Abstract

Ijarah merupakan salah satu jenis aktivitas manusia dalam bidang muamalah. Ijarah adalah salah satu jenis perjanjian sewa guna usaha dimana pihak yang menyewakan menerima gaji atau upah dan pihak yang menyewakan mendapatkan keuntungan dari barang yang disewanya. Ijarah terdiri dari, ijarah dan Ijarah Muntahiyah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik (IMBT). IMBT merupakan gabungan akad ijarah dan murabahah, menawarkan banyak manfaat bagi pelaku ekonomi, namun masih banyak pihak yang meragukannya. Terdapat perbedaan mengenai pelaksanaan peralihan kepemilikan atas obyek sewa pada IMBT, pengalihan obyek sewa hanya dapat dilakukan dilakukan jika akad ijarah telah selesai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis akad Ijarah dan IMBT. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan, menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan informasi tentang ijarah dan IMBT dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber lain yang mendukung temuan tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum akad Ijarah dan IMBT diperbolehkan berdasarkan hukum Islam dan hukum positif di Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this researcher is to find out the factors that influence the entrepreneur's performance of graduates who choose business as a career. Is it due to socio-demographic factors (consisting of; age, gender, previous work, family background), attitudes (consisting of; autonomy/authority, economic challenges, self-realization, security and workload, avoid responsibility, social career, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms), contextual (consisting of; student participation in entrepreneurship education training, academic support, social support, environmental support, knowledge of entrepreneurship, independence of the entrepreneur). This research is quantitative research using primary data. The research results concluded that there were two factors that could be formed from the 15 variables analyzed. These factors are (1) Factor 1: Authority, Independence of the Entrepreneur, Social Support, Academic support, Entrepreneurship Training, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral, Social Career, Avoid Responsibility, Security and Workload, Self-Realization, Economic Challenge. Abstract

The baby and children's equipment rental business can be said to have great potential in Palangka Raya City. This research is very important to study considering that rental of baby and children's equipment in Palangka Raya City is starting to develop, even though the number of existing rental businesses is still very minimal. The type of research used in this research is field research. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted in two locations, the first at Alisya Baby Rental, the second at Adinda Rental Palangkaraya. The subjects of this research were shop owners at two rental shops. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Baby and children's equipment rental services can be a source of income and are not yet widely pursued in Palangka Raya City, so baby and children's equipment rental services have huge business opportunities. Before opening a baby and children's equipment rental service business, things you must pay attention to are equipment data, capital and profits.

Abstract

This research examines consumer behavior and the use of Shopee PayLater in online shopping in the Pintu Jenangan Village Community, Ponorogo. Shopee paylater is known as a service for users to shop online on the Shopee platform without having to pay directly. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research method. This research focuses on consumer behavior, factors, and the impact of using PayLater services in online shopping by the Pintu Jenangan Village Community, Ponorogo, analyzed using Jean Baudrillard's consumer society theory. The results of the research show that there are two factors in the consumptive behavior of students using Shopee Paylater, namely: internal factors caused by emotional feelings, habits, social status, lack of financial awareness, impulsivity, and lifestyle while in terms of external factors caused by promotions and discounts, ease of access , attractive advertising, flexible payment features, reviews and testimonials, personalization technology, loyalty and rewards programs and exclusive offers. Thus, consumer behavior using Shopee Paylater can become a problem if users do not pay attention to their spending limits and financial capabilities. It is important to use Shopee Paylater wisely by considering financial needs and capabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan yang berperilaku konsumtif. Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan yang telah memiliki wawasan mengenai konsumsi dalam Islam sudah seharusnya positif dalam konsumsinya. Hasil dari wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti masih banyak mahasiswa yang berperilaku konsumtif, hal ini dikarenakan adanya pengaruh dari berbagai faktor, diantaranya pengetahuan mahasiswa mengenai literasi keuangan yang belum sepenuhnya diaplikasikan oleh semua mahasiswa, gaya hidup mahasiswa yang semakin tinggi serta penggunaan Electronic Money yang mudah meningkatkan belanja mahasiswa semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh fliterasi keuangan, gaya hidup dan penggunaan Electronic Money terhadap perilaku konsumtif Mahasiswa FEBI UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikoloniearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (t) dan uji Simultan (f). Proses pengolahan data dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh literasi keuangan, gaya hidup dan penggunaan electronic money terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FEBI UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan. Sedangkan secara simultan literasi keuangan, gaya hidup dan penggunaan electronic money berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa FEBI UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan. Uji koefisien determinasi variabel literasi keuangan, gaya hidup dan penggunaan electronic money mampu menjelaskan perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan..

Abstract

Commercial enterprises in Indonesia is a business entity that has a very important contribution to the national economy until now and then. The contribution of trading companies in Indonesia can be seen from the emergence of various kinds of shops, self-service, supermarkets to malls that provide products from suppliers without changing the shape of the product. When running some business, the usage of business ethics is a factor that plays an important role in maintaining business continuity in various sectors, including commercial enterprises or trading companies. Unfortunately, there are still many violations committed by various individuals and business actors in the trade sector which disrupt the stability of the business continuity.

Abstract

Economic uncertainty, increasing household financial risks, and the limited availability of Sharia-compliant financial protection instruments pose significant challenges for Muslim families. Although Islamic insurance has grown rapidly, comprehensive studies examining its socio-economic impact on family financial protection remain limited. This study aims to analyze the socio-economic impact of Islamic insurance on family financial protection using a multidisciplinary approach. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through literature review and in-depth interviews, with thematic data analysis integrating economic, social, and maqashid al-shariah perspectives. The findings reveal that Islamic insurance plays a significant role in mitigating financial risks, strengthening household economic resilience, and fostering social solidarity grounded in Islamic values. The multidisciplinary approach highlights that Islamic insurance functions not only as a financial instrument but also as a social and normative mechanism. The study implies the need to enhance Islamic insurance literacy, develop more inclusive takaful products, and integrate Islamic insurance into sustainable family financial protection policies.

Abstract

The development and growth of sharia-based banking and financial institutions in Indonesia from year to year shows an improved performance, as well as its contribution to the national economy has increased significantly. Banks that are well managed can provide benefits that will increase profitability. This study aims to examine the effect of FDR, NPF, and CAR simultaneously and significantly on Profitability by using the ROA ratio at PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk. Period 2019-2022. By using processing techniques and power analysis in the form of multiple linear regression with the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The research results show that partially the FDR, NPF, and CAR variables have no significant effect on profitability (ROA). Simultaneously the independent variables (FDR, NPF, and CAR) have no effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates (BI Rate) on the composite stock price index in Indonesia (IHSG). The data used is using empirical data by managing data that has been published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI). Capital Market (capital market) is a liaison between investors and companies or government institutions through the trading of several long-term tradable financial products such as debt, stocks, mutual funds and derivative products. The actions related to the public offering and trading of securities are referred to as the capital market. Indonesia's general inflation rate rose to 3.55 percent (yoy) in May 2022, the highest since December 2017 and higher than the market estimate of 3.6 percent (yoy). The realization of inflation in May 2022, which was lower than the previous month, was evenly distributed in all regions, Bank Indonesia raised the benchmark interest rate and cut the balance sheet to overcome inflation. The increase in the benchmark interest rate will be a negative sentiment in the stock market. High interest rates will make the expansion costs of issuers more expensive so that profits will be eroded so that the JCI also weakens, the increase in the benchmark interest rate has an impact on banking issuers due to the fall in profit margins in April the benchmark interest rate rose by 50 bps to 0.75-1% . The market estimates that the Faderal Funds Rate will increase by 7 times in 2022. In general, there is a positive relationship between economic growth and the development of stock prices. But after the monetary crisis hit Indonesia, things were not like that. In the second quarter of 1999 when the value of GDP decreased, stock prices actually rose sharply. This can be seen from the JCI value reaching 662.02 The JCI also experienced a sharp increase at the end of the 4th quarter of 1999, while the GDP value showed a decline.Keywords: Inflation, Interest Rates, IHSG.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara UMKM memasarkan produk mereka, terutama melalui e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran e-commerce dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM lokal, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, serta menawarkan solusi strategis. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari wawancara, observasi, dan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan jangkauan pasar, efisiensi operasional, dan daya saing. Namun, terdapat kendala berupa rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan persaingan yang ketat. Dukungan pemerintah dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi e-commerce bagi UMKM.Kata Kunci: E-commerce, UMKM, penjualan
