marked as halal. This business is able to provide an increase in the economy of the cracker entrepreneur family and can reduce the unemployment rate for the community in Paninggaran Village.
